از آوارگی تا زندگی دوباره!
رئیس سازمان بهزیستی کشور گفت:ما در سال ۹۶ در راستای اشتغال بهبودیافتگان ۷۶۰۰ نفر را مشغول به کار کردیم که اولویت سازمان بهزیستی در سال ۹۷ نیز به همین منوال است.
انوشیروان محسنی بندپی در بازدید از مرکز درمان اعتیاد معتادین متجاهر خلقآباد در روز پنجشنبه، افزود: حلقههای مبارزه علمی، تخصصی و ارائه راهکارها از هم گسسته بود و به صورت بههمپیوسته، فرایندمحور و پایدار نبود. امروز در برنامه ششم شاهد هستیم که این ارتباط منطقی ایجاد شده و با تاکیدی که مقام معظم رهبری داشتند، اولویت را به پیشگیری داده و تمام کارها، برنامهها و اقدامات خود را برای اثربخشی بیشتر به توسعه اقدامات پیشگیرانه معطوف کردیم.
وی با اشاره به اینکه 15 تا 20 مرکز صیانت اجتماعی و حمایتهای اجتماعی و روانی در تهران بهصورت آزمایشی فعال میشود؛ با تاکید بر توسعه نشاط اجتماعی ادامه داد: این مراکز در 11 استان دیگر هم باید ایجاد شود.
محسنی بند پی با بیان اعزام تیمهای اجتماع محور برای درمان معتادان افزود: اقدامات صیانت و حمایت اجتماعی و روانی یکی از ابعاد ایجاد فرصتهای شغلی است و باید برای ورود بهبود یافتگان به جامعه اقداماتی جدی صورت پذیرد تا علاوه بر تداوم پاک بودن این افراد نیز زمینه اجتماعی شدن و پذیرش این افراد از سمت جامعه را فراهم کنیمم.
رئیس سازمان بهزیستی کشور تصریح کرد:در سال ۹۷، 500 محله در ۱۱ استان را با کمک تیمهای اجتماع محور که از افراد بومی محلات هستند شناسایی کردیم و در جهت اشتغال این افراد با استفاده از همین نیروهای مردم مدار کوشا هستیم.
وی ادامه داد:با کمک و هماهنگی سه قوه پذیرفته شده که الگوی دادگاه درمانمدار را در کشور نهادینه کرده بدین معنی که نگاه جامعه به افرادی که به بیماری و آسیب اجتماعی اعتیاد دچار گشتهاند تغییر کند وازنگاه مجرمانه به نگاه بیمارگونه تغییر داده شود که این نوع نگاه و اقدامات در راستای فرهنگسازی در این زمینه در حال توسعه و بهبود است.
تلاش برای ایجاد شهر پاک
معاون سازمان بهزیستی استان خراسان رضوی گفت: ما امروز شاهد این هستیم که فرصت و توانمندی داریم تا افرادی را که در این مرکز حضور و بهبود پیدا کردند، بتوانیم به بخش اشتغال جامعه خود معرفی کنیم و این جزو توفیقات سازمان بهزیستی در این خصوص بوده است.
مسعود هنربخش در بازدید از مرکز درمان اعتیاد معتادین متجاهر خلقآباد افزود: انتظار نانوشتهای از سازمان بهزیستی وجود دارد و این است که به بحث توانمندسازی افراد بهبود یافته و باز گشت به جامعه این افراد نیز بپردازند. ما تلاش میکنیم که شهر پاکی را داشته باشیم اما این کار تنها با سازمان بهزیستی به تنهایی امکانپذیر نیست. ما فقط در حوزه درمان پاسخگو شدهایم و نمیتوانیم مطالبهگر باشیم.
وی با بیان اینکه «ما در ابتدا با دو موضوع مواجه بودیم» عنوان کرد: موضوع اول تحت عنوان شناساندن این مراکز به عامه مردم و جامعه بود که برای این کار به سراغ شورای مشارکتها رفتیم ونیز در راستای شناساندن و معرفی و نحوه کار این مراکز جلسات متعددی گذاشتیم. فرهنگ مشارکت در نگهداری و درمان معتادان متجاهر در سطح جامعه ما کم است. موضوع و مشکل دومی که با آن روبهرو بودیم ، چرخه ناکارآمد اعتیاد بود که چندباره دستگیر میشدند اما هیچ اقدام درستی صورت نمیگرفت.
