فعالیت ۴۴ پایگاه سنجش نوآموزان در مناطق زیر پوشش دانشگاه
مدیر سلامت جمعیت، خانواده و مدارس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد، با اشاره به آغاز طرح سنجش نوآموزان بدو ورود به دبستان گفت: از ۶۹ پایگاه مجری طرح سنجش نوآموزان در استان خراسان رضوی، ۴۴ پایگاه درحوزه زیر پوشش دانشگاه قرار دارد.
دکتر حامد قضاوی با بیان اینکه پیش بینی می شود امسال ۹۵ هزار نوآموز زیر پوشش این طرح قرار بگیرند خاطر نشان کرد: : خدمات ارائه شده به نوآموزان در قالب بسته خدمات کشوری و به صورت خانواده محور به نو آموزان ارائه می‌شود.
وی افزود: بر اساس تفاهم نامه مشترک میان وزارت بهداشت و وزارت آموزش و پرورش در سال جاری، تمامی مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت و پایگاههای سلامت شهرستان‌های زیر پوشش دانشگاه، پس از غربالگری اولیه نوآموزان توسط پایگاههای سنجش آموزش و پرورش استثنایی، مجری اجرای برنامه سنجش سلامت نوآموزان جمعیت تحت پوشش خود هستند.
دکتر قضاوی در ادامه ضمن تاکید بر اهمیت طرح سنجش گفت: در این طرح، نوآموزان معرفی شده از مدارس و پایگاههای سنجش جهت دریافت خدمات مورد نیاز و انجام ارزیابی و معاینات شامل واکسیناسیون، مراقبت‌های جسمانی و معاینات پزشکی، معاینات دهان و دندان و فلوراید تراپی به پایگاه‌ها و مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت مراجعه می‌کنند.
مدیر سلامت جمعیت، خانواده و مدارس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد؛ خاطر نشان کرد: نتایج معاینات در پرونده الکترونیک نوآموز ثبت و پرونده سلامت برای سایر اعضاء خانواده نوآموزان نیز ایجاد می شود.

Abnormal this put up is totaly unrelated to what I was searching google for, but it surely used to be listed at the first page. I suppose your doing one thing proper if Google likes you adequate to place you at the first page of a non similar search.
