رضایی: به دنبال حضوری پر قدرت در پارالمپیک 2020 توکیو هستیم
مدیر تیمهای ملی والیبال نشسته بانوان و مردان، گفت: برای این که در مسابقات جهانی هلند و بازیهای پاراآسیایی جاکارتا اندونزی تیم ملی والیبال نشسته بانوان روی سکو قرار میگیرد، باید سرمایه گذاری خوبی روی تیم بانوان صورت بگیرد.
«هادی رضایی»، پس از موفقیت تیم ملی والیبال نشسته بانوان در مسابقات قهرمانی آسیا و اقیانوسیه در چین و کسب جواز حضور در مسابقات جهانی هلند و بازیهای پاراآسیایی ۲۰۱۸ اندونزی، اظهار کرد: برای این که بتوانیم در تیم ملی والیبال نشسته بانوان همانند تیم ملی والیبال نشسته مردان پیشرفت داشته باشیم، باید سرمایهگذاری خوبی روی تیم بانوان صورت بگیرد تا در بازیهای پاراآسیایی اندونزی و مسابقات جهانی هلند حرفی برای گفتن داشته باشیم. به همین خاطر تصمیم داریم تا اوایل هفته آینده کادرفنی زنان اعم از سرمربی و بدنساز تیم ملی را مشخص کنیم تا به طور مستقل و با نظارت من کار خود را پیش ببرند.
وی با اشاره به انجام تغییر و تحولات در تیم ملی والیبال نشسته بانوان، خاطر نشان کرد: برای این که تیم ملی قوی داشته باشیم در هر تورنمنتی که تیم ملی اعزام میشود، ۵۰ درصد ترکیب تیم تغییر پیدا میکند و نفرات جدیدی اضافه میشود تا بتوانیم تیم قوی را برای مسابقات جهانی هلندی و بازیهای پاراآسیایی اندونزی آماده کنیم. بنابراین هیچ تضمینی برای حضور بانوان در تیم ملی نیست و در هر اعزام برای این که به ملیپوشان انگیزه دهیم سعی میکنیم ترکیب جدیدی را راهی رقابتها کنیم.
رضایی تصریح کرد: ما در تیم ملی والیبال نشسته مردان هم اکنون به جایی رسیده ایم که دیگر نیازی به اعزام تیم ملی به تورنمنت های بینالمللی نیست و اکثر تیمهای مطرح دنیا خواستار بر پایی اردوهای مشترک با تیم ایران با هزینه شخصی خود در ایران هستند، ما در بخش بانوان نیز باید سرمایهگذاری خوب و اعزام به تورنمنتهای مختلف شرایطی را در آینده فراهم کنیم که همانند تیم مردان در تیم بانوان نیز حرفی برای گفتن داشته باشیم.
رضایی ادامه داد: هدف گذاری کوتاه مدت ما برای تیم بانوان، حضور در مسابقات جهانی هلند و بازیهای پاراآسیایی اندونزی است و برنامهریزی بلند مدت، حضور پر قدرت در پارالمپیک ۲۰۲۰ توکیو است.
وی بیان کرد: بانوان ما زمانی میتوانند پیشرفت کنند که سالی چند بار به تورنمنتهای مختلف اعزام شوند و با تیمهای مطرح اردوهای مشترک برگزار کنند. با یک اعزام در سلو سال به نتایج خوبی در تیم ملی والیبال نشسته بانوان دست پیدا نمیکنیم. باید همانند تیم مردان، در زنان نیز هزینه کنیم تا به جایی برسند که تیمهای مطرح والیبال برای بر پایی اردو یا تیم ملی والیبال نشسته بانوان ایران اعلام آمادگی کنند.
مدیر تیمهای ملی والیبال نشسته در پایان از برپایی اردوی مشترک با تیم ملی آلمان در ۲۱ مرداد ماه خبر داد و افزود: تیم ملی آلمان ضمن بر پایی اردوی مشترک با تیم ملی ایران چند بازی تدارکاتی نیز خواهد داشت که سعی داریم بیشتر جوانان را درگیر بازیهای تدارکاتی کنیم تا بزرگسالان. بنابراین تیم ملی آلمان یک بازی تدارکاتی با تیم ملی بزرگسالان و چند بازی تدارکاتی با تیمهای جوانان و امید برگزار خواهد کرد.
