تبرئه نجومی‌بگیران توسط دیوان محاسبات مانع از رسیدگی قوه قضاییه نمی‌شود
نماینده مشهد در مجلس تأکید کرد: تبرئه مدیران نجومی‌بگیر از سوی دیوان محاسبات مجلس شورای اسلامی مانع از رسیدگی به پرونده آنان در سازمان بازرسی کل کشور و قوه قضاییه نیست.
رضا شیران نماینده مردم مشهد در مجلس شورای اسلامی، با اشاره به تفکیک قوای بالادست دیوان محاسبات و سازمان بازرسی کل کشور، گفت: تبرئه مدیران نجومی‌بگیر از سوی دیوان محاسبات مجلس شورای اسلامی مانع از رسیدگی به پرونده آنان در سازمان بازرسی کل کشور و قوه قضاییه نیست.
وی افزود: دیوان محاسبات عمدتاً جهت سنجش میزان انحراف از قوانین بودجه، پرونده‌‌ها را بررسی می‌کند تا مشخص شود آیا درآمدها و هزینه‌ها مطابق سرفصل مصوب بوده است یا نه؟
نماینده مردم در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: در بسیاری از موارد دیوان محاسبات رای به برائت افراد داده است، اما سازمان بازرسی کل کشور، اتهامات را رسیدگی کرده و با اثبات آنها متخلفان مجازات شده‌اند.
