منتخب مردم مشهد در پنجمین دوره شورای اسلامی گفت: شورای شهر پنجم مجموعه تاریخی طوس را به عنوان یک ظرفیت پایدار تولید درآمد احیا خواهد کرد.
شهناز رمارم اظهار کرد: شورای شهر پنجم مجموعه تاریخی طوس را با همه ظرفیتها و پتانسیلهایی که داخل آن وجود دارد احیا میکند.
وی ادامه داد: به طور کلی شورای شهر آینده استراتژی خود را مبتنی بر استفاده و احیای ظرفیتهای شهر مشهد در چارچوب مقررات قانونی و با حفظ موازین شرعی و عرفی قرار داده است.
منتخب مردم مشهد در پنجمین دوره شورای اسلامی بیان کرد: البته باید دید که هدف از آوردن گردشگران به مشهد و یا مجموعه تاریخی طوس چیست و ما قرار است به چه اهدافی دست پیدا کنیم. قطعا از محل این نقشه راه، درآمدهای ایجاد خواد شد و باید نحوه هزینهکرد برای آبادانی این منطقه مشخص شود.
وی در خصوص نقشه راه زیارت و گردشگری در مشهد، گفت: یک سند با عنوان نقشه زیارت مشهد آماده شده اما متاسفانه به این سند مراجعه نشده است، شورای شهر و شهرداری متولی حوزه گردشگری هستند اما ما نیز به ایجاد زیرساختهای آن کمک خواهند کرد.
رمارم یادآور شد: باید درآمد شهر از محل جذب گردشگر مشخص شود تا به رونق تولید و افزایش اشتغال منجر شود، ما به دنبال این هستیم که بخش خصوصی و فعالان این حوزه با طیبخاطر و با اختیار خود عوارض شهرداری را پرداخت کنند، زیرا اگر شرایطی برای این فعالان فراهم شود که درآمد آنها افزایش پیدا کند چنین امری تحقق مییابد و آنها نگاهشان به دریافت عوارض از سوی شهرداری تغییر میکند.
