مروج الشریعه گفت: برای توسعه صادرات غیرنفتی باید نقش اتاق های بازرگانی را بازتعریف کنیم و نقش بیشتری به اتاق های بازرگانی بدهیم.

محمد مهدی مروج الشریعه در گردهمایی معاونان هماهنگی امور اقتصادی و توسعه منابع استانداری های سراسر کشور با ارایه مطالب جمع بندی شده از استان ها در خصوص مباحث مربوط به توسعه صادرات غیرنفتی افزود: تشکیل خبرگان صادراتی، انجمن ها و سندیکاهای صادراتی با واگذاری مسئولیت و پاسخگویی و نگاه تمرکززدایی در توسعه صادرات کالاهای استانی برای توسعه صادرات غیرنفتی لازم است.

وی افزود: در این زمینه هم مشکلاتی از قبیل گران بودن حمل و نقل ریلی، استفاده نکردن از فرصت ها به دلیل نبود برنامه‌ای بالادستی، رقابت های منفی تجار ایرانی و تمایل همه تولید کنندگان برای صادرات کالاهای تولیدی خود وجود دارد. در حالی که در دنیا تولید از صادرات جداست و سیستم اجرایی، قوانین و ساز و کار آن از هم جدا است.
