آگهی دعوت به مجمع عمومی فوق العاده نوبت دوم و عادی نوبت دوم
انجمن صنفی کارفرمایی اکتشاف و استخراج معادن و صنایع وابسته خراسان رضوی
از کلیه اعضاء محترم انجمن مذکور دعوت می گردد در جلسات مجمع عمومی فوق العاده نوبت دوم و عادی نوبت دوم انجمن که در ساعت 15:30 و 16:30 روز یکشنبه مورخ 1401.06.06 در محل انجمن به آدرس بلوار دانش آموز، دانش آموز 8 پلاک 66، طبقه اول برگزار می گردد، حضور بهم رسانند، همچنین داوطلبین عضویت در هیئت مدیره و بازرسان مکلفند یک روز قبل از برگزاری مجمع به دفتر انجمن به آدرس مذکور تحویل و رسید دریافت نمایند.
دستور جلسه مجمع عمومی فوق العاده:1- اصلاح اساسنامه بر اساس آخرین آیین نامه ابلاغی از وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی2- اصلاح ماده 11 و تبصره یک آن
دستور جلسه مجمع عمومی عادی:1- گزارش عملکرد هیات مدیره2- گزارش مالی خزانه دار3- گزارش بازرس4- انتخاب اعضای اصلی و علی البدل هیئت مدیره و بازرسان
