دستگیری سارق میلیاردی فیروزه در نیشابور
عامل سرقت بزرگ يك ميلياردي فيروزه و عقيق در نیشابور دستگیر شد.
فرمانده انتظامي شهرستان نيشابوراز دستگیری سارق فیروزه در این شهر خبر داد.
سرهنگ حسين بيات مختاري گفت: در پی چند فقره سرقت از خانههاي مسكوني و تجاری در بخش زبرخان این شهرستان، موضوع به صورت ويژه در دستور كار پليس قرار گرفت.
پليس به سرنخهايي دست يافت كه نشان ميداد عامل يا عاملان اين سرقت با يك دستگاه وانت پيكان به محل آمده و پس از شناسايي، منازل و يا مغازههاي مورد نظر مرتكب سرقت ميشوند.
ماموران انتظامي پاسگاه قدمگاه در تحقيقات بعدي پرونده، عامل سرقت را شناسايي و دستگير كردند و در بازرسي از مخفيگاه متهم، حدود يك كيلوگرم نگين تراشيده فيروزه، 2 كيلوگرم انگشتر فيروزه و عقيق به همراه 45 قلم انواع اجناس سرقتي ديگر به ارزش تقريبي يك ميليارد ريال كشف و ضبط کردند و خودرو وانت پيكان نيز به پاركينگ انتقال يافت.
متهم 38 ساله پس از تشكيل پرونده با دستور مقام قضايي براي انجام تحقيقات تكميلي بازدشت شد.

وکیل مدافع ندا علیزاده از بررسی پرونده کودک ۶ ساله افغان به طور فوق العاده و خارج از نوبت در دیوان عالی کشور خبر داد.
وکیل مدافع ندا علیزاده، در این رابطه افزود: با پیگیری ها و حساسیت ویژه ریاست دادگستری استان خراسان رضوی، پرونده قتل ندا علیزاده کودک 6 ساله افغانی به فوریت به دیوان عالی کشور ارسال و در حال حاضر در این مجموعه در حال جمع بندی و بررسی نهایی است.
وی در ادامه تصریح کرد: با توجه به آسیب های اجتماعی وارده به عواطف مردمی پرونده ندا علیزاده به طور فوق العاده و خارج از نوبت توسط قضات عالی رتبه قضایی بررسی و به سرعت رای آن صادر خواهد شد.
وکیل مدافع ندا علیزاده همچنین یادآور شد: دقت و سرعت در رسیدگی قضایی به پرونده قتل ندا علیزاده مثال زدنی است و این امر از توجه مسئولان مربوطه به رسیدگی به جرایمی این چنینی و برخورد بدون هیچ گونه کوتاهی و اغماض حکایت دارد.
علیمردانی تاکید کرد: در پرونده ندا علیزاده حقوق دفاعی متهم نیز به دقت رعایت شد و شاهد دادرسی عادلانه ای در این خصوص بودیم. رای پرونده با توجه به مستندات موجود و درنظرگیری کلیه جهات آن صادر شده است. همچنین رای نهایی پرونده ندا علیزاده ظرف یک ماه آینده اتخاذ و اعلام خواهد شد.
