بررسی وضعیت مدیریت کرونا در مشهد:
نگهداری بیماران کرونایی در بیمارستان‌های مرجع
عاطفه خوافیان/ نماینده تام الاختیار وزیر بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی در راستای مدیریت بیماری کرونا در استان خراسان رضوی گفت: در حال حاضر ۷۰۰ بیمار در مراکز درمانی زیر پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بستری هستند که از این تعداد ۱۵۰ بیمار بدحال و در بخش های مراقبت ویژه تحت مراقبت و درمان قرار دارند.
به گزارش صبح امروز، دکتر سید محمد حسین بحرینی در “برنامه تلویزیونی اشاره “شبکه استانی خراسان رضوی در خصوص برنامه ریزی برای پذیرش بیماران کرونایی افزود: در حال حاضر دو بیمارستان ۶۱۰ تختخوابی امام رضا(ع) و دکتر شریعتی به طور کامل به بستری بیماران مبتلا به کووید-۱۹ اختصاص یافته است.
تمامی بیماران کرونایی به بیمارستان های مرجع کرونا انتقال داده می شوند
دکتر بحرینی تصریح کرد: دیگر مراکز فعال در سطح مشهد به ارائه خدمات به بیماران غیر کرونایی می پردازند و در صورت وجود بیمار کرونایی به دو مرکز ریفرال ارجاع داده می شود.
وی با بیان اینکه بیمارانی که به علت بیماری به جز کرونا در مراکز درمانی بستری شده اند و تست کرونا آنها نیز مثبت شده است نیز برای ادامه درمان به دو مرکز امام رضا(ع) و یا دکتر شریعتی انتقال داده می شوند تصریح کرد: بدین منظور بخش قلب بیمارستان دکتر شریعتی و اتاق عمل بیمارستان ۶۱۰ تختخوابی برای ارائه خدمات به این دسته از بیماران فعال شده است.
شهروندان در صورت بروز علائم مشکوک به کرونا به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت و درمانگاه ها مراجعه کنند
رییس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با بیان اینکه اجرای برنامه نظام ارجاع بیماران مشکوک و یا مبتلا به کووید-۱۹ یکی از طرح های ابتکاری این دانشگاه است که از ابتدای شیوع این ویروس در مشهد در حال اجراست خاطر نشان کرد: این برنامه در حال حاضر همچنان با قوت ادامه دارد و شهروندان در صورت بروز علائم در ابتدا به ۲۹ مرکز خدمات جامع سلامت در مناطق زیر پوشش و ۱۰۰ درمانگاه خصوصی و خیریه مراجعه نمایند.
دکتر بحرینی تصریح کرد: بیماران در صورت نیاز از طریق درمانگاه ها و مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت به مراکز سطح دو که مجهز به مراکز تصویر برداری و آزمایشگاه است ارجاع داده می شوند و پس از آن در صورت نیاز به سطح سه که همان بیمارستان هاست منتقل می شوند.
وی گفت: در شهر مشهد ۱۴ کلینیک، ویژه بزرگسالان و ۴ کلینیک ویژه کودکان آماده خدمات رسانی سطح دو به شهروندان هستند.
زمان پایان کرونا مشخص نیست
رییس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با بیان اینکه تا زمان تولید واکسن کرونا نمی توان زمان پایان این بیماری را انتظار داشت اظهار کرد: تنها راه پیشگیری از این بیماری در حال حاضر، رعایت دستورالعمل های بهداشتی، استفاده از ماسک، خود مراقبتی و حفظ فاصله گذاری اجتماعی است.
عدم استفاده از ماسک امکان انتقال بیماری کرونا را تا ۹۰ درصد افزایش می دهد
نماینده تام الاختیار وزیر بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی در راستای مدیریت بیماری کرونا در استان خراسان رضوی اظهار کرد: در صورت ابتلا فرد به بیماری کووید-۱۹ و عدم استفاده از ماسک امکان انتقال بیماری به دیگر افراد تا ۹۰ درصد افزایش می یابد.
دکتر بحرینی با بیان اینکه بر اساس اعلام سازمان جهانی بهداشت استفاده از ماسک می تواند نقش موثری در کاهش موارد ابتلا به کرونا داشته باشد خاطر نشان کرد: اگر فردی سالم باشد و استفاده از ماسک داشته باشد در زمان قرار گرفتن در مجاورت فرد بیمار خطر ابتلا به بیماری به ۷۰ درصد می رسد.
رییس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد تصریح کرد: استفاده از ماسک در بیماران مبتلا به کرونا خطر انتقال بیماری را به ۵ درصد و در صورت استفاده هر دو گروه سالم و بیمار از ماسک احتمال ابتلا به بیماری به ۱.۵ درصد کاهش می یابد.
دکتر بحرینی تاکید کرد: در کنار استفاده از ماسک، شستن دست‌ها، رعایت فاصله‌گذاری اجتماعی و اقدامات دیگر همچنان اهمیت زیادی دارد.
وی با بیان اینکه بر اساس تصمیم ستاد پیشگیری از کرونا، استفاده از ماسک در تمامی اماکن عمومی و فضاهای سرپوشیده الزامی است از تمامی شهروندان خواست برای حفظ سلامت خود در زمان خروج از منزل از ماسک استفاده کنند.
تیم های نظارتی بهداشتی به طور ویژه تمامی مراکز دولتی و غیر دولتی را مورد بررسی قرار می دهند
رییس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با بیان اینکه تمامی مراکز دولتی، غیر دولتی و اماکن عمومی ملزم به رعایت دستورالعمل های بهداشتی ابلاغی از سوی وزارت بهداشت هستند خاطر نشان کرد: تیم های نظارتی در صورت مشاهده هر گونه تخلف ضمن ارائه توصیه های بهداشتی با مسئولان واحدها برخورد می‌کنند.
دکتر بحرینی با بیان اینکه از ۱۵ تیر ماه استفاده از ماسک در تمامی اماکن عمومی و سرپوشیده الزامی شده است و همگان باید از این قانون تبعیت کنند تصریح کرد: بر اساس مصوبه ستاد پیشگیری از کرونا، در صورت مشاهده فردی بدون ماسک، هیچ گونه خدماتی به وی ارائه نمی‌شود.
