حواشی استفاده از نام استاد شفیعی کدکنی در تبلیغات تجاری یک برند؛
اعتبار ملی بازیچه تجارت!

حضور افراد مشهور در تبلیغ برندهای تجاری یکی از اتفاق‌های تاثیرگذار در تاييدکردن محصولات و خدمات آنها است و همواره در سال‌های اخیر در تلويزيون، راديو، بيلبوردها، شبکه مجازی، رسانه‌ها و کمپين‌هاي تبليغاتي رو به افزايش بوده است. در واقع به دلیل علاقه‌ای که مردم به شخصیت‌های مشهور دارند، اعتمادی بی‌واسطه بین طرفداران و فرشندگان کالاهای تجاری شکل می‌گیرد و این دقیقاً همان نقطه مهمی است که بازار فروش تجاری نیز به خوبی آن را می‌شناسد. اما این اتفاق تا آنجایی در مسیر قرار دارد که دو طرف قرارداد از متن آن باخبر بوده و به صورت خودخواسته در این تبلیغات نقش داشته باشند. چراکه هم اکنون نیز بسیاری از بازیگران، خواننده‌ها و ورزشکاران و چهره‌های شناخته شده حاضر به نقش آفرینی در تبلیغات تجاری نمی‌شوند و شهرت و محوبیت خود را به تاراج تجاری نمی‌گذارند. در این میان استفاده نابجا و بدون رضایت نیز بسیار بدتر است و به اعتقاد اساتید حوزه تبلیغات نه تنها تاثیرگذار نیست، که نتیجه معکوس هم در پی دارد و حس سوءاستفاده از آن چهره را برای مخاطبان آن فرد تداعی کرده و تبعات گسترده‌ای دارد.
اعتراض‌های اهالی هنر و ادبیات
تمام توضیحات فوق بدان جهت ارائه شد تا به حواشی استفاده از عکس استاد شفیعی کدکنی، یکی که از چهره های شناخته شده ادبی کشور، توسط یکی از برندهای پوشک بزرگسالان نگاهی داشته باشیم که این اقدام با اعتراض‌های شدیدی از سوی اهالی هنر و ادبیات مواجه شد و شرکت فوق را مجبور به توضیحات و نوعی عذرخواهی کرد. باید اشاره داشته باشیم که این برند تجاری در هایلات استوری خود با عنوان «انگیزشی» در اینستاگرام به معرفی چهره‌هایی، چون محمدرضا شفیعی کدکنی، علی نصیریان، آهو خردمند و… پرداخته و در انتها نیز تبلیغ برند خود را آورده بود.
واکنش صفحه اینستاگرام محمدرضا شفیعی کدکنی
گرداننده صفحه‌ای که به نام محمدرضا شفیعی کدکنی در اینستاگرام فعالیت می‌کند، در واکنش به این اتفاق نوشته است: «ما بنا را بر این می‌گذاریم که شما شرکت محترم تولیدکننده پوشینه بزرگسال قصد داشتید که بگویید در سنین بالا و سالمندی هم می‌توان تأثیرگذار بود و چه و چه…. اما عرض می‌کنیم که این چند روز سلسله تبلیغات شما که در لایه‌های بعدی‌اش نشان دادن برند و محصولات شماست، بسیاری از علاقه‌مندان به استاد شفیعی کدکنی را ناراحت کرده است. ما در کانال‌های طنز و زرد، تبلیغات شما را با چند جین طعنه و تمسخر دیدیم که دست به دست شده بود. می‌دانیم که شما قصدتان این نبوده است. اگر قصدتان کار فرهنگی است ما می‌توانیم چندین اولویت فرهنگی در روستا‌ها و مدرسه‌ها به شما معرفی کنیم که تأثیر مثبت آنها صد‌ها برابر این تبلیغات است. تازه اگر حوزه کاری و برندی شما ارتباطی با این امور داشته باشد. اگر قصدتان مباحث انگیزشی است این روش شما نه تنها مثبت نبوده است بلکه بسیاری از دانشجویان و علاقه‌مندان را ناراحت کرده و درخواست داشتند واکنشی نشان دهیم که صمیمانه و از سر دغدغه چند سطری برای شما بنویسیم. منتظر توضیح و جوابیه شما به علاقه‌مندان فرهنگ و دانشجویان و استادان هستیم و مبنای ما نیت اولیه مثبت شما بوده است. در کدام کشور برند پوشک و پوشینه‌سازش استاد بزرگ فرهنگ و ادبیاتش را معرفی می‌کند؟!»
