مدیرعامل شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی استان خراسان رضوی به استفاده ازظرفیتهای علمی بانوان در جهت پیشبرد اهداف اقتصادی به خصوص رونق تولید تأکید و نقش بانوان را مهم برشمرد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی شرکت شهرکهاي صنعتی استان خراسان رضوی،”مسعود مهدی زاده مقدم”در مراسمی که به مناسبت ایام ولادت حضرت فاطمه زهرا(س) و روز اقتصاد مقاومتی و کارآفرینی در شهرکهای صنعتی استان برگزار شد، اظهار کرد: نقشآفرینی بانوان در حوزه صنعت بسیار موثر بوده و اثرات اقتصادی مثبتی به همراه داشته و یکی از علل توسعهیافتگی مناطق مختلف، حضور بانوان و مدیریت آنها در ایجاد تولید و اشتغال است.
وی افزود: بانوان شاغل در شهرکها و نواحی صنعتی دارای توانمندی های علمی بالایی هستند و برای توسعه صنعتی و پیشبرد اهداف رونق تولید خلاقیت های فراوانی انجام دادند که سبب اشتغال مولد شده است.
مهدی زاده مقدم با بیان اینکه بانوان با حداقل امکانات به موفقیت های بزرگی دست یافتند، ادامه داد: بانوان در هر عرصه ای که ورود کردند موفق بودند و با نوآوری زمینه رشد اقتصادی را فراهم می کنند.
وی عنوان کرد: حضور پرشمار بانوان و فعالیت 68 بانوی کارآفرین در سطح شهرکها و نواحی صنعتی استان در عرصههای مختلف صنعتی نشان دهنده جامعه هدفی بزرگ بوده که بسیار حائز اهمیت است.
رئیس هیأت مدیره و مدیرعامل شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی استان خراسان رضوی، خاطرنشان کرد: حمایت های مختلفی از واحدهای صنعتی با مدیریت بانوان کارآفرین در شهرکها و نواحی صنعتی از جمله شناسايي نيازهاي بازار مرتبط با علایق بانوان، برگزاري دوره هاي تخصصي ويژه و مهارت آموزي، برگزاري و تسهيل شركت در نمايشگاه از توليدات و دستاوردها، تشکيل تيم هاي مشاوره صنعتي انجام گرفته که در زمینه های مختلف تولیدات صنایع غذایی، سلولزی، دارویی و خدمات فنی مهندسی منجرب به فعالیت شده است.
