مفهوم گسترده آموزش عالی

پیشرفت، ترقی و بالندگی هر کشور مرهون رشد و تعالی آموزش عالی و کسب تخصصی مهارتها میباشد. امروزه، منافع و آثار مثبت آموزش عالي بيش از هر زمان ديگري آشكار شده كه نتيجه آن، اقبال از همگاني شدن این نوع از آموزش است.
از آنجائی که انجام همه امور مملکت خارج از توان و امکانات دولت میباشد، در ماده ۴۴ قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران پیش بینی واگذاری قسمتی از امور را به بنگاههای خصوصی شده است. بر این اساس مؤسسههای آموزش عالی غیرانتفاعی- غیردولتی تشکیل شدهاند که اغلب آنها بازوی توانمند برای وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری هستند. خوشبختانه در سالهای اخیر بازده، محصول و کیفیت این مؤسسهها بسیار عالی بوده و حتی از بعضی دانشگاههای دولتی نیز گوی سبقت را ربودهاند.
آموزش عالي در سالهاي اخير به مفهومي گستردهتر تبديل شده است كه بیشک برای دستیابی به آن، اصلاح برنامه، بهبود كيفيت در آموزش و پژوهش، استفاده از تكنولوژيهاي جديد، مديريت راهبردي در سطح موسسه و رقابت صورت پذیرفته است و بدون تردید در این راه اندوختههای علمی، تخصصی و سرمایههای هنگفتی مصرف شده است که به ارتقا بار علمی جامعه میانجامد.
ربودن گوی سبقت
در قلب پایتخت مذهبی ایران مجتمع آموزشی بینالمللی علوم و فنون آروند، در زمینه آموزش علمی و مهارتی تواما، فعالیت میکند که ترکیبی از تعالی دانشگاهی و آموزش فنی و حرفهای است و با مجوزهای مربوطه از وزارت تعاون، کار و اموراجتماعی و همچنین وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری (دفتر آموزشهای غیردولتی – موسسه آموزش عالی آزاد مهندسان) مدارک معتبر و قابل ترجمه را جهت ادامه تحصیل در خارج از کشور و با اخذ اقامت کاری از کشورهای عضو سازمان ILO ارائه میدهد. این مؤسسه نه تنها در زمینه آموزش بلکه در فعالیتهای فنی و مهارتی نیز گوی سبقت را از دیگر مراکز آموزش عالی ربوده است.
آنچه میخوانید گزارشی از گفتگو با تعدادی از اساتید و فعالان حوزه آموزش مدیریت کسب و کار است که در حاشیه مراسم رونمایی از کتاب «50گام موفقیت» نوشته مرتضی اسکافی نوغانی، رئیس اتحادیه محصولات فرهنگی مشهد در موسسه آموزش عالی آزاد مهندسان – مجتمع آموزشی بین المللی علوم و فنون آروند صورت گرفت.
دپارتمان مدیریت پروژه علوم و فنون آروند بر این اساس شکل گرفته است که بسیاری از فارغ التحصیلان رشتههای مختلف ترجیح میدهند به جای داشتن شغل ثابت در سازمانی خاص به انجام پروژههای مختلف مربوط به رشته خود بپردازند که این در حالی است که فراگیری علم مدیریت پروژه پایه و اساس آن است.
آموزش تخصصی مدیریت کسب و کار
دکتر حامد قربانزاده مدیر دپارتمان مدیریت اجرایی و مدیریت پروژه موسسه آموزش عالی آزاد مهندسان و رئیس موسسه علوم و فنون آروند است. وی علاوه بر تدریس در دانشگاههای آنلاین یک کشور اروپایی، عضو اتاق بازرگانی کشور عمان است و در آن کشور نیز فعالیت اقتصادی دارد.
او میگوید: در موسسه آروند مشکلاتی که در برگزاری دورههای MBA و DBA وجود دارد را ریشهیابی کردیم و متوجه شدیم که این دورهها که با عنوان دورههای مدیریت کسب و کار برگزار میشود، در واقع نگاه لازم کسب و کار را ندارند. اولین چیزی که در مدیریت کسب و کار به دنبال آن هستیم، به دست آوردن تخصص است. چراکه اگر قرار باشد مدیریت تحول و نوآوری را به صورت عمومی آموزش ببینیم فقط 30 درصد راه را رفتهایم و 70 درصد دیگر تحول و نوآوری در زمینه تخصصی آن کار است. در تمام ایران مدیریت کسب و کار به صورت عمومی آموزش داده میشود، اما در دنیا نگاه این است که با توجه به اینکه هر حرفهای مشتری خاص خود را دارد، هر شخص در زمینه کار تخصصی خود، مدیریت کسب و کار را آموزش ببیند.
مدیر دپارتمان مدیریت اجرایی موسسه آموزش عالی آزاد مهندسان با اشاره به اینکه فنون مذاکره در تخصص و شغلهای مختلف با هم تفاوت دارد، بیان میکند: به طور نمونه در کتابفروشی زمانی که مشتری معلولیت جسمی دارد اما عاشق کتاب است، علم بالایی دارد و ایدهپرداز خوبی هم هست، قاعدتا باید با فنون مذاکره متفاوتی با او برخورد کرد. به همین دلیل باید در هر زمینهای در مدیریت کسب و کار آموزش تخصصی خود آن حرفه را ببینیم.
