هیأتداوران بخش «زیباشهر» جشنواره هنر شهری مشهد، بعد از 5 مرحله داوری، 60 اثر نهایی راهیافته به مرحله نهایی رویداد «خانهی بهار» را معرفی كردند.
احسان مهدوی دبیر جشنواره هنر شهری مشهد با بیان این مطلب افزود: امسال در بخش زیباشهر، آثار بسیار خوب و متنوعی از نظر نقشمایه و رنگ به دبیرخانه جشنواره ارسال شده بود كه همین امر موجب شد تا فرآیند داوری طولانیتر و در طی چند مرحله صورت پذیرد.
وی ادامه داد: هیأتداوران بخش آذینبندی و تزیینات شهری این دوره از جشنواره متشكل از مهدی صحراگرد، فریبا بروفر و ملیحه تمدن پس از 48 ساعت داوری فشرده و بعد از 5 مرحله ارزیابی و بررسی دقیق تكتك آثار، در نهایت آثار برگزیده بخش زیباشهر را معرفی كردند.
دبیر جشنواره هنر شهری مشهد خاطرنشان كرد: در بخش زیباشهر، به عنوان پنجمین بخش از فراخوان كه در این مرحله داوری آن صورت گرفت از میان 627 اثر ارسالی به دبیرخانه جشنواره از 150 هنرمند، در مجموع تعداد 60 اثر انتخاب گردید كه با نظر هیأتداوران اسامی برگزیدگان در دو گروه شامل 37 اثر قطعی و 23 اثر ذخیره، منتشر و اعلام شد.
مهدوی در توضیح علت اعلام اسامی آثار برگزیده در دو بخش قطعی و ذخیره، بیان داشت: آثار هنری در بخش زیباشهر بسیار وابسته به شهر هستند، چرا که به اجزای شهری متصل میشوند. بنابراین هیچ قطعیت و ضمانتی برای اجرای آن وجود ندارد و ممکن است در روند اجرایی كار مشکلات متعددی برای اکران بهوجود آید.
وی ادامه داد: در واقع آذینبندی و تزییناتشهری هنری است فیالبداهه و تصمیمگیری کیفی و کمی برای آن، تا حد بسیار زیادی مشروط به جانمایی و همچنین اخذ مجوز از نهادها و ارگانهای گوناگون است.
دبیر رویداد «خانهی بهار» خاطرنشان كرد: اعلام آثار برگزیده در دو بخش قطعی و ذخیره، تصمیمی بود که دبیرخانه جشنواره اتخاذ کرد تا نه شرمنده هنرمندان شود و نه با حجم وسیع آثار بدون جانمایی روبرو شود.
مهدوی در خصوص اعلام نتایج این دوره از جشنواره به صورت پلكانی نیز بیان داشت: یکی از دلایلی که امسال دبیرخانه جشنواره در اعلام نتایج بهصورت پلکانی عمل میكند این است که هنرمندان بدانند که فاصله آثار پذیرفته شده و سایر آثار، بیست و صفر نیست. در واقع منتخبان خانهی بهار همانند سیستم ارزیابی دانشگاه، نمرات گوناگونی دارند. همانگونه که آثار پذیرفته نشده نیز نمراتشان مختلف است.
وی متذكر شد: نگاه مطلق بودن و نبودن، به بدنه هنر این شهر آسیب جدی میرساند و به ناامیدی و اختلاف بین جامعه هنری دامن میزند.
دبیر جشنواره هنر شهری مشهد در پایان تصریح كرد: دبیرخانه جشنواره به زودی هنرمندان پذیرفته شده در بخش قطعی را دعوت به جلسه گفتوگوی اجرایی خواهد كرد و در صورت نیاز به استفاده از آثار ذخیره به ترتیب اولویت انتخابي هيأتداوران به هنرمندان پذیرفته شده در این بخش اطلاعرسانی خواهد شد.
