یک نماینده پیشین مجلس تاکید کرد که رییسجمهور نباید تحت تاثیر فشارها و سهمخواهیها قرار بگیرد چرا که کابینه و هیات دولت شرکت سهامی نیست.
جواد آرینمنش اظهار کرد: طبق قانون اساسی پس از مقام معظم رهبری، رییسجمهور عالیترین مقام رسمی کشور بوده و مسئولیتهای بسیار سنگینی بر دوش رییسجمهور گذاشته شده است.
وی ادامه داد: رییسجمهور مسئولیت خطیر اجرای قانون اساسی را بر عهده دارد که در قانون اساسی به این مسئولیتها در اصول مختلف اشاره شده به طور مثال در اصل سوم دولت موظف شده در جهت ایجاد محیط مساعد برای رشد فضایل اخلاقی، بالا بردن سطح آگاهیهای عمومی، تحقق آموزش و پرورش رایگان، تقویت روح ابتکار در زمینههای گوناگون، گسترش آزادیهای سیاسی و اجتماعی مردم و … تلاش کند.
این فعال سیاسی اصولگرا با ذکر وظایف دیگر رییسجمهور که در قانون اساسی مشخص شده، تصریح کرد: تعیین وزرا برای تحقق اهدافی که در قانون اساسی آمده نیز بر عهده رییسجمهور است و وزرایی باید انتخاب شوند که بتوانند این اهداف را محقق سازند.
آرینمنش خاطرنشان کرد: دولت باید در برابر وعدههایی که به مردم داده پاسخگو باشد و بتواند بر چالشهای موجود در کشور همچون مسائل اقتصادی، رکود، بیکاری، بحران مفاسد اجتماعی و نظایر آن فائق آید لذا کابینهای میتواند رییسجمهور را در این راه دشوار کمک کند که اولا با یکدیگر هماهنگ باشند، ثانیا از تجربه و تخصص برخوردار باشد.
وی تاکید کرد: وزارت جای آزمون و خطا و تمرین مدیریت و جای سخنرانی و نظریهپردازی نیست بلکه جای خدمت بیمنت و تلاش شبانهروزی برای مردم است. وزیر باید در برابر مسئولیت خود پاسخگو باشد و با تدبیر عمل کند.
این نماینده پیشین مجلس شورای اسلامی یادآور شد: دولت جدید در شرایطی روی کار میآید که با انبوهی از مشکلات مواجه هستیم و رییسجمهور باید در انتخاب کابینه دقت لازم را داشته باشد در عین حال تحت تاثیر فشارها و سهمخواهیها قرار نگیرد چرا که کابینه و هیات دولت شرکت سهامی نیست.
آرینمنش در پایان گفت: رییسجمهور باید با مشورت، بررسی و تحقیق کابینهای هماهنگ و توانمند انتخاب کند چون مسئولیت این انتخاب نهایتا فقط بر عهده رییسجمهور است و فردا روز، کسی نمیگوید که این افراد به رییسجمهور تحمیل شدهاند.
