دبیر و سخنگو منتخبان شورای شهر مشهد گفت: شهر را در شرایط سختی تحویل می‌گیریم.
محمدرضا حیدری در نشست مشترک منتخبین دوره پنجم شورای شهر مشهد و شورای مرکزی مجمع روحانیون مبارز خراسان رضوی افزود: شهر مشهد در مجموع شرایط خوبی ندارد؛ به صورتی که از بُعد مسائل مالی میزان بدهی‌ها و تعهداتی که شهرداری در ارتباط با پروژه ها ایجاد کرده، حدود 4000 میلیارد تومان است و حدود 2000 میلیارد تومان را در قالب پروانه‌ی شناور پیش فروش کرده‌اند.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: در این یکی دو ماهه نیز تعهداتی را ایجاد کرده‌اند که می توانستند این کار را انجام ندهند. ما در مصاحبه‌های مختلف نیز از آنان تقاضا کردیم که در حوزه‌ی امور معطوف به آینده این تعهدات را متوقف کنند. از لحاظ حقوقی نیز هبه‌های غیرمتعارفی صورت داده‌اند که میزان آن از بودجه‌ی سالانه بیشتر است و با شرایط این چنینی دوستان وارد شورای شهر مشهد می‌شوند.
حیدری ادامه داد: تمام تلاش و سعی ما این است که با توجه به صاحب فکر بودن اعضای شورای منتخب تاکنون به شکل منسجم پیش رفته‌ایم که انشالله تا انتها نیز این گونه خواهد بود. این افراد با داشتن طرز تفکرهای متفاوت در اصول همگی همراه و همگام هستند. امیدواریم در مراحل سخت بعدی نیز این گونه پیش برود و از دوستان مجمع روحانیون مبارز خراسان نیز انتظار داریم که همچون گذشته این همراهی و تعامل را داشته باشند و اعلام کرده‌ایم که پذیرای تمامی انتقادات و پیشنهادات مردم خواهیم بود.
وی افزود: از ابتدا تمامی احزاب و جریان‌های اصلاح‌طلب به تدوین لیست واحد کمک کردند و این لیست به طور کامل در مشهد رای آورد که امر بدیع و حماسه‌ای بود، به صورتی که همه‌ی کشور و نخبگان سیاسی کشور از انتخابات شورای شهر مشهد ابراز خرسندی می‌کنند.
حیدری با اشاره به فعالیت‌های منتخبین بعد از اعلام نتایج، اظهار کرد: به محض اطمینان از صحت انتخابات، جلسات و نشست‌هایمان را شروع کردیم به طوری که هفته‌ای سه جلسه برای این دوره‌ی انتقالی زمان گذاشتیم تا از آخرین وضعیت شهرداری و شهر مشهد اطلاعات کسب کنیم.
دبیر و سخنگوی منتخبان شورای شهر مشهد ادامه داد: نشست‌های مختلفی نیز با مدیران، دستگاه‌های ذیربط و امروز با روحانیت محترم برگزار کردیم و در طی این جلسات با معاونین شهرداری نشست‌های مشترک برگزار کردیم و آن‌ها با تیم شان آخرین وضعیت برنامه‌ها و شرایط شهر را توضیح دادند.
وی ادامه داد: مقوله‌ی دوم مربوط به کمیسیون‌ها و کارگروه‌های تخصصی بوده است که آخرین وضعیت شهرداری را در حوزه‌های مختلف رصد کرده و داده‌های مختلفی را جمع‌آوری کردند که از درون این کمیسیون‌ها بتوان به رویکردهایی رسید تا بتوان در شروع کار با چارچوب مشخصی اقدام کنیم.
حیدری در خصوص شروع به کار رسمی شورای شهر مشهد گفت: این موضوع یکی از مسائل مبهمی بود که ما را به لحاظ برنامه‌ریزی دچار مشکل کرد. مجلس شورای اسلامی لایحه‌ی دولت مبنی بر شروع به کار شورا در 14 مرداد را تصویب کرده بود که تا چند روز پیش شورای نگهبان اعلام نظر نکرده بود و به همین دلیل همه نگاه‌ها بر این بود که 14 شهریور خواهد بود ولی بعد از اعلام نظر شورای نگهبان، منتظر اعلام فرمانداری هستیم.
وی با اشاره به نقش مجمع روحانیون مبارز خراسان برای تلطیف فضا در باب قرائت‌های مختلف حوزه‌های فرهنگی و دینی طبق قرائت ناب امام(ره) اظهار کرد: از شما عزیزان روحانی انتظار داریم کمک کنند تا انتظارات مردم را تحقق ببخشیم و در طول دوره‌ی 4 ساله این عنایت را به اعضای منتخب شورای شهر داشته باشید.