استارت کار از درون مجموعه
دکتر قربانزاده تصریح میکند: در واقع ما در مرحله اول، مدیریت تحول و نوآوری را در کار خودمان ایجاد کردیم و برای اولین بار مجموعه دروس را به صورت تخصصی ارائه میدهیم تا اگر به دانشپذیر میگوییم مدیریت تحول و نوآوری چیست؟ این سوال برایش پیش نیاید که چرا در خود مجموعه این کار به انجام نرسیده است.
وی ادامه میدهد: امروز برای ارائه محصول نیاز به برقراری ارتباط با مشتری و قطعا راستگویی داریم و متاسفانه دلیل این که راستگویی لازم نیست این است که مهارت کافی وجود ندارد و در جواب سوال چرا مهارت کافی وجود ندارد باید بگوییم که، آموزش لازم دیده نشده است. در همین راستا برای اولین بار در استان خراسان مدیریت کسب و کار را به صورت تخصصی برای هر صنف ایجاد کردیم و برای هر صنف کد آموزشی جدا قرار دادیم و اساتیدی که وارد دورهها میشوند به خوبی میدانند که جنس دانشپذیر حاضر در دوره، متفاوت با دیگر رشتهها و کدها است و تخصص لازم را به آنها ارائه میدهند.
آموزش توام علم و مهارت
رئیس موسسه علوم و فنون آروند تاکید میکند: ما علم و مهارت را در کنار هم آموزش میدهیم و استاد در کلاس، در ابتدا تئوری و پس از آن مهارت را آموزش میدهد. بنابراین برای اولین بار دانشپذیران در کنار دورههای مدیریت کسب و کار، دورههای فنی و حرفهای را نیز میگذرانند و در پایان علاوه بر گواهینامه MBA یا DBA از وزارت علوم، گواهینامههای زیرشاخه مدیریت کسب و کار را نیز از سازمان فنی و حرفهای کشور دریافت میکنند.
وی در ارتباط با کتاب «50 گام موفقیت» بیان کرد: کتابی که امروز در این مجموعه رونمایی شد، ادغام تجربیات و علم روز است که به راحتی میتواند در جامعه ما امکان پذیر شود. این کتاب شامل سالها تجربه و علمآموزی است و نکته قابل توجه در آن، این است که در کنار درسآموزی تمرینهای لازم را برای پیدا کردن راهکار توسط دانش پذیر، ارائه میدهد و به نظر من کتاب موفقی نسبت به دیگر کتابها در این زمینه است.
برندینگ، نیاز امروز تجارت موفق
مجید علوی یکی از مدرسان این موسسه آموزش عالی است. او مشاور تبلیغات و دیزاینر برند است و دپارتمان مشاوره برندینگ «مجید علوی» را مدیریت میکند. در رزومه او تالیف بیش از ۵ کتاب و ۵۶ مقاله علمی در خصوص صنعت تبلیغات و برندینگ و مشاوره به بیش از 100 برند ملی و استانی دیده میشود. کتاب «من پینوکیو نیستم» که با استقبال خوبی از سوی فعالان صنعت تبلیغ روبرو شد و تشریح کاملی از صنعت تبلیغات و برندینگ و راه و روش موفق بهرهبرداری برای مدیران است نیز از همین تالیفات است. علوی به برندهای سازمانی و شخصی کمک میکند تا مسیر تبدیل کردن یک نام تجاری به یک برند محبوب را طی کنند.
او در تشریح و اهمیت صنعت برندینگ گفت: یکی از اقدامات آغاز شده از دوران پست مدرنیزم به بعد در جامعه بشری توجه به ساخت برندها است. برندینگ علم جدید و پیچیدهای است که در کشور ما آگاهی نسبت به آن بسیار محدود است و با اینکه هر روز شاهد رشد بیشتر این صنعت در کشور هستیم، اما متاسفانه اقدامات حرفهای در این عرصه بسیار کم دیده میشود و شخصا عملکردهای حرفهای در این عرصه را بسیار به ندرت مشاهده کردهام. دلیل این مسئله هم همانطور که در کتاب من پینوکیو نیستم، بیان کردم حکومت دلالان بر صنعت تبلیغات است تا متخصصان این حوزه.
