نائب رییس مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: به نظر می‌رسد لازم است که در کشور مدتی طولانی نظام پارلمانی حاکم شود.
ایسنا نوشت: سیدامیرحسین قاضی‌زاده با بیان اینکه درحال حاضر مشکلات زیادی در پاسخگوسازی مسئولان وجود دارد و باید اقدامات جدی‌تری انجام شود، ادامه داد: نظام ما یک نظام ریاستی است، باید برای برای پاسخگو کردن مسئولان باتوجه به توزیع اختیارات در کشور فکری جدی کرد که نیازمند برنامه های بنیادی‌تر است.
وی با اشاره به اینکه یک نظر این است که نخست‌وزیری را احیا کنیم تا مجلس بتواند دولت را رصد کند، افزود: مجلس اکنون نمیتواند بسیاری از برنامه‌های دولت را رصد کند، رییس جمهور نیز یک فرد برخاسته از آرای مردم است و نمیتوان به راحتی به سراغش رفت زیرا یک نماد سیاسی است، وقت آن است که گفت‌وگو برای پاسخگوسازی کابینه انجام شود.
نماینده مردم مشهد و کلات در مجلس شورای اسلامی تصریح کرد: به نظر می‌رسد لازم است که در کشور مدتی طولانی نظام پارلمانی حاکم شود. کابینه را میتوان بارها ساقط کرد، بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم یک حزب 50 سال بر ژاپن حکومت کرد اما میانگین عمر کابینه‌هایش کمتر از دو سال بود. ما نیاز داریم در موقع لزوم سریعا افراد را عوض کنیم اما با شرایط کنونی اگر سراغ هرکسی برویم بحران سیاسی ایجاد می‌شود.
قاضی‌زاده در پاسخ به اینکه مجلس هم اکنون نیز به خوبی نمیتواند از ابزار سوال و استیضاح استفاده کند، گفت: این مساله به این خاطر است که اکنون ما سراغ هر وزیری برویم یک برخورد با رییس جمهور صورت می‌گیرد، اما اگر کابینه در اختیار نخست وزیر منصوب مجلس باشد این فرسایش‌ها وجود نخواهد داشت.