واکنش ادمین کانال محمدرضا شفیعی کدکنی
همچنین ادمین کانال شفیعی کدکنی هم در اعتراض به این شرکت و استفاده از عکس این پژوهشگر و پیشکسوت ادبی نوشت: «بنده شخصاً ایستاده‌ام و کوتاه نخواهم آمد. اگر دیگر در این‌جا چیزی نمانده باشد، هنوز حریمِ اهالی فرهنگ ایران و بزرگانش سرباز دارد. باید عذرخواهی کنید، حذف کنید و توضیح بنویسید. ادمین رسانه شفیعی کدکنی (این رسانه مستقل است و استاد محمدرضا شفیعی کدکنی هیچ نظارتی ندارند.)»
عذرخواهی ایزی‌لایف
سرانجام با اعتراضات گسترده مجازی و کامنت‌های بیشماری که توسط هوادران استاد شفیعی کدکنی به انجام رسید، این برند پوشک بزرگسالان هایلات «انگیزشی» را از صفحه اینستاگرام خود حذف کرده و با عذرخواهی از اهالی فرهنگ نوشته است: «در پی دغدغه مهربانانه علاقه‌مندان به بزرگان و مفاخر این دیار، ضمن عذرخواهی صمیمانه، اعلام می‌دارد که در ذات محتوای «معرفی مفاخر» به جز احترام به بزرگان که ستون‌های فرهنگی و ایجاد سرزندگی در سالمندان و ستون‌های خانواده هستند، مفهومی وجود نداشته است. حذف این فعالیت برای احترام به نظر کاربران و پیشگیری از سوءاستفاده غیرهمدلانه دیگری صورت پذیرفت. استاد عالی‌قدر جناب آقای شفیعی کدکنی از بلندترین قله‌های ادب این مرز و بوم هستند و خواهند بود، قله‌ای که احترام و عزتشان بی‌شک واجب قلبی تک تک ما در ایران، جامعه ادبی و فرهنگی و خانواده … بوده و خواهد بود. سایه‌شان بر سر فرهنگ ایران مستدام…»
واکنش کاربران صفحات مجازی
شایان ذکر است این انتشار در حوالی سال‌روز تولد محمدرضا شفیعی کدکنی (۱۹ مهرماه) اتفاق افتاد و با اعتراض‌هایی از جانب دوستداران و علاقه‌مندان این شاعر و پژوهشگر پیشکسوت و استاد دانشگاه همراه شد که این اقدام را «وقیحانه و دور از فرهنگ» دانسته و خواهان توضیح رسمی این شرکت شدند که در ادامه به برخی از آنها اشاره می‌کنیم.
کاربری در این خصوص نوشته بود:« به عنوان یک فعال بخش تبلیغات پیشنهاد میکنم مشاور تبلیغاتی خود را عوض کنید.»
کابر دیگری نیز نوشت: « مدیر تبلیغاتی که تا کنون یکبار تاکنون تصویر شاعران و نویسندگان مطرح کشور خود را ندیده است، جای تاسف دارد. عذرخواهی با یک پست و استوری قطعا رفع تکلیف است!»
دیگری نیز کامنت گذاشت: «هنوز در جامعه کسانی را داریم که با سطح مطالعه پائین خود، مفاخر بزرگ و وزین کشور را نمیشناسند. شرم بر شما باد…»
