یک لحظه غفلت، یک عمر پشیمانی!

ستاره‌ها فراموش نکنند که اگر همین عاشقان والیبال نبودند شاید هیچ‌گاه آن‌ها هم چنین جایگاهی نداشتند و خبری از قراردادهای چشم‌گیر باشگاهی نبود.

غلامی‌های والیبال این روزها خبرسازترین بازیکنان تیم ملی ایران هستند؛ مسعود دیرتر از زمان تعیین شده به تمرینات می‌رسد و از سوی کادر فنی جریمه می‌شود، عادل هم لباس از تن درمی‌آورد و به حالت قهر تمرینات را ترک می‌کند. شاید اتفاقی که برای مسعود غلامی افتاد و جریمه‌ای که برای او در نظر گرفته شد (یک جلسه بیرون از تمرین) با هم سازگاری داشت، اما حرکت عادل غلامی و تصمیمی که هنوز درمورد وی گرفته نشده، جای بحث‌های بسیار دارد.

 

غفلتی که کار را خراب کرد!

شاگردان ایگور کولاکوویچ این روزها خود را برای حضور در مسابقات انتخابی جهان آماده می کند و تا همین دو روز پیش همه چیز روی نظم پیش می‌رفت، اما یک لحظه عصبانیت و غفلت کار را خراب کرد. اتفاقی که دقیقاً با دعوت از خبرنگاران برای پوشش تمرینات تیم ملی و مصاحبه با اعضای تیم ملی والیبال مصادف شد.

مخاطبانی که خبر درگیری غلامی و موسوی و در نهایت قهر عادل غلامی را خواندند قطعاً بسیار متعجب شدند و هزاران تحلیل متفاوت و رنگارنگ به اذهان متبادر شد، اما واقعیت این است که درگیری این دو بازیکن که اتفاقا هم باشگاهی بوده و بسیار با هم دوست هستند آنقدر شدید نبود، بلکه رفتار بعدی غلامی که همان ترک اردو به حالت قهر بود، کار را خراب کرد!

عادل غلامی در اواخر تمرین به دلیل درگیری لفظی با موسوی و اختلافی که بر سر ارنج بین آن‌ها پیش آمد، پیراهن خود را از تن در آورده و محل تمرین را به حالت قهر ترک کرد. تمرین تیم ملی برای چند دقیقه تحت تاثیر قرار گرفت، اما پس از آن کار به همان جدیت ادامه پیدا کرد.

به هر حال نمی توان کتمان کرد که والیبال را با هر متر و معیاری که بسنجیم، همین ستاره‌های کنونی اینقدر بین مردم محبوب کردند. چه از زمان یزدانی خرم استارت این کار زده شد و چه زمانی که نسل‌های قبلی و مربیان داخلی و خارجی زیادی تلاش کردند؛ به هر حال عامه مردم والیبال را حالا بخاطر سعید معروفش، امیر غفورش، سیدش، فرهاد قائمی و مجتبی میرزاجانپورش و میلاد عبادی‌پور و عادل غلامی‌اش دوست دارند. کاری که این ستاره‌ها با والیبال ایران در آسیا و جهان کردند، هیچکس نتوانسته بود پیش‌تر انجام دهد. تاکید می‌کنیم که کاری به دلایل و اتفاقات گذشته‌اش نداریم و درخصوص شرایط کنونی والیبال ایران صحبت می‌کنیم؛ اگر از جوانان درمورد والیبال سوال کنیم تک تک ستاره‌ها را حتی شاید با ریزترین اطلاعات فردی‌شان بشناسند.

موفقیت‌های سال‌های اخیر والیبال ایران را همین ستاره‌ها خلق کردند. همین‌ها کاری کردند که بارها و بارها نشاط عمومی به جامعه تزریق شود. همه و همه بابت تک تک لحظات شادی که این ستاره‌ها برای‌مان خلق کردند از آن‌ها ممنون هستیم، اما بدون شک هیچکس تاب دیدن جنجال و حاشیه در این والیبال را ندارد. خانواده‌های علاقمند به والیبال با شنیدن خبرهایی همچون «قهر غلامی» دلسرد می‌شوند و وای به روز رشته‌ای که مردم به سمتش نیاند و حامی‌اش نباشند.

 

کمی مراقب رفتارها باشید!

ستاره‌ها فراموش نکنند که اگر همین عاشقان والیبال نبودند شاید هیچ‌گاه آن‌ها هم چنین جایگاهی نداشتند و خبری از قراردادهای چشم‌گیر باشگاهی نبود! حالا که والیبال پس از پشت سر گذاشتن روزهای بسیار سخت به جایگاه شایسته ای در آسیا و جهان رسیده توقع می‌رود ملی پوشان کمی بیشتر از گذشته مراقب رفتارهایشان باشند. یک لحظه غفلت آن‌ها می‌تواند یک عمر پشیمانی برای‌شان به همراه داشته باشد. هر چند که بارها در جریان رقابت‌های لیگ شاهد بدرفتاری همین ستاره‌ها بود‌ه‌ایم، اما این بار شرایط بسیار فرق می‌کند. بی احترامی به جایگاه و پیراهن تیم ملی بار روانی بسیار منفی به جامعه تزریق می‌کند.

رفتاری که عادل غلامی در جریان تمرین انجام داد، تعابیر و نظریه‌های مختلفی ایجاد کرده است. می‌گویند کولاکوویچ مربی است که تبحر خاصی در تغییر نسل دارد و به گفته خودش در مسابقات جام قهرمانان قاره‌ها در ژاپن حتماً از بازیکنان جوان‌تر استفاده خواهد شد تا هم کمبودهای تیم ملی برطرف شود و هم بتوانم توانایی جوانان والیبال ایران را بهتر نمایش داده شود. برخی‌ها بر این باورند که صحبت از جوانگرایی موجب شده تا برخی از باتجربه‌های تیم ملی که خاطرات خوبی هم از آن‌ها در ذهن است احساس خطر کرده، زود از کوره در رفته و رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه‌ای داشته باشند.

به هر حال از زمانی که ایگور کولاکوویچ به ایران آمده صدها تحلیل درمورد عملکرد و رفتار وی نوشته و گفته شده است که خیلی از آن‌ها او را ادامه دهنده راه کواچ و حتی لوزانو می‌دانند؛ یعنی معتقد هستند که او کاریزمای کافی را ندارد و به ستاره‌ها باج می‌دهد! شاید رفتاری که غلامی در جریان تمرین و مقابل چشم خبرنگاران انجام داد، فرصتی مهم برای ایگور و دستیارانش باشد تا به تمام این حرف و حدیث‌ها خاتمه دهند. تصمیمی که در مورد غلامی گرفته می‌شود بدون شک تبعات مثبت و منفی فراوانی خواهد داشت، اما می‌تواند عیار واقعی کادر فنی را نشان دهد.

این والیبال و این ستاره ها با رفتارهای این دو روز، مسیر خروج از قلب های مردم را در پیش گرفته اند. آن‌ها که روزگاری با درخشش خود از دیوار بلند بی اعتنایی ها پریدند و به قلب مردم رسیدند، حالا با همان سرعت مسیر آمده را بازمی گردند و راه خروجی را در پیش گرفته اند. خروجی که برای آن‌ها پرهزینه خواهد بود. قلب های مردم جای ستاره های مردم دار، فروتن و متواضع است. کاش یک نفر به ستاره های از چشم افتاده  و از نفس افتاده این را یادآوری کند.
