جلیل رحیمی جهان آبادی افزود: نخست وزیر بریتانیا با هدف پیشبرد محکمتر اهداف حزب محافظه کاران بریتانیا اقدام به برگزاری انتخابات زودهنگام مجلس عوام کرد اما اکثریت کرسیها را از دست داد و عملا شکست خورد.
نماینده مردم تربت جام و تایباد در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: «ترزامی» و محافظه کاران اگرچه کرسیهای بیشتری در اختیار دارند اما دیگر قدرت سابق را ندارند که همین مساله قدرت مانور را از نخست وزیر بریتانیا میگیرد.
وی با بیان این که اوضاع حزب محافظه کار به شدت شکننده شده است ،گفت: ترزامی ناچار است با احزاب راست افراطی ائتلاف کنند که دارای اختلاف هستند و همین موضوع برای آنها دردسرساز خواهد شد.
رئیس کمیته بین الملل کمیسیون قضایی و حقوقی مجلس گفت: تشکیل کابینه محافظه کاران با توجه به شکل گیری پارلمان معلق ممکن است منجر به استعفای نخست وزیر و کناره گیری ترزامی شود.

این نماینده مجلس دهم گفت: وضعیت متزلزل نخست وزیربریتانیا به سیاست خارجی لندن نیز سرایت میکند تا جایی که رویکرد لندن باتوجه به مواضع «جیمزکوربین» (رهبر حزب کارگر) دچار ابهام است.
وی در انتها تاکید کرد: اگرچه «ترزا می» به دنبال تشکیل کابینه است اما قطعا احزاب مخالف قدرت عملکرد محافظه کاران را محدود خواهند کرد تاجایی که نخست وزیر مجبور به کناره گیری شود.
