احداث ساختمان پردیس تئاتر در مرحله پایانی عملیات خاکبرداری

معاون فنی و اجرایی سازمان عمران شهرداری مشهد گفت: پروژه احداث ساختمان پردیس تئاتر در مرحله پایانی عملیات خاکبرداری قرار دارد.
به گزارش صبح امروز، هادی معتمدی با بیان این مطلب، اظهار کرد: یکی از پروژه‌های مهمی که در دوره پنجم شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد طراحی و اجرای آن آغاز شده، احداث پردیس تئاتر مشهد است. این پروژه براساس نیاز فضای فرهنگی، هنری و ظرفیت بسیار خوب تئاتر مشهد که بدون زیرساخت ‌های لازم در این زمینه بوده در دستور کار قرار گرفته است.
وی با بیان اینکه این پروژه به صورت سه شیفت و به صورت شبانه روزی اجرا شده تا تاخیرات پروژه جبران شود، افزود: فعالیت این پروژه در ۱۳ هزار متر زیر بنا آغاز شده و در فاز اول پروژه که شامل ساخت بلک‌ باکس با زیربنای ۶ هزار مترمربع بوده تا اردیبهشت ماه سال ۱۴۰۰ آماده بهره برداری می شود.
معاون فنی و اجرایی سازمان عمران شهرداری مشهد تاکید کرد: اجرای پردیس تئاتر شهر مشهد توسط معاونت عمران، حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری مشهد به سازمان عمران سپرده شده و برای آن در فاز اول حدود ۶۵ میلیارد تومان اعتبار پیش ‌بینی شده که نزدیک به ۴۵ میلیارد تومان آن در بودجه امسال دیده شده است.
معتمدی خاطرنشان کرد: گفتنی است این پروژه در مراحل پایانی عملیات خاکبرداری قرار دارد.