به تعداد انسانها صندلی خالی در سینمای برندینگ وجود دارد
علوی خاطرنشان کرد: یکی از زیر شاخههای صنعت برندینگ ساخت برند شخصی است. برخلاف تصور عمومی، این پروسه بسیار پر سودتر از سایر بخشها است. برندهای شخصی قدرتمند در دنیا، درآمدهای نجومی دارند که بهای تمام شده این درآمدها برایشان در حداقلی ممکن است. داستان ساخت یک برند شخصی طی نمودن مراحلی از پیش تعیین شده است که در دنیا نمونههای بسیاری را برای آن میتوان مثال زد .تفاوت صرفا در رسیدن به یک سناریوی انحصاری برای یک فرد به خصوص است و من قویا اعتقاد دارم به تعداد انسانها صندلی خالی در سینمای برندینگ برای تصاحب وجود دارد. اینکه بهترین گزینه برای هر فرد چیست، نیاز به تحقیق و پژوهش و تفکر حرفهای دارد و در پروسه برندسازی شخصی، یکی از تاثیرگذارترین اقدامات تالیف یک کتاب در حوزه تخصصی فعالیت است. البته یقینا کتابی که بتوان آن را برداشتن گامی موثر در این مسیر دانست و نقش کاتالیزور را برای واکنش ساخت برند ما بازی نماید. بدین منظور به بسیاری از همراهان کمک نمودهام تا اقدام به تالیف کتاب خود بنمایند. اما مهم است فراموش نکنیم این گام صرفا یکی از قطعات دومینوی ساخت برند شخصی است نه همه ان و بسیار نادر هستند افرادی که صرفا با نوشتن یک کتاب توانستهاند صاحب یک برند شخصی قدرتمند شوند. وقتی میگوییم بسیار نادر، یعنی از بین میلیونها میلیون کتاب و نویسنده تنها چند ده نفر. پس این احتمال را میتوان آرزوی واهی دانست.
این مشاور تبلیغات میافزاید: خواندن کتاب «من پینوکیو نیستم» را به همه شما پیشنهاد میکنم تا با تاثیرات شگرف ساخت برند شخصی آشنا شوید و شاید بعد از آن، همه سرمایه خود اعم از ریالی یا زمانی را معطوف این اقدام هوشمندانه نمایید.
وی همچنین در رابطه با کتاب«50 گام موفقیت» بیان میکند: به نظر من نوشتن کتاب ۵۰گام موفقیت، خود گامی هوشمندانه در راستای معرفی هرچه بیشتر این مرد توانمند و کمک به افراد و بنگاههای اقتصادی برای طی نمودن بهتر مسیر موفقیت است.
50 گام موفقیت
کتاب «50گام موفقیت» در 50 فصل به تالیف رسیده است و در هر گام مبحثی را به چالش میکشد. عنوانهای جذابی مانند تاریخ تکرار میشود، اخلاق در اقتصاد، اتاق فکر، هرگز زود نیست، بوی پول، خوراک مغز، نردبان و خود را ارزیابی کنید، نمونههایی از این گامها است که مطالعه آن به موفقیت در حوزه کسب و کار کمک شایانی میکند.
در مراسم رونمایی این کتاب که یکی از تالیفات دکتر مرتضی اسکافی در زمینه روشهای موفقیت در حوزه کسب و کار است، اساتید دانشگاه و روسای اتاق اصناف و مسئولان اتحادیه محصولات فرهنگی حضور داشتند. در این گردمان مولف کتاب در ارتباط با این اثر تازه انتشار یافته بیان میکند: این کتاب برگرفته از تجربیات شخصی مدیریتی و کسب و کار 30 ساله من است که به واقع، ایرانیزه شده و قابل فهم است. کتاب «50گام موفقیت» در حوزه احکام تجارت و موفقیت است و هر گام را با سوالاتی از مخاطب پایان میدهد و به هیچ وجه اقتباسی از نمونههای مشابه خارجی نیست.
رئیس اتحادیه محصولات فرهنگی مشهد ادامه میدهد: یکی از ویژگیهای برجسته کتاب، طرح پرسش از خواننده است تا در هر گام مخاطب به چالش کشیده شود و نقاط قوت و ضعف خود را در جهت برنامهریزی برای پیشرفت آینده خود شناسایی کند.
اسکافی مطرح میکند: در این کتاب در ابتدا به مبحث احکام تجارت پرداخته شده است و در ادامه به موضوعاتی مانند موفق شدن، شانس، باهوش و بیهوش، معنی پول، زمان و مکان سرمایهگذاری، بحث اعتماد و… پرداختهام.
5 روش موفقیت در کسب و کار
دکترعلی محفوظی، مشاور ریاست شورای استانی خراسان رضوی و از دیگر مدرسین موسسه آموزش عالی آزاد مهندسان در ارتباط با حوزه مدیریت کسب و کار بیان میکند: در دنیای کسب و کار کسانی موفق هستند که بتوانند حتی بر اساس کانون کنترلی درونی و اراده خود، آنچه را که در قاب ذهن تعریف میکنند، تشریح و ابداع کنند. کتاب «50 گام موفقیت» به نسل جدید آموزش میدهد که اگر میخواهید کسب و کاری با استاندارهای جهانی ایجاد کنید، امکانپذیر است. با سادهترین اندیشهها میتوان مولدترین کسب و کارها را ایجاد کرد. بزرگترین هدف یک کسب و کار ایجاد اشتغال پایدار برای جوانان است که منجر به توسعهیافتگی و پیشرفت همه جانبه میشود. کتاب «50 گام موفقیت» کمک میکند تا هر کسی به زعم خود زندگینامه خود را برای رسیدن به هدف در رشتههای مدیریت به تصویر کشد.
