نگاهی به ادعای یک کارگردان فیلم اولی و بیانیه قاتل و وحشی؛

حواشی جشنواره برگزار نشده!

طبق روال هرساله با معرفی فیلم‌های منتخب هیات انتخاب جشنواره فیلم فجر، داستان انتقاد به انتخاب‌های چهلمین دوره نیز به مانند پیش از این دوباره به میان آمده است و بازار حواش جشنواره برگزار نشده را گرم نگه می‌دارد.

این درحالی است که هیات انتخاب تاکید دارد طبق قانون گرایی، استاندارد سازی و عدالت محوری فیلم‌های نهایی را انتخاب کرده است تا در راستای رشد، اعتلا و ترقی روزافزون سینمای ایران تلاش و کوشش کنند.

قانون گرایی

اعضای هیات انتخاب در این خصوص مدعی هستند که برای تاکید بر اصل «قانون گرایی» تمامی آثار با دقت بررسی شده و فشار و سفارشی از جانب جناح یا ارگانی باعث نشده که فیلمی خاص در جشنواره اکران بگیرد. مصداق تائید این موضوع را نیز کنار گذاشتن فیلم سازمان هنری رسانه ای اوج از گردونه رقابت جشنواره عنوان می‌کنند.

استاندارد سازی

برگزار کنندگان جشنواره می‌گویند که «استاندارد سازی» این دوره از جشنواره  به درستی و با تأکید بر قواعد سازمان سینمایی رعایت شده و هیچ فیلمی به صرف نام کارگردان، تهیه‌کننده و … وارد رقابت نشده است. بنابراین اگر آثار فرزندان حاتمی‌کیا، دارابی و حضرتی در جشنواره حضور دارند، به دلیل استاندارد بودن آثارشان است، نه نام پدرانشان.

پایبندی به قواعد

همچنین در خصوص «پایبندی به قواعد» عنوان می‌کنند که این مهم  به حدی است که برخلاف برخی ادوار جشنواره، فیلمی که قبلاً مورد بازبینی قرار گرفته است، دیگر امکان حضور را پیدا نکرد که مصداق آن را در تصمیم‌گیری پیرامون «قاتل و وحشی» مشاهده کردیم.

عدالت محوری

ضمن این که اعضای هیأت انتخاب چهلمین دوره از جشنواره فیلم فجر با تأکید بر «عدالت‌محوری» و رعایت حقوق معنوی همه فیلم‌ها، فهرست آثار انتخابی خود را اعلام کردند، به این معنا که به هنگام انتخاب آثار، کار همه گروه‌های فیلمسازی به صورت تخصصی بررسی شده و پیشینه یا نام کارگردان تأثیری در انتخاب آثار نداشته است.

یک ادعا: در لیست نهایی هیات انتخاب دست برده شده است

اما تمام این توضیحات کافی قلمداد نمی‌شود و گلایه‌ها و انتقاداتی هنوز مطرح است و گویا هیات انتخاب نتوانسته‌اند رضایت صددرصدی را جلب کنند. چراکه به طور نمونه علی زرنگار کارگردان «علت مرگ: نامعلوم» ادعا کرده که در لیست نهایی هیات انتخاب دست برده شده است.

در این خصوص علی زرنگار فیلمنامه‌نویس سینمای ایران که اولین فیلم سینمایی خود در مقام کارگردان را با نام «علت مرگ: نامعلوم» به تهیه‌کنندگی مجید برزگر ساخته و در چهلمین جشنواره فیلم فجر شرکت کرده بود، مدعی شده این فیلم توسط هیات انتخاب برای حضور در جشنواره انتخاب شده اما از فهرست فیلم‌ها حذف شده است! در بخش‌هایی از  یادداشت این کارگردان آمده : «.. روی سخنم با شماست که به خودتان حق می‌دهید رویِ رای هیات انتخاب خط بکشید و با نگاه واپس‌گرای کژ و ناموزونتان ان را به هیچ بیانگارید. روی سخنم با شماست، “شما” یعنی کسانی که همیشه سویِ دیگر ما ایستاده‌اید و در زمینِ دیگری به جز فرهنگ، به بازی حذف و جرح و ابطالتان پرداختید. روی سخنم با شماست؛ شمایی که سینما را مِلکِ شخصیِ خود می‌دانید و اختیارِ دست بردن در لیستِ نهایی هیات انتخاب را دارید، تا هروقت که لازم باشد بیایید و دلواپسانه فیلمی را از لیستِ نهایی خارج کنید.

