شادکامی و نشاط در شهر اسلامی

شادکامی و نشاط یک ضرورت و نیاز است. اساس جهان هستی و پدیدههای آن به گونهای طراحی شده است که در آدمی نشاط ایجاد کند. از آنجا که این نشاط، عوارض منفی مانند ناکامی، ناامیدی، ترس و نگرانی را از آدمی دور میکند، روان شناسان به ایجاد و تثبیت آن در انسان دستور اکید دادهاند و این نشانگر این حقیقت است که شادکامی، نیاز اساسی و ضروری آدمی و از خواستههای هر انسانی است که خداوند در او به ودیعه گذاشته است. به بیان دیگرشادی یا شادکامی حالتی روانی است که در آن فرد احساس عشق، لذت، خوشبختی یا شادی میکند.
دوگونه شادکامی و نشاط شهروندان
نیاز به شادکامی و نشاط از مهمترین ویژگیهای روحی و فطری انسان است. لذا انسانها به دنبال راهی میشوند تا به این نیاز پاسخ گویند. حال شهروندان در رفع این نیاز به دوگونه متوسل میشوند. عدهای که مقید به دین آئینی نیستند، به هر راهی متوسل میشوند تا خود را شاد کنند. این افراد به سرگرمیهای گذرا و سطحی پرداخته و راه ندانستن را پیش گرفتهاند. شهرها با توجه به زرق و برقی که دارند، چشمان ما را هر روز بیشتر تشنه شادیهای گذرا میکنند. به نوعی شهرهای امروزی را باید مرکز لذت طلبی دانست. اما عدهای بنا بر عقاید مذهبی و دینی خود حاضر نیستند از هر راهی استفاده کنند و شادی خود را بر مبنای تفکر، آیه و تذکر جستجو میکنند. همانطور که ارسطو معتقد است دست کم سه نوع شادی وجود دارد. در پایینترین سطح آن، شادی را همان لذت میداند. سطح بالاتر شادی همان موفقیت و کامیابی است و نوع سوم شادی از نظر ارسطو، شادکامی ناشی از معنویت و دین است.
در قرآن کریم نیز همواره از دو نوع شادکامی و نشاط صحبت شده است: شادیهای پسندیده و شادیهای ناپسند. قرآن هم امر به شاد بودن کرده و در بعضی موارد از آن نهی کرده است. در شهر، شادی پایدار یعنی همان حس خوب زندگی که ناشی از خودشکوفایی، گسترش اعتماد به نفس و عزت نفس است و شادیهای ناپایدار ناشی از کسب موفقیت، آزادی و تحقق فردیت و دست یافتن به بسیاری از ارزش های اخلاقی وجود دارد. شاید مهمترین دلیل برای بوجود آمدن آمارهای ناخوشایند ذکر شده، عدم فهم درست از اسلام است به گونهای که عدهای اسلام را دین غم و اندوه میدانند و این در حالی است که اسلام مفهوم “شادی” را در حدود 25 بار با الفاظ مختلف در قرآن آورده است و آن تائید و تاکیدی است بر پیام دین به انسانها که راه نجات از غم و اندوه، ایمان به خدا و ذکر اوست که به انسان آرامش، شادی و نشاط می بخشد. قرآن کریم، شادکامی و نشاط را که نیاز فطری بشر است، تائید کرده و جهت میدهد و راهنماییهای لازم را برای بهرهگیری از آن ارائه میکند و معیارهایی برای شادکامی و نشاط آورده که مهمترین آنها عبارتند از: شادی و نشاط با محوریت توحید، شادی و نشاط در پرتو پرهیز از گناه، احیاء ارزشها، شاد کردن دیگران، شادی با یاد ائمه معصومین و پیروی از سبک زندگی آنها.
خلاء فرهنگی در چگونگی ابراز شادی
دومین دلیل را میتوان کمرنگ شمردن این معیارها در جامعه دانست. از دیگر مشکلاتی که جامعه ما امروز با آن روبه رو است خلاء فرهنگی در خصوص چگونگی ابراز شادی است. این خلاً منجر به این شده است که در جامعه شاهد الگوگیری از فرهنگهای دیگر باشیم که همراه با سلایق شخصی رفتارهای نامناسبی را به اسم شادی انجام میدهند که فاقد پشتوانه فرهنگی و اعتقادی است. یک انقطاع فرهنگی در ابراز شادی در جامعه ایران به وجود آمده است. از صد سال پیش تا کنون ما آموزش شادکامی را نداریم اما قبل از آن متناسب با خرده فرهنگهای ایرانی، اشکال مختلف شادی را داشتیم اما متأسفانه در یک قرن اخیر یک انقطاعی حاصل شده و ما از سنتهای گذشته اطلاعی نداریم و همه را میخواهیم تقلیدی به دست آوریم که این الگوی تقلیدی با روح معنوی و دینی جامعه ما سازگاری ندارد و باید الگوی ابراز شادی در ایران بازسازی شود.
توجه به شادکامی در رشتههای مختلف
این مسئله در رشتههای مختلف علمی محور بحث و بررسیهای فراوان قرار گرفته و در هر یک از علوم نیز از منظر رویکردهای مختلف درون رشتهای محل مطالعه و مداقه بوده است. در دورههای اخیر نیز همزمان با اعتبار روز افزون رویکردهای بین رشتهای، به عنوان مرز مشترک بسیاری از رشتههای علمی مطرح شده است. رشتههایی مانند پزشکی، روانشناسی، مددکاری، مدیریت، شهرسازی، معماری و … به بررسی ابعاد گوناگون این مفهوم و عوامل مؤثر بر آن پرداختهاند. در باب مدیریت شهری، مبحث شادکامی و نشاط از جمله مباحث جدید در حوزه فرهنگی و اجتماعی شهر تلقی میشود که بویژه در سالیان اخیر توجه بسیار زیادی در سطح جهان بدان شده است.
سیر صعودی بیمارهای روحی در دنیای صنعتی
با پیچیده شدن روابط در دنیای صنعتی امروز، میزان ناکامیها و فشارهای روانی شهروندان رو به افزونی گذاشته و گرفتاریهای زندگی ماشینی به خصوص در کلانشهرها، انسانها را دچار ملال خاطر کرده و سیر صعودی بیماریهای روحی را برای شهروندان به دنبال داشته است. گسترش شهرنشینی، دسترسی بیشتر به فناوری، مشغلههای فراوان، تحمیل استرسهای متعدد بر افراد، تعامل فرهنگی بالا و خطر تضعیف هویت فرهنگی، کاهش ارتباطات عاطفی میان مردم و افزایش اختلالات روانی، از ویژگی های جامعه امروزی و زندگی به اصطلاح مدرن است. گرچه متوسط سطح رفاه شهروندان امروزی از نسلهای پیشین بیشتر است، اما مقایسه اجتماعی یکسویه و رشد صعودی توقعات و انتظارات و آنیطلبی کنشگران در جوامع کنونی به نوعی میتواند موجب احساس محرومیت در شهروندان و در نتیجه کاهش احساس شادی و شعف اجتماعی آنان شود.
چرا شهروندان احساس شادکامی نمیکنند؟
اگر ساخت نظام اجتماعی جامعه و شهر، مبتنی بر شادی نباشد و یا برخی مسایل اجتماعی – اقتصادی موانعی را در این امر ایجاد کند، شهروندان احساس شادکامی نمیکنند. در نتیجه احساس ضرورت برای نهادینه کردن شادی نیز در بین کارگزاران و سازمانهای متولی بالاخص مدیریت شهری، این امر پدید نمیآید.