معاون سازمان بهزیستی استان خراسان رضوی اظهار کرد: ما امروزه شاهد فرصتها و توانمندیهایی هستیم تا افرادی را که در این مراکز حضور به عمل آورده و بهبود پیدا کردند را بتوانیم به بخش اشتغال جامعه معرفی و مشغول به فعالیت کنیم و این موضوع را میتوان از جمله توفیقات سازمان بهزیستی در این خصوص نام برد.
اقتصاد کشور دچار تنش است
وزیر کار، تعاون و رفاه اجتماعی گفت: اقتصاد با توجه بهشرایط بینالمللی دچار تنش شده است.
علی ربیعی در روز 5شنبه ضمن افتتاحیه خط تولید شرکت توانکاران در مشهد افزود: طی چند سال گذشته دوران سختی را کارگران و صنعتگران تجربه کردند، البته وضعیت اقتصاد کشور چند دهه است که با بیماری مزمن مواجه بوده که متاسفانه با همین روند روبهجلو آمده است و این چنین تنشهایی را با خود به همراه آورده است.
وی بیان کرد:امروزه اقتصاد ایران با توجه بهشرایط بینالمللی دچار تنش شده است که امیدوارم با تدبیر و افزایش فعالیتهای کاری بهثبات اقتصادی در جامعه برگردیم، البته گفتنی است که از سال 92 به بعد در روند اقتصادی کشور شاهد ثبات اقتصادی رو به بهبود هستیم که امیدواریم این روند نیز ادامه دار باشد.
ربیعی با اشاره بهاینکه مشاغل نسبتا خوبی در کشور برپا است، متذکر شد: تقاضا کار برای جوانان زیاد است و با توجه به تحریمها و فشارهای خارجی و شرایط اقتصادی که بر جامعه امروز ما حاکم است از این عرصه نیز پیروز و سرافراز بیرون میآییم و جوانان ما اکنون در این اوضاع آزمایش میشوند، چرا که همه ما برای ایران ساخته شدهایم، قومیت، نژاد و جنسیت در ایفای نقش برای جامعه ایران فرقی ندارد و ما همه برای خدمت بهایران تلاش میکنیم، سوداگری همواره وجود دارد، سوداگران نیستند که جوامع را میسازند، آنها که پول برایشان پول میآورد هیچ اثری در اقتصاد و جامعه ندارند.
حمایت از آسیبدیدگان حائز اهمیت
وی ادامه داد: افرادی که بهعلل اجتماعی دچار آسیبهای اجتماعی شدهاند، باید صاحب شغل شوند و در همین راستا خط تولید جدید توانکاران را که امروز افتتاح کردیم، حدود ۱۰۰ نفر از گروههای هدف سازمان بهزیستی در این مجموعه مشغول بهکار شدند.
ربیعی گفت: امروز تعدادی از جامعه ناشنوایان در این کارخانه نیز استخدام شدهاند که در این افراد استعدادهای درخشانی وجود دارد و از نظر بهرهوری بسیار بالای برخوردارند که باید مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته و آنان را مورد حمایت خود قرار دهیم.
وی در خصوص شرکت توانکاران تصریح کرد: این مجموعه نزدیک به هزار نفر را در دل خود جای داده و مشغول به کار وکرده است وظرفیت گسترش نیز دارد. آنچه که مهم است، اغنا شخصی و هدف دینی و ملی است. امشب ما در جلسهای که با صنعتگران داریم، در تفاهمنامهای در حوزه مسئولیت اجتماعی،3هزار واحد تولیدی را امضا خواهیم کرد.
وزیر کار و تعاون و رفاه اجتماعی بیان کرد: ما باید بدانیم که همه ما مسئول هستیم. یکی دیگر از راههایی که ما امروز با کمک آن میتوانیم در کنار هم خوشحال، خوشبخت، بانشاط و رو به جلو حرکت کنیم، احساس مسئولیتی است که باید نسبت به هممیهنیهای خود داشته باشیم.
