فرایندهای قانونی آغاز به کار خانه هنرمندان طی شده است
مسئول راه‌اندازی خانه هنرمندان مشهد گفت: فرایندهای قانونی خانه هنرمندان، تصویب اساسنامه، موافقت اصولی و کارهایی که شکل قانونی خانه هنرمندان را تشکیل می‌دهد، انجام گرفته است.
صدرا یوسفی در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار ایسنا- منطقه خراسان، در خصوص شکل‌گیری «خانه هنرمندان مشهد» اظهار کرد: از ابتدا ساختار، چارچوب و چارتی برای خانه هنرمندان وجود نداشته و تنها یک نام در مجموعه هنری تحت عنوان خانه هنرمندان بوده که بر اساس این نام مدتی کار انجام شده و بعد از آن هم رها شده است.
وی ادامه داد: پیرو ابلاغی که معاونت فرهنگی شهرداری در انتهای سال گذشته به بنده لطف کردند، ما بر اساس جایگاهی که خانه هنرمندان داشته است، بازتعریفی انجام دادیم و اساسنامه‌ای را تحت عنوان یک موسسه فرهنگی چند منظوره که ذیل شهرداری فعالیت می‌کند، تشکیل دادیم. پس از آن هیئت امنا تاسیس و موسس اساسنامه را تصویب کرد و کارهای ثبت اساسنامه نیز در دو هفته گذشته انجام شد و اساسنامه با موافقت اصولی انجام شد.
مسئول راه‌اندازی خانه هنرمندان مشهد تصریح کرد: پیش‌بینی این بود که برای پنج‌شنبه هم اولین جلسه هیئت‌مدیره را داشته باشیم که از نظر ساختار اجرایی شروع به کار کنیم و امیدواریم که در هفته‌های آینده شروع کار اجرایی با تشکیل هیئت‌مدیره، خانه هنرمندان شکل اجرایی خودش را بگیرد.
یوسفی خاطرنشان کرد: با دستور آقای شهردار مکان ویژه‌ای برای خانه هنرمندان اختصاص داده شده و با حمایت‌هایی که آقای بختیاری داشتند، امیدواریم که یک مجموعه خوب با توان و ظرفیت بالا در مشهد شکل بگیرد.
مسئول راه‌اندازی خانه هنرمندان مشهد افزود: طی جلساتی که با آقای شهردار و هم‌چنین دکتر بختیاری داشتیم، متوجه شدیم که نگاه بسیار مثبتی در شهرداری برای شکل‌گیری خانه هنرمندان وجود دارد و امیدواریم که با تشکیل هیئت‌مدیره و ساختار اجرایی خانه هنرمندان، فضایی برای ارتباط بین هنرمندان و مجموعه‌های مختلف شهرداری بوجود آید.
یوسفی اضافه کرد: ما معتقدیم که اگر حوزه‌های تخصصی را خود هنرمندان مدیریت کنند، می‌توانند ارتباط خوبی را بین مجموعه اجرایی مانند شهرداری و مجموعه تخصصی که هنرمندان و جامعه هنری هستند به نفع توسعه فرهنگ و هنر شهر ایجاد کنند.
