نان قوت غالب مردم است و به عنوان برکت سفره‌ها از آن یاد می‌شود، برکتی که حالا آنقدر گران شده است که به مرور زمان از سفره برخی خانوار‌ها حذف می‌شود و یا حداقل تکه‌های آن در سفره‌ها کاهش پیدا می کند.

نان را نمی توان از سفره عده ای حذف کرد، زیرا غذای اصلی‌شان است و اگر چیزی در خانه نداشته باشند تا بخورند تکه نانی در هر خانه‌ای پیدا می‌شود تا شکم گرسنه‌ای را سیر کند. افزایش قیمت نان، عده ای را نگران می‌کند، خانواده‌هایی که بخشی از درآمد زندگی‌شان به پای خرید نان می‌رود و اگر گران شود دخل و خرجشان را تحت‌تاثیر قرار می‌دهد.

یکشنبه صبح بر حسب  اتفاق برای خرید نان به نانوایی بربری نزدیک خانه مراجعه کردم اما درکمال تعجب دیدم که قیمت آن به سه هزارتومان افزایش یافته، یکی از افرادی که در صف بود با لحنی اعتراض گونه گفت چرا دوباره نان را گران کرده‌اید؟ شما که همین چند وقت پیش آن را گران کرده بودید ، پسر جوانی که متصدی آنجا بود گفت  قیمت را اتحادیه به ما می‌دهد و ما مقصر نیستیم،  آن مرد در پاسخ به این حرف گفت اگر راست می‌گویی نامه اتحادیه را بیاور تا ببینم که پسر جوان گفت من چنین وظیفه‌ای ندارم و شما هم اگر شکایتی دارید به اتحادیه مراجعه کنید.

به چند نانوایی در سطح شهر سر زدم، در یکی از نانوایی‌ها قیمت  را جویا شدم که نانوا علت گرانی نان را گران شدن مایه خمیر ترش، آرد و نمک عنوان کرد. به نانوایی دیگر سر می زنم که او نیز علت گران شدن نان را افزایش هزینه‌های جاری، آب، برق و گازدانست.

افزایش قیمت نان ممنوع است

به جهت بررسی این موضوع با محمود بنانژاد رئیس اتاق اصناف مشهد تماس گرفتم که وی گفت: هنوز هیچ‌گونه تصمیمی در خصوص افزایش قیمت نان گرفته نشده است و هیچ نانوایی نیز نباید افزایش قیمت داشته باشد واگر شهروندان با موردی مواجه شدند آن را با شماره تلفن ۱۲۴ درمیان گذاشته و یا با اتحادیه تماس بگیرند.

 

هنوز هیچ‌گونه تصمیمی در خصوص افزایش قیمت نان گرفته نشده است و هیچ نانوایی نیز نباید افزایش قیمت داشته باشد واگر شهروندان با موردی مواجه شدند آن را با شماره تلفن ۱۲۴ درمیان گذاشته و یا با اتحادیه تماس بگیرند

 

این در حالی است که سرپرست دفتر تامین، توزیع و تنظیم بازار وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت درمردادماه گفته بود که سال گذشته آخرین مصوبه قیمت نان ابلاغ شد، لذا قیمت نان هنوز براساس آخرین مصوبه است و هیچگونه تغییری در قیمت نان ایجاد نشده است و در حال حاضر قیمت هر کیلوگرم آرد یارانه‌ای و نیمه یارانه‌ای به ترتیب 665 و 900 تومان است.

افزایش خود‌سرانه بهای نان

این امر نشان‌دهنده این این که فشار گرانی‌ها به قدری افزایش یافته که نانوایی‌ها خود‌سرانه مجبور به افزایش بهای نان شده‌اند، بنا‌براین بهتر است در دورانی که مشکلات اقتصادی بر جامعه حاکم شده است و با توجه به شرایط سخت نانواها که در گرمای نانوایی با زحمت فراوان نان را تهیه و به دست مردم می‌رسانند تدابیری اتخاد شود تا نان با قیمت مناسب به دست مصرف‌کننده برسد و برای نانوا هم مقرون به صرفه باشد.

این درحالی است که خانوارهای بسیار ضعیف‌تر، با درآمد کمتر و جمعیت بیشتر که قوت قالب آن‌ها نان است و با نان و پنیر و ماست روزگار می‌گذرانند، مشکلاتشان ا افزایش پیدا می‌کند. همانطور که قیمت لبنیات هم افزایش پیدا کرد که این افزایش قیمت‌ها، سلامت خانواده‌های کم درآمد و قشر ضعیف را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد.

افزايش قيمت نان همزمان با هدفمندي يارانه‌ها اتفاق افتاد ولي افزايش كيفيتي اتفاق نيفتاد و به همين دليل از نيمه دوم سال 90 بحث آزاد سازي قيمت نان مطرح شد، بازهم با همان توجيه كه البته هنوز هم مسكوت باقي مانده و در مقابل شاهد اعلام نرخ‌هاي جديد نان آنهم به صورت منطقه‌اي در كشور هستيم.

تامین هزینه‌های جاری از جیب مردم

زمزمه‌هایی به‌گوش می‌رسد که به نظر می‌آید، دولت می‌خواهد بعضی از هزینه‌های جاری نانواها را پوشش دهد و چه بهتر که از جیب مصرف کننده تأمین شوند. اما آنچه که ما از گفتگو با مردم دریافتیم این است که آنان از کیفیت نان در بیشترنانوایی‌ها چندان رضایت ندارند و ابراز می‌کنند نانواها نان فطیر، سوخته، پرنمک و بی‌کیفیت به دست مردم می‌دهند که باعث می‌شود مشکلات گوارشی زیادی برای آنان به وجود بیاید.

تا وقتی که نانواها فقط به سود خود فکر کنند و هدفشان این باشد که آرد بی کیفیت را خمیر کرده و به دیواره تنور بزنند، رضایت مشتری بدست نخواهد آمد و از آن طرف این نان بی‌کیفیت باز هم سلامت مصرف کننده را به خطر می اندازد.

کیفیت نان، معمایی حل نشده

دولت اگر به فکر این است که نانواها سود ببرند باید نظارت بر نانواها را افزایش دهد و نان باکیفیتی به دست مردم برسد، تا اگر پولی از جیب مردم به جیب نانواها سرازیر می شود لاقل نان خوب و مرغوبی روانه سبد خانوارها شود. هر چند کیفیت نان در این سال‌ها یک معمای حل نشده است و انگار جدیتی برای حل این مشکل وجود ندارد.
