پیگیری تحصیل و ادامه روند آموزش مجازی در روزهای کرونازده نیاز به امکانات را آشکارتر کرد و شرایط امسال را به نحوی رقم زد که هر خانواده حداقل به یک ابزار الکترونیک هوشمند برای آموزش آنلاین نیاز داشته باشد. در این بین کتمان نشدنی است که این سبک تحصیلی، موضوع تقاضا برای ابزارهای سیم‌کارت‌خور از جمله گوشی همراه را افزایش دهد.

به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» و به نقل از ایسنا، در ماه‌های ابتدایی سال جاری، به دلیل مشکلات مربوط‌ به کرونا و مشکلات تولید و از سوی دیگر، مشکلات واردات، قیمت گوشی با افزایش چند برابری مواجه بود، پس از آن نیز خبر محدودیت واردات موبایل با ارزش بالای ۳۰۰ یورو مطرح شد که با گران شدن گوشی‌های پرچمدار گره خورد. از سویی به دلیل عدم ترخیص برخی از گوشی‌های وارداتی از گمرک و پس از آن ترخیص تدریجی این کالاها، قیمت گوشی در این مدت با فراز و فرود همراه بود.

آمار گمرک صرفا به واردات با رویه تجاری اشاره دارد

انجمن واردکنندگان موبایل به‌تازگی در توییتی عنوان کرد طبق آمار همتا، در هفت ماه نخست سال ۱۳۹۸،‌ واردات موبایل به کشور از طریق دو رویه مسافری و تجاری،‌ مجموعه ۷ میلیون و ۸۴۵ هزار دستگاه بوده،‌ امسال این تعداد طی هفت ماه نخست به ۸ میلیون و ۴۰ هزار دستگاه رسیده است. درحالی که آمار گمرک مبنی‌بر رشد ۱۲۲ درصدی ارزش واردات موبایل، صرفا به رویه تجاری اشاره دارد.

 

اگر در سال‌های گذشته، سبد خرید خانوار در روزهای منجر به سال تحصیلی، ینی اواخر شهریور و مهر، به مایحتاج آموزشی دانش‌آموزان و در صدر آنها لوازم تحریر اختصاص می‌یافت، اما شرایط برای سال جاری به شیوه‌ای رقم خورد که آموزش آنلاین دانش‌آموزان و دانش‌جویان، نیاز به گوشی را برایشان اجباری کرد و تقاضا برای این کالا را افزایش داد

 

واردات مسافری یکی از روش‌هایی بود که برای دور زدن رجیستری و وارد کردن گوشی‌های قاچاق، به راه افتاد. بعد از طرح رجیستری برای مدت کوتاهی موبایل قاچاق وارد کشور نشد اما ‏با گذشت زمان و ایجاد مشکلات ارزی برای تأمین نیاز بازار موبایل به شکل رسمی، ابتدا واردات چمدانی گوشی بسیار مرسوم شد، تا جایی که اعلام شد با اتصال سامانه گمرک به ‏ناجا، از ابتدای خرداد ۹۸، تنها کسانی می‌توانند ‏به عنوان مسافر یک موبایل را رجیستر کنند که مسافر واقعی بوده‌اند.

هرچند همین موضوع هم منجر شد بازار خریدوفروش پاسپورت و رجیسترکردن موبایل به شکل مسافری داغ شود، اما واردات مسافری همان زمان هم تا حد زیادی کاهش یافت تا جایی که انجمن واردکنندگان موبایل اعلام کرد واردات مسافری از یک میلیون و ۲۰۰ هزار دستگاه در اردیبهشت‌ماه سال ۱۳۹۸، به ۱۵۰ هزار دستگاه تا پایان آذرماه کاهش یافته است و درواقع در اجرای سیاست‌ها منجر به کاهش ۱۰ برابری استفاده تجاری از رویه مسافری واردات تلفن همراه شد.

آمار همتا از تمام گوشی‌های وارداتی به دو روش تجاری و مسافری است

انتشار آمار هفت‌ماهه واردات با انتقاد انجمن واردکنندگان همراه شده است، زیرا گزارش‌های آماری همتا که همه شبکه‌های ارتباطی کشور را  مانیتور می‌کند، درباره میزان واردات به کشور و مصرف کشور و سهم برندها، شامل گوشی‌های وارداتی به دو روش تجاری و مسافری بوده و گزارش گمرک تنها بخش تجاری را نشان می‌دهد. درواقع گمرک با ارائه آمار از واردات گوشی به روش تجاری، اعلام کرده که وضعیت واردات در مقایسه با سال گذشته کاهش نیافته است. حال آنکه کاهش واردات به علت شیوع کرونا در این ماه‌ها، تعطیلی تولیدکنندگان جهانی گوشی، بسته بودن مرزها و شرایط کلی حاکم بر واردات، چندان هم دور از ذهن و غیرطبیعی نیست.

از سوی دیگر، اگرچه انتشار گزارش واردات به دو شیوه تجاری و مسافری حاکی از افزایش ۲۰۰ هزار دستگاه در هفت ماه سال جاری در مقایسه با مدت مشابه سال گذشته است، اما با توجه به شیوع کرونا و ادامه روند آموزش آنلاین،‌ دورکاری و فعالیت‌های مجازی، نمی‌توان این واقعیت را نادیده گرفته که در این چند ماه گذشته و به‌خصوص از ابتدای سال، تقاضای کاربران برای ابزارهای الکترونیکی از جمله گوشی افزایش یافت است.

افزایش تقاضا برای گوشی نسبت به سال گذشته

اگر در سال‌های گذشته، سبد خرید خانوار در روزهای منجر به سال تحصیلی، ینی اواخر شهریور و مهر، به مایحتاج آموزشی دانش‌آموزان و در صدر آنها لوازم تحریر اختصاص می‌یافت، اما شرایط برای سال جاری به شیوه‌ای رقم خورد که آموزش آنلاین دانش‌آموزان و دانش‌جویان، نیاز به گوشی را برایشان اجباری کرد و تقاضا برای این کالا را افزایش داد و همین موضوع نشان‌دهنده این است که تقاضا برای گوشی در سال جاری، با سال گذشته تفاوت داشته و شاید افزایش تنها ۲۰۰ هزار دستگاه هم پاسخگوی این نیاز نبوده است.

در این مدت و با آموزش آنلاین، بسیاری از خانوارهایی که توانایی خرید گوشی برای فرزندان دانش‌آموز خود را نداشتند،‌ با دشواری‌هایی روبه‌رو بودند. برخی از دانش‌آموزان از گوشی والدین خود برای اتصال به شاد و آموزش آنلاین استفاده کردند، خانواده‌ها با بیش از یک فرزند برای فراهم کردن ابزار الکترونیک از تبلت و گوشی، با مشکل مواجه بودند و اینها همه با این فرض است که حداقل یک گوشی هوشمند در هر خانه وجود داشته است.