35 درصد پوشاک در دست تولیدکنندگان داخلی
وزیر تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی گفت: 35 درصد از بازار پوشاک کشور حاصل تولید داخل است، حال اگر 35 درصد دیگر بازار پوشاک به تولید داخلی متکی شود پیشبینی میشود 500 تا 600 هزار شغل در صنعت پوشاک ایجاد خواهیم کرد.
علی ربیعی در مراسم افتتاح پروژه شرکت صنایع نساجی مهتا توس در مشهد که در روز5شنبه برگزار شد افزود: امروز ما علاوه بر اینکه شاهد کار و تلاش و تولید در داخل مرز و بوم هستیم نیز شاهد اجرای سنتهای دیرین دیروز که امروز به گونه جدید به نمایش درآمده هستیم.
وی بیان کرد:امروزه مدیران ما با پشتوانه به اقتصاد مقاومتی و به لطف خدا و پشتوانه نیروی کار داخل پا در عرصه عمل گذاشتهاند و قطعا موفق هم خواهند شد و علاوه بر اینکه رشد میکنند اشتغالهای جدید را نیز به وجود بیاورند.
ربیعی افزود: هدف فشار اقتصادی آمریکا، لرزان کردن جامعه ایران و به هم زدن زندگی روزمره مردم است اما همین امروز شاهد ایجاد 200 فرصت شغلی بودهایم و ما با این گونه مدیران است که به مقابله با ترامپ میرویم، قطعا پایان این ماجرای تحریمها، انزوای ترامپ و دار و دسته او و پیروزی ما است.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: حتی آمریکاییها هم نیز با ترامپ همراه نیستند و من خوشحالم که اگر چند سال قبل ما را هدف جامعه بینالملل قرار میدادند که چرا با ما همراه نیستید، امروز جامعه بینالملل و همگان ترامپ را به عنوان کسی که ناموزون حرکت میکند و در فضای جهانی اخلالگر صلح و امنیت جهانی و آرامش مردم است میشناسند، با امید خدا به و خلاقیت و کارآفرینی مدیران و با تدبیری که به کار خواهیم گرفت، ناآرامیهای روانی حاصل از برخی تنشها را مدیریت خواهیم کرد و قطعا به موفقیت نیزخواهیم رسید.
وزیر تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی تصریح کرد: یقین دارم که آنها ناچار خواهند شد و از ما دعوت خواهند کرد و میگویند با ما در معاهدهها بمانید، با تکیه بر بازار 80 میلیونی کالای ایرانی در داخل و گرفتن بازار 300 میلیونی بازار اطرافمان پا در جایگاه و بازار جهان خواهیم گذاشت و سهم بیشتری از اقتصاد جهان را برای خود خواهیم گرفت.با ممنوعیت ورود کالاهایی که تصویب شد، معتقدم که صنعت نساجی و پوشاک و بسیاری از صنایع ما رشد خواهد کرد و ما مهیاتر و آمادهتر پا به عرصه جهانی خواهیم گذشت.
ربیعی با بیان ایجاد یک میلیون شغل در سال هدف ما است و آن را دنبال خواهیم کرد توضیح داد: این تحریمهای آمریکا، بهار تولید و رونق اقتصاد در کشور ماست و در صنعت نساجی در ماشین آلات و طراحی مشکل داشتیم که با ورود ماشینآلات جدید و بازاریابی در سطح بینالملل توانستهایم این نقص را جبران کنیم.
وی در آخر خاطر نشان کرد: ناامیدی را باید با همت و تلاش کنار بگذاریم و با همبستگی،به آینده نگاه روشن داشته باشیم، جهت گیری وزارت کار و به طور کلی دولت در جهت تقویت و مراقبت از زندگی روزمره مردم به ویژه جامعه هدف و دهکهای آسیب پذیر جامعه است تا از فرصتهای اجتماعی برابر برخوردار شوند.
