مافیای خودرو فراتر از جریان های سیاسی
باستانی: دلالان چه نسبتی با خودروسازان دارند
پس از گذشت سالها در شرایطی که حمایت بی چون و چرای دولتها از «خودرو» به محلی از اعتراض فعالین اقتصادی کشور تبدیل شده است و مردم هم از این مجبور شدن به خودروی بی کیفیت داخلی نالان هستند، گرانی خودرو ساخت داخل به بهانه افزایش نرخ ارز هجمه های جدیدی را برای خودروسازان آغاز کرد. پرونده واردات غیرقانونی 6 هزار خودرو به قوه قضائیه رفت و رئیس سازمان بازرسی کشور از هک شدن سایت خبر داد.
در ادامه اعتراضها به وضعیت پیش آمده، روز پنج شنبه نماینده تربت حیدریه، زاوه و مهولات در مجلس شورای اسلامی نیز با اشاره به این که نهادهای نظارتی باید پشت پرده افزایش بیرویه قیمت خودرو را بررسی کنند، گفت: ساماندهی بازار خودرو وظیفه دولت و مجلس است.
سعید باستانی افزود: افزایش بیرویه قیمت خودرو در روزهای اخیر به دلیل تخلف شرکتهای خودروساز نیست چرا که آنان بر اساس مصوبه قانونی افزایش قیمت داشتهاند.
نماینده مردم تربت حیدریه در مجلس شورای اسلامی، با بیان اینکه ورود عدهای دلال به بازار خودرو منجر به افزایش بیسابقه قیمت خودرو شد، گفت: عدهای دلال در این روزها تعداد زیادی خودرو خریده و احتکار کردند که منجر به گرانی بی رویه خودرو و ایجاد نابسامانی در بازار آن شدهاند.
دلالان چه نسبتی با خودروسازان دارند؟
باستانی تصریح کرد: موضوع مورد نظر ما در این باره این است که این دلالان چه نسبتی با خودروسازان دارند که باید این مسئله به صورت شفاف مشخص شود.
به گزارش باشگاه خبرنگاران جوان، عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن خاطرنشان کرد: در وهله اول خودروسازان باید خودشان را از این شایعه و ارتباط با دلالان مبرا کنند، به صورت مشخص بگویند که جریان از چه قرار بوده است و چرا این دلالان در بازار خودرو آشفتگی ایجاد کردند؛ از سوی دیگر هم نهادهای نظارتی باید ورود پیدا کنند و پشت پرده این موضوع را برای ملت روشن سازند.
نماینده شیراز در مجلس:

اما باستانی تنها نماینده مجلس نبود که در این باره اظهار نظر کرد، نماینده مردم شیراز در مجلس از مافیای خودرو در کشور خبر داد و گفت: مافیای خودرو فراتر از جزیانهای سیاسی هستند، شاهد افزایش قیمت خودرو در دولت احمدینژاد با خط سیاسی مشخص بودیم شاهد افزایش قیمت خودرو در دولت فعلی نیز هستیم.
بهرام پارسایی در خصوص ارتباط مافیای در صنعت خودروسازی با جریانهای سیاسی تاکید کرد: مافیای خودرو فراتر از جزیانهای سیاسی هستند، شاهد افزایش قیمت خودرو در دولت احمدینژاد با خط سیاسی مشخص بودیم شاهد افزایش قیمت خودرو در دولت فعلی نیز هستیم.
راه نفوذ را میدانند
رئیس کمیته اقتصادی کمیسیون اصل 90 قانون اساسی مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه افرادی که منافعی در خودروسازی و واردات خودرو دارند راه نفوذ را بلد هستند و به راحتی به مقاصد خود میرسند، گفت: نمونه این موضوع بستن سایت ثبت سفارش خودرو در سال گذشته بود، دولت ثبت سفارش خودرو را بست اما در چنین شرایطی واردات 19 هزار خودرو ثبت شد که تخلف، نفوذ و لابی در آن کاملا مشخص است.
نماینده مردم شیراز در مجلس شورای اسلامی با اشاره به اینکه بعد از تخلف صورت گرفته در زمینه ثبت سفارش واردات 19 هزار خودرو ارادهای بر ابطال ثبت سفارشها وجود نداشت، ادامه داد: بسته شدن سایت ثبت سفارش واردات خودرو باعث افزایش قیمت سرسام آور قیمت خودروهای داخلی و خارجی شد.
بسته شدن سایت ثبت سفارش شوک جدید به بازار خودرو
وی با اشاره به اینکه اخیرا شاهد هستیم با اینکه قیمت خودرو داخلی بهصورت غیرقانونی افزایش شدیدی داشت خودروسازان اعلام میکنند قیمت آنها تغییر نداشته است، ادامه داد: عملا در بازار افزایش قیمت شدید و سرسام آور قابل تشخیص است، دولت بهجای مهار این افزایش قیمتها با بستن سایت ثبت سفارش شوک دیگری به بازار خودرو وارد میکند، این مسائل نشان میدهد که منافع خودروسازان داخلی و واردکنندگانی که خودروهای خود را انباشته کردهاند در این میان وجود دارد و پولهای کلانی به جیب آنها میرود.
قانونی برای ساماندهی بازار خودرو وجود ندارد
این نماینده مردم در مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه در قانون موردی برای ساماندهی بازار خودرو وجود ندارد، تصریح کرد: طرحی برای ساماندهی بازار خودرو ارائه کردیم که مجددا با ورود لابیها از طریق وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت و خودروسازان سعی در به حاشیه بردن طرح وجود دارد، تا زمانی که قانون مشخصی در این زمینه وجود نداشته باشد مردم باید تاوان گرانی و نا امنی خودرو و عدم پایبندی به تعهد خودروسازان راپرداخت کنند.
