ارتباط شهروندان با شهرداری مشهد از طریق پیام رسان های بومی
معاون برنامهریزی شهرداری مشهد گفت: تلاش می کنیم ارتباط شهروندان مشهدی با شهرداری را از طریق پیام رسان های بومی فراهم کنیم.
شهریار آل شیخ در مراسم امضاء قرار داد همکاری پیام رسان گپ و شهرداری مشهد اظهارکرد: مردم میتوانند ارتباط با سامانههای ارتباطی با شهرداری از جمله ۱۳۷ را از طریق پیام رسان های داخلی برقرار کرده و با ارسال عکس و پیام ،مشکلات خود را به مدیریت شهری اعلام کنند.
وی افزود:شهروندان میتوانند از طریق این پیام رسان گواهی شهرسازی درخواست کنند، مناقصات شهرداری را پیگیری کنند، پرداخت عوارض خودرو و نوسازی داشته باشند و خدمات مدیریت پارکینگ و خدمات خرید بلیت تک سفره مترو را دریافت کنند.
معاون برنامهریزی شهرداری مشهد بیان کرد: این خدمات برای نخستین مرتبه در کشور به مردم ارائه می شود و امیدوارم بتوانیم از دیگر خدمت های الکترونیک برای تحقق شهر هوشمند در مشهد استفاده کنیم.
آل شیخ تاکید کرد: به هر میزان ارتباط شهروندان با مدیریت شهری تسهیل شود فضای خدمت رسانی به مردم در عرصه شهر و شهروندی فراهم می شود.