دارم از سینما حرف می‌زنم؛ سینمایی که آن را نه با هزینه‌ی ارگان‌های دولتی ساختم و نه با پول‌های کثیفِ سرگردان، بلکه با خونِ دلی که تاوان آن را با توانی که دیگر برایم نمانده دارم، پس می‌دهم. آنان که در این مسیر، کنارم بودند می‌دانند از چه روزهایی دارم حرف می‌زنم. به حقیقت و راستیِ این سخن، هیاتِ انتخاب می‌تواند گواهی دهد. ای‌کاش هیاتِ انتخاب، لیستِ انتخابی خود را آشکار می‌کرد تا تفاوت میانِ انتخاب و انتصاب مشخص گردد. این فیلم با اکثریتِ آراء، جزوِ منتخبین حضور در چهلمین جشنواره‌ی فیلم فجر بوده است که در لحظاتِ آخر از لیست، کنار گذاشته شد. من برای فیلمم چانه نمی‌زنم. دارم از اعتبارِ جشنواره حرف می‌زنم، از تراکمِ اندیشه‌های ناهمگون که در مواجهه با هم بارور می‌شوند و شما در این نسل‌افکنی اندیشه، درختِ فرهنگ را به سترونی می‌کشانید…»

بررسی نشدن فیلم سینمایی «قاتل و وحشی»

همچنین چند روز قبل کانون کارگردانان سینمای ایران در بیانیه ای کنار گذاشتن «قاتل و وحشی» محکوم کردند و خواستار نمایش این فیلم برای هیأت انتخاب شدند. در بخشی از بیانیه این کانون آمده است: «از چهلمین جشنواره فیلم فجر نیز خبر ناخوشایندی رسید و آن کنار گذاشته شدن مجدد فیلم «قاتل و وحشی» به کارگردانی و تهیه‌کنندگی آقای حمید نعمت‌الله است. این فیلم در سال ۹۸ به علت اختلاف سرمایه‌گذار و تهیه‌کننده از جشنواره کنار گذاشته شد و “هیچ فرم بازبینی و رای گیری هیأت انتخاب در مورد این فیلم” وجود ندارد و به همین دلیل این فیلم توانست سال ۹۹ هم متقاضی حضور در جشنواره شود ولی به علت ممیزی به هیأت انتخاب نشان داده نشد. کانون کارگردانان سینمای ایران کنار گذاشتن غیرقانونی فیلم “قاتل و وحشی” از جشنواره فیلم فجر را محکوم می‌کند و خواستار نمایش این فیلم برای هیأت انتخاب است. بدیهی است نظر هیأت محترم انتخاب فصل الخطاب است.»

در این خصوص محمدحسین نیرومند، مشاور وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی در امور هنری و سینمایی که در چهلمین جشنواره فیلم فجر به عنوان یکی از ۷ عضو هیأت انتخاب فیلم‌های بخش مسابقه حضور دارد، درباره بررسی نشدن فیلم سینمایی «قاتل و وحشی» به کارگردانی حمید نعمت‌الله عنوان کرده است: به دو دلیل بسیار ساده این اعتراض عزیزان کانون کارگردانان کاملا بلاوجه است. نخست آنکه در آیین نامه جشنواره چهلم شرط پذیرش فیلم در جشنواره و نمایش آن برای هیأت انتخاب این است که تولید آن سال ۹۹ به بعد باشد. این فیلم در سال ۹۸ تولید شده است و دوم آنکه فیلمی که قبلا متقاضی شرکت در جشنواره بوده است و در بازبینی هیأت انتخاب رد شده است امکان ثبت نام در جشنواره را ندارد. این فیلم در تاریخ ۹۸/۱۰/۱۱ توسط هیأت انتخاب جشنواره سی و هشتم فجر بازبینی شده است. بنابراین به دو دلیل پیشگفته کنار گذاشتن فیلم قاتل و وحشی کاملاً بر طبق مقرارت جشنواره بوده است و اعتراض کانون کارگردانان کاملا بی معنی و بلاوجه می باشد. علیرغم اینکه هم دبیر جشنواره و هم روابط عمومی جشنواره با ارائه سند (فرم بازبینی هیأت انتخاب تصویر۳) در تاریخ ۲ دی ماه به این نوع اعتراضات پاسخ داده‌اند، به نظر می‌رسد انتشار این بیانیه در تاریخ ۵ دی ماه دو دلیل می‌تواند داشته باشد.

وی ادامه داد: اول این که عزیزان کانون کارگردانان اصولاً رصد دقیقی از این ماجرا نداشته‌اند! که قاعدتاً این اتفاق برای مجموعه هنرمندان فرهیخته این کانون تعجب برانگیز است و دوم اینکه کانون کارگردانان حمایت صنفی از اعضای خاص خود را در هر شرایطی بر خود فرض و لازم می‌دانند حتی اگر دفاع آنها آشکارا بر خلاف مقرارت و آیین‌نامه‌های رسمی جشنواره فیلم فجر باشد!

و در پایان…

در چهلمین دوره جشنواره فیلم فجر، هرچند جای خالی فیلم‌ها و فیلم سازان بسیاری در لیست منتخب هیات انتخاب دیده می‌شود، اما در کنار آن آثار کارگردانان فیلم اولی بسیاری دوشادوش فیلم سازان باسابقه دیده می‌شود که قرار است در کنار هم به رقابت بر سر سیمرغ بپردازند. بنابراین باید خوش بین بود که محتوا و کیفیت تنها شاخصه انتخاب بوده و اگر حقی ضایع شده، صرفا به دلیل عدم تناسب با استانداردهای از پیش تعیین شده است!
