مرکز علمی کاربردی نیروی انتظامی خراسان رضوی بعنوان مرکز برتر آموزش علمی کاربردی در کشور برگزیده شد. این مرکز که با هدف تامین و تربیت نیروهای متخصص در نیروهای مسلح شروع به کار کرده است در رشتههای متنوع و کاربردی با هدف تربیت نیروی هایی آماده به خدمت و متخصص به فعالیت پرداخته است.
به منظور آشنایی بیشتر با این موسسه به گفتگو با محمدرضا قانعی رییس دانشگاه علمی کاربردی نیروی انتظامی خراسان رضوی پرداختیم.وی در ابتدا امنیت و آرامش را از مهمترین کارکردها و وظایف هر حکومتی دانست و گفت الحمدالله این ویژگی که در کشور ما تحت نظارت نیروی انتظامی است به نحو احسنت صورت میگیرد و پلیس همیشه و نه تنها در زمان جنگ و ناامنی بلکه همیشه و در همه حال مشغول به خدمت به هم میهنان است.
قانعی تاکید کرد: برای ارایه خدمات بهتر و سریعتر به مردم، نیازمند اقدامات حساب شده و هدفمند در این راستا هستیم. مرکز تخصصی علمی کاربردی نیروی انتظامی خراسان رضوی با یک دهه سابقه به تربیت نیروهای متخصص میپردازد نقش پررنگی در این امر دارد.
وی با اشاره به اینکه تعداد بالایی از نیروهای پلیس توانستند علاوه بر آموزشهای روز، مدرک تحت نظارت وزارت علوم هم دریافت کنند گفت: خوشبختانه دانشگاه علمی کاربردی نیروی انتظامی خراسان رضوی توانسته است پیشگام در تربیت پلیس ماهر و متخصص در کشور باشد.
وی با اشاره به طرح پلیس افتخاری گفت: در این طرح با بهرهمندی از افراد علاقمند بنا بر تخصصهای افراد، در رشته های متفاوت به کار گرفته میشود که پس از گذراندن آموزش های اولیه مجاز به شرکت در رشته های موجود در دانشگاه علمی کاربردی نیروی انتظامی خواهند بود.
وی ضمن نوید پذیرش دانشجو از بین خانوادههای شهدا، جانبازان و بازنشستگان نیروهای مسلح گفت: ارایه این طرح به تمامی کارکنان شرکت های خدمات انتظامی نیز در دستور کار ماست.
رییس دانشگاه علمی کاربردی نیروی انتظامی خراسان رضوی افزود: مفتخریم که تربیت پلیس با مهارت بالا توانسته است کمک حال شایانی برای دستگاههای قضایی باشد؛ پیش از افتتاح این مرکز ضریب سواد کارکنان نیروی انتظامی در رده سوم بعد از سپاه و ارتش قرار داشت اما با فعالیتهای این مرکز در حال حاضر کارکنان نیروی انتظامی در راس هستند.
قانعی تمامی رشته های این مرکز را حائز اهمیت بالا دانست و گفت: تمامی رشتههای ایجاد شده از اهمیت بالایی برخوردارند چراکه هرکدام از آنها مورد نیاز و توجه نیروی انتظامی هستند.از جمله: کاردانی تربیت بدنی با تاکید بر تیراندازی و مربیگری تربیت بدنی با پایه تکواندو که اهمیت اصلی این رشتهها در درگیری با اشرار هویداست و مهارت ویژه نیروی انتظامی در این حوزه ضامن امنیت مردم است.
کاردانی حرفه ای امداد و سوانح که به لحاظ فوریت در دسترسی اولیه خصوصا در سوانح جادهای اهمیت بالایی دارد.
کاردانی حرفه ای حقوق قضایی با گرایش ضابطین قضایی بعنوان قوی ترین ضابط کشور که نیاز بالایی به متخصص در این حوزه وجود داشته است.
کاردانی حرفه ای حقوق قضایی ارشاد، که لازم به ذکر است از هر صد پرونده نزاع گزارش شده حدودا هشتاد درصد در کلانتری ها حل و فصل میشود که این موضوع ضمن کمک به تسهیل خدمات رسانی به دستگاه قضا حرکتی مثبت و سازنده است.
کاردانی حرفه ای مراقبت و کنترل اطلاعاتی که میتواند نیروی مورد نیاز سازمانهای مهمی از جمله پلیس فتا که در زمان صلح در کشور نیز موظف به تامین امنیت سایبری هستند را نیز تامین کند.
