400 معلول خارجی از خدمات توانبخشی بهزیستی برخوردارند

معاون امور توانبخشی اداره کل بهزیستی خراسان رضوی گفت: 400 معلول از اتباع خارجی در این استان از خدمات توانبخشی بهزیستی بهره مند هستند.

مسعود فیروزی گفت: این معلولان با اجرای طرح توانمندسازی مبتنی بر جامعه(سی.بی.آر) در استان شناسایی و زیر پوشش خدمات تسهیل گران قرار گرفته‌اند.

وی با بیان اینکه جمعیت اتباع بیگانه در استان 150 هزار نفر تخمین زده می شود، افزود: سه درصد از این شمار، معادل حدود چهار هزار و 500 نفر افراد دچار معلولیت شدید هستند که تقریبا همه آنان شناسایی شده اند.

فیروزی افزود: البته باید توجه داشت با احتساب جمعیت سالمندان، زنان باردار و افرادی که دچار ناتوانی مقطعی شده اند بین 10 تا 15 درصد جمعیت اتباع بیگانه دچار ناتوانی هستند. تمامی معلولان زیر پوشش خدمات توانبخشی و حمایتی دریافت می کنند تا علاوه بر حمایت از خود معلول از خانواده آنان نیز حمایت صورت گیرد.

وی خراسان رضوی را از استان های موفق در اجرای طرح سی.بی.آر است و افزود: خدمات توانبخشی مبتنی بر جامعه در حوزه اتباع بیگانه با مساعدت کمیساریای عالی سازمان ملل متحد در شرق کشور و اداره کل اتباع خارجی با همکاری بهزیستی به عنوان طرحی سه جانبه اجرا می شود.
