234 میلیارد ریال وام اشتغالزایی به روستائیان پرداخت شد
مدیر کل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی خراسان رضوی گفت: از ابتدای امسال تاکنون 234 میلیارد ریال تسهیلات قرض الحسنه برای رفع بیکاری و ایجاد اشتغال به روستائیان این استان پرداخت شد.
محمد سنجری افزود: این مبلغ به یک هزار و 882 متقاضی پرداخت شده تا با استفاده از آن در فعالیت های اقتصادی و کشاورزی روستا زمینه اشتغالزایی آنان فراهم شود.
وی اظهار کرد: در این راستا امسال 41 صندوق قرض الحسنه خرد محلی ویژه زنان روستایی توسط صندوق کارآفرینی امید با مشارکت سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان راه اندازی شد که یکهزار و 314 نفر از زنان روستایی در آن مشارکت کردند.
وی گفت: براساس سرشماری نفوس و مسکن سال 1395، تعداد بیکاران روستایی خراسان رضوی 51 هزار و 883 نفر و نرخ بیکاری روستائیان این استان 9.19 درصد بود که از نرخ متوسط بیکاری روستائیان در کشور کمتر است.
سنجری افزود: برای رفع بیکاری روستائیان خراسان رضوی در سال جاری اقداماتی توسط دستگاه های اجرایی انجام شده که برخی از این اقدامات به طور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم در ایجاد یا تثبیت اشتغال تاثیر داشته است.
وی اظهار کرد: پرداخت 110 میلیارد ریال تسهیلات قرض الحسنه مشاغل خانگی به روستائیان، خرید تضمینی 391 هزار تن محصول گندم به مبلغ پنج هزار و 83 میلیون ریال توسط دولت از جمله اقدامات انجام شده برای تثبیت اشتغال روستائیان طی سال جاری بوده است.
وی گفت: اقداماتی نیز از جمله خرید تضمینی محصول کلزا به مبلغ 150 میلیارد ریال توسط دولت، اجرای طرح «روستا تعاون» و صدور مجوز تشکیل 46 تعاونی، پرداخت 391 میلیارد و 580 میلیون ریال تسهیلات با نرخ سود کمتر از 18 درصد برای مکانیزاسیون بخش کشاورزی در سال جاری انجام شد.
مدیر کل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی خراسان رضوی افزود: برای بهبود شاخص بیکاری و اشتغالزایی 2 برنامه ملی در سطح کشور ابلاغ شد که شامل طرح توسعه اشتغال روستائیان و عشایر، اجرای برنامه توسعه اقتصادی و اشتغالزایی برای روستاها در طول برنامه ششم توسعه می باشد.
سنجری اظهار کرد: در اجرای طرح ایجاد و توسعه اشتغال روستائیان و عشایر 2 هزار و 138 میلیون ریال از منابع صندوق توسعه ملی در قالب تسهیلات بانکی با نرخ سود بین چهار تا 10 درصد به این استان ابلاغ شد.
وی گفت: تمام متقاضیان بخش خصوصی و تعاونی مناطق روستایی و عشایری در قالب رشته های شغلی دارای اولویت می توانند از این تسهیلات استفاده کنند.
