شش پروژه شورای پنجم دارای اشکالات اساسی است

عضو شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد گفت: می پرسند نمی دانستید وضعیت این است؛ باید گفت بخدا نمی دانستیم شهرداری این میزان بدهی دارد.
مجید دبیریان در گفتگو با خبرنگار صبح امروز با بیان اینکه هم اکنون بیش از 6 پروژه در شهر مشهد با اشکالات جدی مواجه هستند گفت: تقاطع چتدسطحی آزادگان، دوربرگردان ابوطالب، دوربرگردان مصلی، کوهشار، کوه پارک و زیست پارک از جمله پروژه هایی هستند که با ایرادات و اشکال مواجه هستند.
او تاکید می کند: چرا پروژه ای را تعریف کردهاید که مهندسی ارزشی نداشته و مطالعات آن دارای عمق و توجه کافی نیست و در کنار آن نیز به پیمانکار فشار وارد شده که پروژه را سریعتر تحویل بدهد؛ در هنگام تلاش برای افزایش سرعت به سبب ایجاد تغیراتی در مبنا و مدل اولیه شاهد افزایش قیمت در پروژهها هستیم.
رئیس کمیسیون اقتصادی شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد اظهار کرد: در خصوص مسائلی همچون بدهی های شهرداری، شهردار به این مسائل ورود نکرده و بنایی ندارد که در این بخش نبش قبر انجام دهد با این حال از ما می پرسند که قبل از انتخابات نمیدانستید که شهرداری به این میزان بدهی دارد که باید بگویم ما نمی دانستیم بدهی شهرداری به این میزان زیاد است.
دبیریان افزود: برخی در شهرداری فضاهایی که طبق قانون اجازه تعریف کاربری تجاری درآن وجود نداشته را به تجاری تبدیل کرده و سبب ایجاد اشکالات بسیاری در سیستم مدیریتی شدهاند.
او ادامه داد: عکس های قشنگی قبل از انتخابات از پروژه های شهری همانند زیست پارک منتشر می شد اما اکنون بروید و وضعیت اسفناک در برخی از این پروژه ها را ببینید؛ فردی آمده و گفته بدون وارد آوردن کوچکترین ایرادی به محیط زیست و حیات وحش مجموعه زیست پارک را اجرا می کند و حیواناتی را نیز برای نگهداری در این پروژه به دامان محیط زیست می آورد اما اطلاعاتی که در مورد آن چه از طرح اجرا شده نشان میدهد که پروژه اجرایی با طرح اولیه آسمان تا زمین فرق دارد.
این عضو شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد تصریح کرد: از بودجه 26 هزار میلیارد تومانی شهرداری مشهد در سال آینده حدود 10 میلیارد تومان بدهی مدیریت شهری است و ما موظف به پرداخت آنها هستیم؛ شهرداری منابع مختلف درآمدی دارد و قرار نیست منابع تسویه بدهی ها از جیب مردم تامین شود.
رئیس کمیسیون اقتصادی شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد ابراز امیدواری کرد: در سال آینده پروژه های عمرانی را در شهر آغاز خواهیم زد و پروژه های نیمه کاره بسیاری تکمیل خواهند شد که می تواند به حرکت اقتصاد شهری در مشهد مقدس کمک بسیاری انجام دهد.
این عضو شورای اسلامی شهر درباره برخی اظهار نظرها درباره بازرسی شهرداری اظهار کرد: به شهردار بابت مدیر بازرسی شهرداری اعتراض کرده ام.
