تصمیم AFC سیاسی است
رئیس خراسانی کمیته ورزشی و زنان کمیسیون فرهنگی مجلس تصمیم کنفدراسیون آسیا (AFC) برای انجام بازیهای باشگاههای فوتبال ایران در کشور ثالث با ادعای نبود امنیت در ایران را تصمیمی سیاسی و غیر ورزشی و جهتدار خواند و گفت: در حال حاضر ما نیازمند تیم حقوقی و بینالمللی و حرفهای در وزارت ورزش برای پیگیری موضوعات این چنینی هستیم.
سیداحسان قاضیزاده هاشمی، اظهار کرد: اتفاق رخ داده در مورد تصمیم AFC متاسفانه مسبوق به سابقه است، یکسال و نیم پیش ما همین موضوع را با سعودیها داشتیم. اگر آن زمان فدراسیون فوتبال مقابل باشگاههای سعودی ایستادگی میکرد، امروز شاهد تصمیم AFC نبودیم که آنها اینطور وقیحانه اقدام کنند، لذا میتوان گفت AFC زمانی جری شد که ضعف ما را در قبال سعودیها در سال گذشته دید.
وی ادامه داد: جالب است در این شرایط مجموعه فدراسیون فوتبال تمام قد در انتخابات کنفدراسیون آسیا پشت شیخ سلمان و تیمش ایستاد و رای مثبت داد، اما آنها در مقاطع حساس نه تنها هوادار فدراسیون نبودند که چنین تصمیمات سیاسی، غیرورزشی و کاملا جهتدار برای اثرگذاری روی افکار عمومی ایران و ورزش دوستان میگیرند.
این عضو کمیسیون فرهنگی ورزش مجلس شورای اسلامی با تاکید بر اینکه «باید وزارت ورزش، کمیته ملی المپیک و فدراسیون فوتبال محکم پای تصمیم گرفته شده مبنی بر بازی نکردن باشگاههای فوتبال در کشور ثالث بایستند و کوتاه نیایند»، ادامه داد: عزت ملی و جایگاه ورزشی ما متاثر شده، ضرورت دارد این استواری وجود داشته باشد چون این تصمیم سیاسی همتای اقداماتی است که آمریکا و انگلیس علیه ما انجام میدهند منتها اینبار چهره ورزشی به خود گرفته است.
قاضیزاده با یادآوری اینکه «ایران میتواند به مراجع ورزشی بالاتر درباره تصمیم AFC اعتراض کند»، گفت: ما میتوانیم این موضوع را در فدراسیون جهانی و مراجع ذیصلاح حقوقی با طرح شکایت پیگیری کنیم.
وی با بیان اینکه «مشکل فعلی در عرصه ورزش وجود تیم حقوقی بینالمللی فوقالعاده ضعیف است»، اظهار کرد: ما نیازمند تیمهای حقوقی حرفهای هستیم ما اساتید حقوق بینالملل خوبی داریم که آنها میتوانند با مباحث حقوق ورزشی آشنا شده و از آنها استفاده کنیم اکنون چالشهای ورزشی هفتگی شده است و به نظر میرسد ارادهای در وزارت ورزش برای جدی گرفتن موضوعات وجود ندارد. ما نگرانیهایی هم به خاطر المپیک ۲۰۲۰ داریم باید موضوعات جدی گرفته شده و کار شبانهروزی انجام شود.
وی ادامه داد: برخی فکر میکنند این موضوعات با لابی و تلفن زدن و ملاقات و دادن هدیه حل میشود حال اینکه موضوعات در عرصه بینالمللی و قراردادها و مسابقات حل شدنی نیست، نمونه این مشکلات را میتوان در گذشته همچون حذف باشگاه استقلال از جام باشگاهها، اتفاق رخ داده بر سر پخش سرود ملی در بحرین، اقدام سعودیها در بازی نکردن با تیمهای ایرانی در کشورمان، قراردادهای ورزشی، وضعیت جودو و مسائلی از این دست دید. با توجه به این مشکلات لازم است ستاد حقوق خارجی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان تشکیل شود.
این نماینده مجلس شورای اسلامی تاکید کرد: اینها بحثهای فنی و تخصصی است نمیتوان فکر کرد که با مذاکره چند رییس فدراسیون یا تماس با دبیرکل فدراسیون مشکل حل شدنی است که اگر این طور بود نباید این مشکلات به وجود میآمد و آسیبهایی به کشور وارد میشد. هر هفته چالشهای ورزشی داریم که اکثر آنها از بعد حقوق بینالمللی نشأت میگیرد. باز هم تکرار میکنم ما نگرانی زیادی درباره المپیک ۲۰۲۰ داریم.
قاضیزاده افزود: اگر این فرآیندها همینطور ادامه پیدا کند نگرانی زیاد میشود باید تیم حرفهای تخصصی در عرصه حقوق بینالملل ورزشی وارد شود چون کار از دادن دو پیام به فدراسیونهای مختلف خارج شده است.
چند روز قبل، کنفدراسیون فوتبال آسیا در بیانیهای اعلام کرده که از نمایندگان فوتبال ایران در رقابتهای لیگ قهرمانان آسیا سلب میزبانی میشود و باید آنها در کشور ثالث بازی کنند موضوعی که با واکنش شدید وزارت ورزش و جوانان مواجه شد.
