جناح‌زدگی به نظام شورایی آسیب وارد می‌کند

استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: گرچه اعضای شوراها می‌توانند نگاه سیاسی داشته باشند ولی این رویکرد سیاسی نباید بر فعالیت شورا تاثیر داشته باشد زیرا سیاست زدگی و جناح زدگی به بدنه نظام شورایی آسیب وارد می‌کند.

علی رضا رشیدیان در جمع اعضای شوراهای شهرها و روستاهای استان افزود: آفت جناح زدگی برای بهره گیری از ظرفیتهای اجرایی شهر و روستا به شدت تاثیرگذاری منفی در نظام شورایی و شهرها و رستاها دارد.

وی ادامه داد: اعضای شوراهای شهر و روستا باید از هر گونه قوم زدگی پرهیز کنند زیرا هر شورایی که درگیر مسائل قومی‌و جناحی شود ظرفیت‌های جامعه را از دست می‌دهد.

استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: اعضای شوراها پس از انتخاب توسط مردم دیگر نماینده تمام جامعه هستند نه جناح خاصی لذا باید به حق رای مردم و این انتخاب بها داده و آن را فدای علائق سیاسی نکنند.

رشیدیان در ادامه تاکید کرد: آسیب‌های اجتماعی نظیر طلاق، حاشیه نشینی و برخی فسادهای اخلاقی در هر جامعه‌ای وجود دارد ولی این آسیب‌ها زیبنده نظام جمهوری اسلامی نیست لذا باید همه در راستای رفع و کاهش آن تلاش کنند.

وی افزود: باید به مقوله آسیب اجتماعی به عنوان مساله اصلی جامعه توجه شود و اعضای شوراها تنها دغدغه ساخت و ساز در شهرها را نداشته باشند بلکه به مسائل انسان‌ها و آسیب‌های اجتماعی نیز توجه جدی مبذول کنند.

رشیدیان ادامه داد: شوراهای شهر و روستا انتظارات جامعه را با نظام اجرایی مرتبط می‌کنند. شوراها و دستگاه‌های اجرایی مکمل یکدیگر هستند و باید در تمام مراحل کاری و اجرایی متوجه یکدیگر باشند.

وی گفت: تقابل بین شوراها و بخش‌های اجرایی جامعه نیز آفت است و باید دستگاه اجرایی در کنار شوراها در راستای رشد و پیشرفت اهداف نظام جمهوری نقش آفرینی کنند.

استاندار خراسان رضوی افزود: همچنین با توجه به رویکرد رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی شوراها با‌ایجاد ظرفیت در حوزه تولیدی در کنار دستگاه‌های اجرایی به توسعه اشتغال و تولید توجه جدی داشته باشند.

وی ادامه داد: در روستاها و شهرستان‌ها مزیت‌های بالقوه‌ای وجود دارد که اگر منطبق با نیاز بازار به آن پرداخته شود نقش مهمی در اشتغالزایی خواهد داشت و این امر نیز مستلزم توجه شوراها به ظرفیت‌های موجود است.
