تاخیر در اعلام نرخ خرید محصولات کشاورزی به تولید در سال آینده ضربه میزند
یک عضو کمیسیون کشاورزی مجلس گفت: تاخیر دولت در اعلام نرخ خرید تضمینی محصولات کشاورزی اعتماد خاطر را در کشاورزان از بین میبرد و به تولید محصولات در سال آینده ضربه خواهد زد.
عبدالله حاتمیان درباره تاخیر دولت در اعلام نرخ خرید تضمینی محصولات کشاورزی، بیان کرد: جهاد کشاورزی در حدود چهار ماه پیش نرخ خرید تضمینی گندم را به شورای عالی اقتصاد اعلام کرده است. آقای وزیر نیز اعلام کردهاند کاری را که ما باید انجام میدادیم، انجام شده است. هزینهها و دخل و خرج گندم را دیدهایم و قیمت خرید تضمینی را به شورای اقتصاد اعلام کردهایم. اگر تاخیر و تعللی است، خارج از جهاد کشاورزی و در حوزه شورای اقتصاد است.
وی در ادامه گفت: این یکی از دهها موردی است که وزارت جهاد کشاورزی در آن اختیار کمی دارد و حالت منفعلانهای به آن دادهاند. اگر جهاد کشاورزی مسئول تنظیم بازار است از مزرعه تا سفره را خودش باید بتواند مدیریت کند و اختیارات لازم را داشته باشد. جهاد کشاورزی باید تصمیم گیرنده اصلی باشد و وزارت صنعت و معدن در کنار وزارت جهاد کشاورزی قرار بگیرد. تمام کسانی که مسئولیتی در راستای تنظیم بازار و محصولات دارند باید در کنار جهاد کشاورزی قرار بگیرند نه اینکه جهاد کشاورزی به عنوان یک عضو اضافه در شورای اقتصاد باشد و قیمت محصولات را کسانی که نبض و تب بازار را نمیدانند، تنظیم کنند.
نماینده مردم درگز در مجلس شورای اسلامی بیان کرد: کشاورز زمانی که نداند قیمت گندمش در سال آینده چه مقدار خواهد بود در سرمایهگذاری برای کشت و داشت و برداشت گندمش کم خواهد گذاشت. به عنوان مثال اگر اعلام شود قیمت یک کیلو گندم دو هزار تومان است، کشاورز از همین الان بر روی آبیاری و سمپاشی و موارد دیگر سرمایهگذاری و برنامهریزی میکند. اما زمانی که آینده یک محصول مشخص نباشد، کشاورز وقتش را بر روی محصول دیگری میگذارد تا فردا روز چشمش به دست دیگری نباشد.
حاتمیان خاطرنشان کرد: این تاخیر، اعتماد خاطر کشاورز را از بین میبرد و در نهایت به تولید محصول در سال آینده و به امر خودکفایی و استقلال کشور در تولید محصولات نیز آسیب میزند. ما که بالاخره باید قیمت خرید تضمینی را اعلام کنیم چرا با چند ماه تاخیر این کار را انجام میدهیم؟ این امر ظلم به مردم و ظلم به کشور است. همین مسائل باعث ایجاد نارضایتی در کشور میشود.
