برداشت انگور از تاکستان های کاشمر آغاز شد
مدیر جهاد کشاورزی کاشمر گفت: کار برداشت انگور از سه هزار و 300 هکتار تاکستان این شهرستان آغاز شده است.
ابوالقاسم موسوی با اشاره به آثار خشکسالی و خسارات سرما در سال گذشته، گفت: پیش بینی می شود امسال عملکرد محصول انگور در باغ های کاشمر به 21 تن در هکتار کاهش یابد.
وی با پیش بینی برداشت حدود 6 هزار و 930 تن انگور در این شهرستان، افزود: 65 درصد از انگور تولیدی کاشمر به کشمش تبدیل، 30 درصد به صورت تازه خوری مصرف شده و حدود پنج درصد نیز به غوره، شیره و سرکه تبدیل می شود.
وی با اشاره به تولید 2 گونه کشمش سبز و طلایی از انگور این شهرستان گفت: کشمش سبز عمدتا مصرف داخلی دارد و کشمش طلایی بیشتر جنبه صادراتی داشته و به کشورهای عربی و روسیه صادر می شود.
موسوی تصریح کرد: قیمت پایین محصول کشمش در یک سال اخیر باغداران را دچار خسارت جدی کرده و امسال نیز سرمازدگی مزید برعلت شده و با کاهش محصول، آنان را با مشکل جدی مواجه کرده است.
