هم قسم شدیم تا به هدفمان برسیم
هنر رزمي کاراته آن چیزی نبوده است که به تصور برخی، به صورت خودجوش و در اثر ابتکارات فردی بنیانگذاران آن، پدید آمده باشد. تاریخچهی هنر اصیل که امروز دیگر نمیتوان حتی سایهای از آن را دید، بیانگر این مطلب است که این هنر، اصالت خود را از تجربه مردانی گرفته است که در چین، هنر رزم را فرا گرفتند. در واقع کلمه کاراته که امروزه عرف شده است شاید خود نوعی بازی با کلمات باشد و شاید بتوان گفت که کاراته در حقیقت، از جزیی هنر به نام «رزم» گرفته شده که از گذشتههای بسیار دور، در خدمت بشر بوده است. در مورد کاراته میتوان گفت که این هنر، برخلاف تصورات و مطابق تاریخ، ارتباطی به ژاپنیها ندارد و ژاپنیها حتی بارها این هنر را به تمسخر گرفته و آن را هنری پست و کفرآمیز میخواندهاند. در حقیقت کاراته با ورود به ژاپن اگر تضعیف نشده باشد، حداقل دچار افت و خیزهای فراوانی شده و به جز مواردی معدود که اساتید لایقی به آن خدمت کردهاند بسیار دچار آسیب شده و شاید اصلا منتقل نشده باشد.
ورزش کاراته بدن را قوی میکند، همکاری را ارتقا میبخشد، واکنشها را تسریع میکند و آرامش ایجاد میکند. علاوه براین، کاراته فرایندهای ذهنی را با بینش عمیقتر نسبت به ظرفیتهای ذهنی و اعتماد به نفس ارتقا میبخشد. بدین ترتیب، کاراته هدف نیست بلکه وسیلهای برای رسیدن به هدف تلقی میشود.
کاراته یک فعالیت است که سن در آن ملاک نیست. کاراته فرد را به هماهنگ ساختن ذهن و بدن خود ترغیب میکند.
ورزشکاران زیادی اکنون در سراسر دنیا به این ورزش و هنر رزمی میپردازند و مشهد نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست و ورزشکاران زیادی همه ساله سعی در پیشرفت در این رشته ورزشی و ورود به مسابقات مختلف دارند.
باخبر شدیم سه تن از نوجوانان دختر مشهدی با تمرین و پشتکار فراوان زیر نظر مربیان مجرب توانستند به اردوی تیم ملی نوجوانان راه پیدا کنند. از اینرو سراغ آنان رفتیم و در این مورد با مربی و بازیکنان به صحبت نشستیم.
حجت جاویدی سرپرست باشگاه و مدیر تیم در ابتدا با اشاره نحوه تمرینات این قهرمانان کوچک گفت: در ابتدا با تمرینات سبک کار را آغاز کردیم و در ادامه با توجه به شرایط بدنی ورزشکاران سبک تمرینات را عوض کردیم و به تمرینات سنگینتر و فشردهتر روی آوردیم. بعد از این زمان تمرینی خاصی برای آنان تعریف کرده بودیم و در اواخر بود که هر روز بیش از سه ساعت تمرین داشتند تا بتوانیم نتیجه مطلوب را بگیریم.
وی تصریح کرد: درکنار تمرینات متنوع بدنی که داشتیم سعی کردیم به همان میزان روی روحیه جنگندگی ورزشکاران هم کار کنیم و رفته رفته مباحثی را از لحاظ ذهنی به تیم تزریق کردیم تا بتوانیم عملکرد خوبی نسبت به ده ماهی که تمرین کردیم داشته باشیم.
جاویدی ادامه داد: روندی که برای تمرینات طی شد، آسان نبود و هماهنگ کردن بچههای حدود 13 سال زمان زیادی گرفت. ما در عین اینکه ورزش میکردیم و سعی داشتیم آنان را برای مسابقات آماده کنیم، در عین حال نباید طوری عمل میکردیم که به درس آنان لطمهای وارد شود و این کار زیاد آسانی نبود. مبحث دیگری که وجود داشت آسیب دیدگیها و خسته شدن بچهها از تمرینات بود که سعی کردیم آن را هم مدیریت کنیم تا ورزشکاران نه از لحاظ جسمی و نه از لحاظ روحی آسیب ببینند.
سارا صدرالحافظین به عنوان مربی این ورزشکاران در گفتوگو با «صبح امروز» بیان داشت: در ابتدای راه با بچهها هم قسم شدیم تا به هدفی که داشتیم برسیم و پس از حدود 10 ماه تمرین مداوم توانستیم به آنچه میخواهیم برسیم و در این راه همه این بازیکنان هرچه داشتند گذاشتند و میتوان گفت اتحاد رمز اصلی موفقیت ما در این راه بود.
وی ادامه داد: در مسیر راه مسابقات مختلف استانی و کشوری برگزار شد و در این میان برای آمادگی بیشتر بازیکنان ابتدا در یک مسابقات استانی شرکت کردیم که توانستند در این مسابقات مقام اول را کسب کنند و بعد از آن وقتی بچهها به این آمادگی نسبی ذهنی و بدنی رسیده بودند در مسابقات کشوری شرکت کردیم که حاصل این مسابقات نیز مقام قهرمانی برای تیم ما بود و این مسابقات باعث انگیزه و روحیه بیشتر در بازیکنان شد.
