به گزارش صبح امروز به نقل از خبرگزاری بازار،مجتمع صنایع و معادن احیا سپاهان با نماد واحیا در ۹ ماهه امسال حدود ۲۵ ریال به ازای هر سهم زیان ساخته که نسبت به سال های اخیر روندی نزولی داشته است و موضوع پرونده حقوقی این شرکت هم بی تاثیر نبوده است، زیرا بیش از یکسال از دعاوی بین شرکت احیای سپاهان با گروه معادن و پیمانکاری اتبین یحیایی می‌گذرد و چندین پرونده حقوقی و کیفری پرحاشیه در این راستا خبرساز شده که منتهی به صدور آرای قطعی و شکست احیا ختم شده است.

محاسبه تاخیر و خسارت وارده که ناشی از تصمیمات اشتباه و سوءمدیریت شرکت احیا سپاهان است احتمالا به زودی از طریق کدال سازمان بورس منتشر می شود
شروع این اختلاف با طرح دعوی گروه معادن «اتبین یحیایی» به خواسته مطالبه وجه پیمانکاری ۸هزار میلیاردی آغاز شد و علی رغم تلاش یحیایی برای سازش شاهد شکایات متعدد کیفری از قبیل جعل و تبانی و تحصیل مال نامشروع شرکت احیا سپاهان علیه گروه معادن یحیایی بودیم که تمامی این دعاوی با آرای قطعی محاکم ذیصلاح رد شد.
اما تیم حقوقی شرکت احیا سپاهان با طرح دعاوی کیفری از قبیل تبانی مدیران با یحیایی، مطرح کرد و این دعاوی نیز با رد ادعای شرکت احیا به انتها رسید و نتیجه این هیاهوی چیزی نبود جز سوءمدیریت این شرکت با هزینه های چند صد میلیاردی طرح دعوی و تیم حقوقی که بیش از ده هزار میلیارد ریال خسارت تاخیر پرداخت بدهی در حق گروه معادن اتبین یحیایی که این ضرر هنگفت از جیب سهامداران پرداخت خواهد شد.
در حال حاضر ثانیه شمار گروه معادن یحیایی در انتظار ابلاغ حکم دادگاه تجدید نظر حقوقی است که در صورت قطعیت حکم قبلی و محاسبه تاخیر و خسارت وارده که ناشی از تصمیمات اشتباه و سوءمدیریت شرکت احیا سپاهان است احتمالا افشای اطلاعات جدید نماد بورسی این شرکت را شاهد خواهیم بود که با محاسبات اشتباه این شرکت هزینه هنگفتی را سهامداران می‌پردازند که این تجربه تلخ و پرهزینه برای احیا به انتها می انجامد.
