نماینده ولی فقیه در خراسان رضوی گفت: بنده ۷سال قبل گفتم این قراردادهای موقت کارگری که کارگر را عمله روزمزد می‌کند، حرام است.

آیت‌الله سید احمد علم‌الهدی ظهر پنج شنبه در دیدار با جمعی از مسئولان شوراها و تشکل‌های کارگری که در محل حسینیه دفتر امام جمعه مشهد برگزار شد، ضمن تبریک اعیاد شعبانیه و روز کارگر افزود: این یک نوع کلاه برداری حرام و نامشروع است و بنده به عنوان کسی که خود نظر فقهی دارد تا آخر پای آن ایستاده ام، امروز این کارگر جوان است بخشی از آن برای امروز است و بخشی برای دوره پیری و این قدارداد‌ها دوبخش نیرو را میگیرد ولی یک بخش آن را مزد میدهد چون بیمه و بازنشستگی ندارد.

علم‌الهدی اظهار داشت: تشکل‌های کارگری با سایر تشکل‌ها متفاوت است چرا که صرف نظر از آثار مثبت شخصیتی کارگران در چرخ‌های کشور، انسجام آنها در تشکل‌ها باید تامین کننده نیازها و جبران حقوق تضییع شده کارگران در جامعه باشد.

وی افزود: برادران و خواهرانِ در راس تشکل‌ها شما نمایندگی این انسجام را برعهده دارید و نقش مدیریت بدنه تشکل، تامین کننده و مجری انسجام را ایفا می‌کنید.

امام جمعه مشهد با بیان اینکه مسئولیت شورای کارگری با یک شورا و تشکل سیاسی متفاوت است، گفت: مسئولیت هسته تشکل کارگری مسئولیت خطیری است چون انسان‌ها برای ایفای و احقاق حقوق خود این تشکل را تشکیل دادند لذا مسئولیت شما از مسئولیت مسئولان وزارت کار بیشتر و خطیرتر است.
