شهردار مشهد گفت: بحث گودفخار در منطقه پنج از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است و باید سرعت کار اجرایی این پروژه افزایش پیدا کند. محمدرضا کلائی در جلسه بررسی روند پروژه های منطقه پنج شهرداری مشهد، اظهار کرد: این جلسات به صورت ادواری برای بررسی پروژه های مهم مناطق شهری برگزار می شود.
وی افزود: با توجه به اینکه در حال حاضر در سه ماهه انتهایی سال جاری قرار داریم، حجم پروژه ها در سطح شهر افزایش پیدا کرده است.
شهردار مشهد با تاکید بر تامین اعتبارات برای اجرای پروژه های مهم مناطق در سطح شهر، بیان کرد: اگر مشکلی در خصوص تامین و تخصیص اعتبارات باشد به صورت جد به آن ورود پیدا خواهیم کرد.
کلائی تصریح کرد: بررسی درآمدها در مناطق شهری نیز یکی دیگر از اولویت های ما بوده و ما بر این امر تمرکز ویژه ای خواهیم داشت.
وی ادامه داد: یکی دیگر از موارد مهم این جلسه بحث پروژه های کوچک مقیاس است که پرداختن به این مهم سطح رضایتمندی شهروندان را در سطح مناطق افزایش می دهد.
شهردار مشهد عنوان کرد: بحث تملک ها و اراضی بزرگ مقیاس یکی دیگر از نکات اصلی در این جلسه است و بحث مذاکره و ایجاد تفاهم با مالکان این اراضی یکی از وظایفی است که بر دوش منطقه پنج قرار دارد.
کلائی با بیان اینکه برگزاری این جلسات به صورت ادواری خواهد بود، اضافه کرد: ما سعی بر آن خواهیم داشت که تا پایان سال هر منطقه را سه بار سرکشی کرده باشیم.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: یکی از مهم ترین پروژه هایی که در منطقه پنج وجود دارد، بحث مرمت و بازسازی مسجد جامع شلوغ بازار گلشهر است که امید داریم تا پایان سال جاری آن را به بهره برداری برسانیم.
شهردار مشهد افزود: همچنین بحث گودفخار در این منطقه نیز از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است، باید سرعت کار اجرایی این پروژه افزایش پیدا کند.
کلائی بیان کرد: همچنین سوله چند منظوره مدیریت بحران در این منطقه نیز دارای اولویت بوده و در حال حاضر از پیشرفت 40 درصدی برخوردار است.

در ادامه این جلسه میلاد مرادنیا شهردار منطقه پنج مشهد تاکید کرد: در حال حاضر یکی از پروژه های مهم منطقه پنج طرح مرمت و بازسازی مسجد جامع شلوغ بازار گلشهر است که این امر با هدف تبیین جایگاه مسجد در بازار و افزایش هویت بخشی به فضای کالبدی این محله تهیه و تدوین شده است.
وی با بیان اینکه رسیدگی موضوعات آبگرفتگی در سطح منطقه پنج نیز از نکات مهم ما است، عنوان کرد: در طی بارندگی اخیری که در شهر مشهد شاهد بودیم، هیچگونه آبگرفتگی رخ نداده است.
شهردار منطقه پنج مشهد گفت: در راستای تاکیدهای شهردار مشهد در خصوص نهضت آسفالت نیز ما این نوید را می دهیم که تا پایان سال هیچگونه معابر خاکی را در شهر نداشته باشیم.

مرادنیا با بیان اینکه برای دیوارهای خطری این منطقه اعتباری لحاظ نشده است، ادامه داد: توجه به این امر نیز ضرورت زیادی دارد.

شهردار مشهد روز گذشته در بازدید از شهرک شهید بهشتی که با حضور معاون برنامه ریزی و توسعه منابع انسانی، شهردارمنطقه شش، مدیرکل حوزه شهردار، مدیرکل حراست و مدیرعامل سازمان عمران و بازآفرینی فضاهای شهری انجام شد از نزدیک در جریان اقدامات انجام شده در راستای ساماندهی این شهرک قرارگرفت و برسرعت بخشیدن به روند کار تاکید کرد.
محمدرضا کلائی   در این بازدید با اشاره به طرح بازآفرینی و ساماندهی شهرک شهید بهشتی، گفت: در کنار بازآفرینی فضاهای مختلف شهرک، اجرای سیستم روشنایی و بهسازی فضای سبز شهرک شهید بهشتی باید سرعت گرفته و هرچه زودتر به سرانجام برسد.

او افزود: در طرح بازآفرینی و ساماندهی شهرک شهید بهشتی تمرکز بر پروژه ها و سرعت اجرا برای ما بسیار مهم است.
وی اضافه کرد: یکی از موضوعات مهم امنیت ساکنان شهرک شهید بهشتی است، لذا در این میان پروژه ای که باید در اولویت قرار بگیرد نصب پایه چراغ ها و تامین روشنایی مطلوب معابر این شهرک است که باید هرچه سریع تر به سرانجام برسد.
کلائی ادامه داد: در کنارسیستم روشنایی، بهسازی فضاهای سبز و زمین های بازی، ساماندهی جدول ها و سیستم جمع آوری آب های سطحی و.. نیز از مواردی است که باید مورد توجه ویژه ای قرار بگیرد.
