توسعه گازرسانی در خراسان رضوی از دستاوردهای انقلاب اسلامی
توسعه گازرسانی شهری و روستایی در استان خراسان رضوی از جمله دستاوردهای مهم طی چهار دهه انقلاب اسلامی است که در زمینه حفظ محیط زیست، رونق واحدهای صنعتی و تولیدی نقش مهمی ایفا کرده است.
گاز طبیعی هماکنون به عنوان انرژی برتر جهان شمرده میشود و جمهوری اسلامی ایران با ۳۳ تریلیون مترمکعب ذخایر گاز و ۱۷ درصد منابع گاز جهان بعد از روسیه مقام دوم را در اختیار دارد.
شرکت ملی گاز ایران در اسفند ماه ۱۳۴۴ تاسیس شد و تا زمان پیروزی انقلاب پنج شهر کشور و ۵۱ هزار خانوار از گاز طبیعی بهرهمند بودند. پیش از انقلاب در منطقه خراسان رضوی، خراسان شمالی و خراسان جنوبی که یک استان بودند فقط شهر مشهد هزار و ۲۳۴ مشترک گاز داشت.
اکنون بعد از ۴۳ سال از پیروزی انقلاب، از مجموع ۸۰ شهر خراسان رضوی، ۷۹ شهر و از ۲ هزار و ۶۸۳ روستای واجد شرایط آن ۲ هزار و ۴۹۵ روستا گازرسانی شدهاند.
رونق کارگاههای روستایی
استاندار خراسان رضوی، در حاشیه بهره برداری از چند طرح گازرسانی به مناسبت دهه فجر به خبرنگاران گفت: گاز طبیعی زیرساختی است که امروزه در موضوعات مختلف نقش موثر دارد.
یعقوبعلی نظری افزود: توسعه شبکههای گاز در مناطق مختلف به ویژه روستاها و مناطق دورافتاده موجب استفاده بهتر از این انرژی برای گرمایش، آسانی زندگی و حفظ منابع طبیعی می شود.
وی ادامه داد: توسعه زیرساختها به صورت هماهنگ و در کنار یکدیگر موجب انجام کارهای اقتصادی می شود. با رونق و توسعه گازرسانی زمینه اقتصاد کارگاهی در روستاها فراهم شده و باید از این نعمت برای فعالیت های اقتصادی در روستا استفاده کنیم.
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: گاز طبیعی در کنار تامین نیاز خانگی روستاییان میتواند در زمینه فعالیتهای اقتصادی آنان از قبیل راه اندازی گلخانه و کارگاههای کوچک اقتصادی مورد استفاده و بهره برداری قرار گیرد.
بهرهمندی ۱۰۰ درصدی خراسان رضوی از گاز شهری
مدیر عامل شرکت گاز خراسان رضوی نیز گفت: تا سال ۵۷ از مساحت خراسان بزرگ فقط در شهر مشهد ۳۴۵ انشعاب گاز وجود داشت و دیگر شهرها و روستاهای استان و حتی بیشتر مردم شهر مشهد از این نعمت برخوردار نبودند.
حسن افتخاری افزود: به برکت نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی هم اینک شرکت گاز استان به ۲ میلیون و ۵۴۲ هزار و ۸۸۳ مشترک خدمت رسانی میکند که از نظر تعداد مشترک بعد از تهران در رتبه دوم کشور و با ۳۳ هزار و ۸۵۵ کیلومتر شبکه گاز رتبه نخست کشور را از این نظر در اختیار داریم.
وی ادامه داد: میانگین درصد برخورداری خانوار شهری کشور از گاز طبیعی ۹۸.۴ درصد و در خراسان رضوی ۹۹.۹ درصد است. میانگین برخورداری خانوار روستایی کشور هم ۸۴.۹ درصد است که این رقم در این استان ۹۶ درصد میباشد.
مدیر عامل شرکت گاز خراسان رضوی گفت: هم اینک از ۲ هزار و ۶۸۳ روستای واجد شرایط ، ۲ هزار و ۴۹۵ روستای استان با ۵۰۸ هزار و ۱۱۵ خانوار گازرسانی شده و در این زمینه هم رتبه نخست کشور را داریم. همچنین گازرسانی به ۱۸۶ روستا با ۲۰ هزار و ۸۴۵ خانوار در حال اجرا است.
افزایش ۶۷۴ کیلومتری شبکه گاز در ۱۰ ماه
مدیر بهرهبرداری شرکت گاز خراسان رضوی هم گفت: از ابتدای امسال تاکنون ۶۹ کیلومتر شبکه گاز شهری و ۶۰۵ کیلومتر شبکه روستایی در این استان ایجاد شده که ۲۹ هزار و ۸۰ مشترک شهری و ۲۳ هزار و ۴۲۹ مشترک روستایی به تعداد مشترکان افزوده شدهاند.
فرشید دشتی افزود: در حال حاضر یک میلیون و ۹۷۲ هزار و ۹۴۴ مشترک شهری و ۵۶۹ هزار و ۹۳۹ مشترک روستایی از خدمات شرکت گاز استان استفاده میکنند.
وی ادامه داد: همچنین تعداد مشترکان خانگی ۲ میلیون و ۳۵۴ هزار و ۸۸۸ مشترک و مجموع مشترکان صنعتی ۱۵ هزار و ۷۴۰ مشترک است که از این تعداد ۱۲ هزار و ۵۲۱ مشترک صنعتی جزء و سه هزار و ۲۱۹ مشترک صنعتی عمده محسوب میشوند.
۶۶۰ طرح گازرسانی آماده اجرا و بهره برداری
مدیر مهندسی و اجرای طرحهای شرکت گاز خراسان رضوی هم با بیان اینکه ۶۶۰ طرح گازرسانی روستایی و صنعتی در این استان طی دهه فجر آماده بهره برداری یا اجرا است گفت: هزینه این طرح ها بالغ بر سه هزار و ۲۰۰ میلیارد ریال است.
سید مصطفی حیدری افزود: در دهه فجر امسال طرح اتصال ۶۰ روستای خراسان رضوی به شبکه سراسری گاز با هزینه ۷۷۰ میلیارد ریال آماده شده که با بهره برداری از این پروژه ها ۶ هزار و ۴۷۷ خانوار روستایی استان به شبکه گاز طبیعی متصل میشوند.
وی ادامه داد: در بخش صنعتی نیز افتتاح طرحهای گازرسانی در ۲۴۵ واحد تولیدی صنعتی و آغاز عملیات اجرایی در ۳۵۵ واحد دیگر با اعتبار ۲ هزار و ۴۳۰ میلیارد ریال در دستور کار قرار دارد.
