سایه هایی که از سر شهر کم شده اند
باور اینکه تا همین یکی دو هفته پیش یک کوه، سالم و دست نخورده در ارتفاعات جنوبی شهر زندگی می کرده و در همین مدت کم نصف آن را خورده اند سخت است؛ البته در چندسال گذشته کوه های زیادی در این منطقه از مشهد غیب شده اند و جایشان را به به برج ها و ساختمان های بلند و جاده داده اند که قرار بود دو نقطه مشهد یعنی انتهای وکیل آباد را به منطقه خلج متصل کند. اتفاقی که اگر رقم بخورد شکاف عمیقی بین شهر و طبیعت اطرافش ایجاد خواهد کرد.
نکته جالب اینجاست که ظاهرا محور توسعه و گسترش شهری مشهد باید الهیه باشد (که بقول یک کارشناس، پایانه های اتوبوسرانی هوای آن منطقه را هم حسابی آلوده کرده است) اما انگار با احداث کمربند جنوبی ارزش زمین های منطقه بالا رفتی و عده ای برای سرمایه گذاری و ساختمان سازی در اطراف آن دندان تیز کرده اند.
گروه های مردمی طرفدار محیط زیست،دوچرخه سواران و کوهنوردان که سالهاست به شیوه های مختلف اعتراض خود را نسبت به تخریب ها در این منطقه اعلام کرده اند و جلوی آن ایستاده اند روز گذشته در ارتفاعات جنوبی گردهم جمع آمدند تا بار دیگر صدای تمام مردم شهر باشند.
در این میان تلاش ها و پیگیری های مستمر و اثرگذار قاضی بخشی محبی معاون دادستان مشهد که چندروز پیش اعلام کرده بود قطعا در این منطقه کمربند جنوبی نخواهیم داشت و پروژه شکل توریستی تفریحی و ورزشی پیدا خواهد کرد، امیدهای گروه های مردمی را برای نجات کوه ها و طبیعت اطراف زنده کرده است.
مسئولان صدای ما را بشنوند
دبیر سمن های محیط زیست خراسان رضوی گفت: ما از مسئولان شهرداری و شورای شهر می خواهیم به مطالباتی قانونی گروه های مردم نهاد رسیدگی کنند.
پروژه کمربند جنوبی حدود یک سال پیش با دستور کتبی دادستان مشهد متوقف شده بود اما دوباره ساخت این پروژه آغاز شده است.
فرشته تقی زاده افزود: در این زمینه اتاق فکری با حضور اساتید برجسته دانشگاه فردوسی و کارشناسان محیط زیست شکل گرفت و به این نتیجه رسیدیم که ساخت این پروژه آسیبی جدی به محیط زیست مشهد وارد خواهد کرد و وضعیت آلودگی هوا را نیز تشدید می کند.
این فعال محیط زیست ادامه داد: آیا درست است که با هزینه بیت المال این ارتفاعات درختکاری شود و از طرف دیگر لودرها و بولدوزرها همان درخت ها را از ریشه درآوردند و کوه ها را تخریب کنند؟ باید از متولیان امر سوال کرد سهم فرزندان و آیندگان ما از محیط زیست و هوای پاک چیست و چه جوابی برای آن ها خواهند داشت.
تقی زاده بیان کرد: اگر کارگروهی تشکیل شود و پایش و تحقیقی صورت بگیرد تا مشخص شود چه میزان از بیماری هایی مانند انواع سرطان و مرگ و میرها بعلت آلودگی هوایی است که بخاطر بی تدبیری مسئولان به مردم تحمیل شده شده است و دامن مجاوران و زائران مشهدمقدس را گرفته است عملکردها مشخص خواهد شد.
ما از معاون دادستان مشهد بعنوان نماینده مدعی العموم که همیشه همراه مردم بوده اند می خواهیم ماده 688 قانون مجازات اسلامی اجرایی شود و متخلفینی که پول بیت المال و بودجه شهر را صرف تخریب ارتفاعات می کنند به پای میز محاکمه بیایند.
همه باید بدانند که مردم نخواهند گذاشت طبیعت این شهر از بین برود و آلودگی هوا تشدید شود و اینجا انتظار داریم اینجا تبدیل به مجتمع تفریحی، ورزشی و گردشگردی شود.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: از مدیریت جدید شهر مشهد و شهردار نیز می خواهیم به مشکلات این منطقه رسیدگی کنند. ما به لیست امید رای دادیم زیرا امید داشتیم که وضعیت موجود اصلاح و بهبود یابد.
تخریب زیستگاه ها
یک فعال حقوق حیوانات نیز بیان کرد: مدتی پیش یکی از مدیران محیط زیست کشور اعلام کرد 80 تا 90 درصد گونه های حیات وحش کشور از بین رفته است که علت اصلی آن تخریب زیستگاه ها است.
علی کشمیری اضافه کرد: امروز ما در ارتفاعات جنوبی مشهد شاهد تخریب زیستگاه گونه های مختلف جانوری هستیم. این منطقه تنها متعلق به انسان ها نیست بلکه مخلوقات دیگری نیز در آن زندگی می کنند. این تخریب ها تعادل زیست محیطی منطقه را نیز بهم خواهد زد.
اداره ورزش و جوانان وارد عمل شود
مدیر کانون هم رکابان شهری مشهد و متولی طرح سه شنبه ها با دوچرخه گفت: طرح احداث کمربند جنوبی مدت هاست زیر ذره بین اساتید و کارشناسان، فعالان محیط زیست، جامعه کوهنوردی و دوچرخه سواری قرار دارد و همه به این نتیجه رسیده ایم اجرای آن جز تخریب محیط زیست و بدتر شدن شرایط آلودگی هوا ثمره دیگری برای محیط زیست نخواهد داشت و پیوست زیست محیطی نیز ندارد.
احسان منصوریان اظهار کرد: لذا از اداره ورزش و جوانان استان می خواهیم با ورود به این موضوع شرایط تبدیل یک تهدید به فرصت را فراهم آورند و با ایجاد فضایی ورزشی و تفریحی دغدغه نردم را برطرف کنند.
وی افزود: دادستانی و شورای حفظ حقوق بیت المال نیز آمادگی خود را برای همکاری لازم اعلام کرده اند و با اقدام به موقع می توان زمینه ایجاد منطقه ورزش و گردشگری بسیار بزرگی را فراهم کرد.
