برنامه بهسازی پیرامون حرم امام رضا (ع) تصویب شد
معاون وزیر راه و شهرسازی از تصویب برنامه راهبردی بهسازی و هدایت موزون توسعه در محدوده پیرامون حرم مطهر رضوی خبر داد.
محمدسعید ایزدی اظهار کرد: شورای عالی شهرسازی و معماری در زمان بررسی اولیه طرح جامع شهر مشهد مقدس به دنبال ساخت و سازهای غیر مجاز پیرامون حرم رضوی و خدشه دار کردن هویت و شان این قلمرو و اعتراضات جوامع تخصصی، شرکت مادر تخصصی عمران و بهسازی شهری را مأمور کرد تا ضمن توجه به مواردی خاص طرح تجدید نظری برای نوسازی و بهسازی بافت پیرامون حرم مطهر رضوی تهیه و به شورای عالی اعلام کند.
وی افزود: متعاقبا طرح بهسازی پیرامون حرم مطهر رضوی پس از آسیب شناسی و تحلیل اقدامات گذشته در قالب هم اندیشی با متخصصان، صاحب نظران به جمع بندی نهایی رسید که جهت تصویب به شورای عالی شهرسازی و معماری ارجاع شد.
مدیرعامل شرکت عمران و بهسازی شهری با اشاره به طی مراحل بررسی در استان خراسان رضوی خاطرنشان کرد: برنامه راهبردی بهسازی و هدایت موزون توسعه در محدوده پیرامون حرم مطهر رضوی در جلسه شورای عالی شهرسازی و معماری ایران که با حضور دکتر آخوندی وزیر راه و شهرسازی برگزار شد مطرح و مورد تأیید و تصویب قرار گرفت.
به گفته ایزدی، معیارهای بازنگری طرح مصوب قبلی شامل توجه به جایگاه جهانی، هویت تاریخی و منظری حرم مطهر، ایجاد پیوند محدوده طرح با حوزه مرکزی شهر مشهد و توجه به مقیاس انسانی و ایجاد هماهنگی در ساخت و سازهای جدید بوده است.
