پس از نمونه برداری از محموله توسط گمرک دوغارون واقع در شرق خراسان رضوی در مرز ایران و اقغانستان و ارسال آن به آزمایشگاه مشخص شد 81 درصد فراوده نفتی یارانهای این محموله بیش از مشخصات فنی اعلامی و مجاز است. در نهایت شعبه ویژه رسیدگی به جرائم قاچاق کالا و ارز شهرستان تایباد متهم این پرونده را جهت اظهارات خلاف واقع و قاچاق این حجم سوخت به پرداخت 489 میلیارد و 640 میلیون ریال جزای نقدی در حق صندوق دولت محکوم کرد.