صدرالحافظین تصریح کرد: در این مسابقات که ما برای دومین بار از چهار دوره برگزاری شرکت میکردیم توانستیم جزو چهار تیم اول باشیم، در حالی که بسیاری از تیمها که از سایر استانها شرکت کرده بودند با وجود تجربه بیشتر نتوانستند این عنوان را به دست بیاورند و همین روند خوب و رو به رشد بچهها باعث شد تا به اردوی تیم ملی دعوت شوند. بچهها باید خود را مطابق تقویم فدراسیون به محل مشخص شده معرفی کنند و چون تمام تیم به صورت کامل دعوت شدهاند من نیز به عنوان مربی در این اردو حضور خواهم داشت. در این اردو کمپهای تمرینی مختلفی برگزار خواهد شد و برنامههای مختلفی برای این ورزشکاران و سایر تیمها در نظر گرفته شده است. طبق اخبار رسیده از فدراسیون قرار است این تیم برای بازیهای المپیک نوجوانان که زمستان سال آینده برگزار میشود، آماده شود.
مربی تیم کاراته وان اظهار داشت: بسیاری از ورزشکاران در این رشته از سنین بسیار پایین این ورزش را شروع کردهاند و در حال حاضر که به سن 13 یا 14 سالگی رسیدهاند، کاملا پخته و حرفهای عمل میکنند. ما نیز در این زمینه باید بیشتر تلاش کنیم تا بتوانیم از سنین 4 سال فرزند خود را تحت آموزش جلو ببریم تا بتوانند در سنین بالاتر حرفهایتر و پختهتر عمل کنند.
کاراته یک ورزش کاملا سالم و به دور از هرگونه آسیب دیدگی است، چرا که در این ورزش کاملا میتوان به صورت کنترل شده عمل کرد و سطح مصدومیتها را به شدت کاهش داد.
در ادامه این گزارش با دنیا جباری، زهرا سبیلی فریمانی و آصفه سادات فاضلیحسینی به گفتوگو پرداختیم که در ادامه میخوانید.
حمایت تمام قد خانواده باعث موفقیت میشود
دینا جباری یکی از اعضای تیم سه سال است که کاراته را شروع کرده و مقام سوم مسابقات کشوری را در اختیار دارد. او از هفت سالگی کاراته را شروع کرده و اکنون به عضویت تیم ملی در آمده است. جباری در خصوص تمرینات و دعوت شدن به تیم ملی گفت: ما در این اواخر بیشتر اوقات خود را در باشگاه میگذراندیم و هر روز تمرینات سخت و فشردهای داشتیم که بالاخره با حمایت خانواده و هدایت مربی خوبمان به نتیجه مطلوب دست پیداکردیم.
وی در ادامه با اشاره به حضور در مسابقات استانی و کشوری گفت: تمام هزینههای شرکت و اعزام به مسابقات توسط آقای جاویدی و باشگاه پرداخت شد و باشگاه به صورت کامل از ما برای حضور در مسابقات مختلف حمایت کرد.
جباری در خصوص فشار تمرینات گفت: به واسطه فاصله کم با برگزاری مسابقات استانی و کشوری فشار روی ما خیلی زیاد بود، چون هم باید به درس و مدرسه رسیدگی میکردیم و هم از طرفی به تمرینات باشگاهی میپرداختیم که با حمایت خوب خانواده توانستم این دو مقوله را مدیریت کرده و به صورت موازی پیش ببرم.
گاهی اوقات تا صبح بیدار بودم
زهرا سبیلی فریمانی دیگر ورزشکار دعوت شده به تیم ملی گفت: 16 سال دارم و نزدیک به دو سال است که در این رشته فعالیت دارم و قبل از ورود به کاراته والیبال کار میکردم. اول به این ورزش هیچ علاقهای نداشتم اما به واسطه حضور برادر و خواهرم و حضور آنان در مسابقات بینالمللی به این رشته علاقهمند شدم و به کاراته ورود پیدا کردم.
وی در خصوص تمرینات و آسیب دیدگیهای این رشته ورزشی گفت: خدارو شکر و به لطف مربیان تاکنون با مشکلی از لحاظ آسیب دیدگی مواجه نشدم و فشار تمرینات طوری بود که گاهی مجبور میشدم تا صبح بیدار باشم و به درسهایم برسم، اما به واسطه انگیزهای که داشتم هیچگاه خسته نشدم و سعی کردم با قدرت به راهم ادامه دهم.
سبیلی در خصوص حمایت خانواده گفت: اولویت خانواده درس بود، اما وقتی اشتیاق و تلاش من را دیدند از من حمایت کردند تا بتوانم به خواستهام برسم.
هدفم راهیابی به تیم ملی بود
آصفه سادات فاضلی حسینی دیگر ورزشکار دعوت شده به اردوی تیم ملی بود. او 13 سال داشت و تنها دوسال بود که به این ورزش روی آورده بود.
وی در ابتدا با اشاره به سطح تمرینات گفت: با تمرینات فشرده و سنگینی که در این 10 ما پشت سر گذاشتیم سختی زیادی کشیدیم و تنها چیزی که ما را به جلو هدایت میکرد هدفی بود که در ذهن داشتیم و به دنبال این بودیم تا بتوانیم به این هدف دست پیدا کنیم.
فاضلی افزود: رقیبان زیاد و خوبی در سطح کشور داشتیم، سطح کاراته وان در کشور ما بسیار بالا است و سایر تیمها و استانها برنامهریزی خوب و دقیقی برای این مسابقات داشتند و یکی دیگر از عوامل موفقیت ما اتحاد تیمی بود که داشتیم. چون باخت یکی از ما به ضرر کل تیم بود به همین خاطر سعی میکردیم آنچه در توان داریم را در زمین بگذاریم تا به دوستان خود به این وسیله کمک کنیم.
