افزایش شوراهای اجتماعی محلات به 180 محله با افزایش مناطق شهری

رئیس دبیرخانه شورای اجتماعی محلات مشهد از افزایش شورای اجتماعی محلات به 180 محله با اجرای طرح 17 منطقه‌ای شدن مشهد خبر داد.

سید مجتبی منتظری در نشست دویست و پنجاه و ششم شهر، فرهنگ و اجتماع که با موضوع «نقش شورای اجتماعی محلات در حکمروایی خوب شهری» برگزار شد، بیان کرد: در حال حاضر شهر مشهد دارای 158 محله در قابل 36 ناحیه در دل 13 منطقه شهرداری است که برای همه آنها شورای اجتماعی محلات تشکیل شده است و در سال جاری این تعداد با 17 منطقه‌ای شدن شهر مشهد، به 180 محله و شورای اجتماعی محلات افزایش خواهد یافت.

وی افزود: در شوراهای اجتماعی محلات فعال فعلی، یک هزار و 500 نفر به عنوان عضو فعالیت دارند که 41 درصد از این اعضا را بانوان و 59 درصد را آقایان تشکیل می‌دهند.

منتظری با اشاره به اینکه در سال 96 بیش از یک هزار و 450 جلسه توسط شوراهای اجتماعی محلات تشکیل شده است، خاطرنشان کرد: به طور میانگین در هر محله در سال گذشته 10 جلسه برگزار شده که خروجی جلسات برگزار شده در سال گذشته، یک هزار و 223 مصوبه اجرا شده بوده است.

وی ادامه داد: شورای اجتماعی محلات بر اساس بند 7 ماده 76 وظایف و اختیارات شوراها تشکیل شده است که تقویت فعالیت‌های جمعی و مشارکت مردمی از اهداف اولیه آن و تقویت هویت محله‌ای و جلب مشارکت شهروندان در تصمیم‌سازی شورای شهر از اهداف مشخص شده برای سال جاری است.

رییس دبیرخانه شورای اجتماعی محلات با اشاره به اینکه این شورا دارای شورای راهبری 9 نفره بوده و توسط اداره‌ای که قبلا نام دبیرخانه داشت، مدیریت می‌شود، اذعان کرد: طرح محله آباد از دو سال گذشته کلید خورده است که بر اساس آن 5 درصد بودجه عمرانی شهرداری با پیشنهادهای مردمی محلات اولویت‌بندی و هزینه می‌شود.

منتظری گفت: پیگیری روز محله، کتاب محله و پورتال هویت هر محله را در سال 97 پیگیری خواهیم کرد.
