معاون عمران، حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری مشهد اعلام کرد:
اجرای 9 پروژه عمرانی به ارزش 3 هزار میلیارد
دو روز پیش رئیس کمیسیون برنامه و بودجه و امور اداری شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد اعلام کرد که 80 درصد بودجه سال 99 عمرانی است، این خبر را می تواند انقلابی در حوزه برنامه و بودجه دانست چرا که در مقایسه با بودجه جاری سال های گذشته، بودجه عمرانی رشد چشمگیری را داشته است.
این تحرک و پویایی عمران نه فقط در آمار و ارقام بلکه در گوشه و نار شهر هم قابل مشاهده است، هم چنین به گفته معاون عمران، حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری مشهد، با وجود شرایط رکود اقتصادی و آسیب های ناشی از شیوع ویروس کرونا در کشور شهرداری مشهد اکنون دو هزار و 990 میلیارد تومان پروژه در نقاط مختلف شهر درحال اجرا دارد.
به گزارش صبح امروز، خلیل الله کاظمی در این خصوص اظهار کرد: با توجه به این که در کشور شاهد مشکلات و رکود اقتصادی هستیم و برخی از شهرداری ها در پرداخت حقوق دچار مشکل شده اند، خوشبختانه با تلاش و همدلی در اجرای پروژه های عمرانی شهری شاهد رکود نبوده ایم و پروژه ها به سرعت در حال اجرا هستند.
وی با بیان این که در حال حاضر 9 عنوان پروژه عمرانی در نقاط مختلف شهر در حال اجرا است، افزود: این 9 عنوان پروژه شامل تقاطع های غیرهمسطح، احداث و بازگشایی معابر، اجرای آسفالت، احداث پارکینگ، پیاده روسازی، پروژه حق تقدم عابران پیاده، احداث کانال ها و مسیل ها و همچنین احداث پارک های شهری است.

معاون عمران، حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری مشهد بیان کرد: در بخش تقاطع های غیر همسطح در حال حاضر، تقاطع های آزادگان، مصلی، ابوطالب، شهید برونسی و.. در حال اجرا است.
کاظمی خاطرنشان کرد: در بخش احداث معابر نیز پروژه های بازگشایی مسیرکوشش تا خلج، کوه پارک، 45 متری سردخانه، بولوار کشاورز، فاز چهار ساماندهی جلوخان آرامگاه فردوسی، قطاع چهار شارستان رضوی، تعریض پل پرتوی در مسیر برگشت و تعداد دیگری پروژه در دست اجرا است.
وی به پروژه های درحال اجرا در بخش بهسازی معابر اشاره کرد و اضافه کرد: در این بخش نیز آسفالت معابر خاکی شهر و همچنین روکش و لکه گیری آسفالت معابر سطح شهر در حال انجام است.
معاون عمران، حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری مشهد گفت: چهارمین عنوان پروژه های عمرانی احداث خطوط دو، سه و چهار قطار شهری است که اکنون عملیات اجرایی در هرسه خط با سرعت مناسب ادامه دارد.
کاظمی با اشاره به پنجمین عنوان از پروژه های عمرانی در حال اجرا بیان کرد: در این بخش نیز پروژه پارکینگ و پایانه بزرگ آزادی، پارکینگ مجد، پارکینگ پرستار و..در دست اجرا است که پارکینگ مجد در نیمه اول امسال به بهره برداری خواهد رسید.
وی ادامه داد: در بخش پیاده روسازی نیز پروژه هایی در خیابان های کوهسنگی، شاهین فر، بولوار طبرسی و چند نقطه دیگر شهر در حال انجام است.

معاون عمران، حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهرداری مشهد تصریح کرد: پروژه حق تقدم عابران پیاده نیز با ایمن سازی بیش از 60 نقطه در شهر مشهد هفتمین عنوان از 9 عنوان پروژه عمرانی در حال اجرا است.
کاظمی به اجرای کانال ها ومسیل ها به عنوان هشتمین عنوان از پروژه های عمرانی اشاره کرد و افزود: در این بخش نیز ساماندهی کال های زرکش، اقبال، بهجت و خزعلی در دست اجرا است.
وی اضافه کرد: همچنین در بخش احداث و ساماندهی پارک ها در حال حاضر پروژه های ساماندهی و بهسازی بوستان های وکیل آباد، خورشید و… در حال انجام است.

کاظمی گفت: در مجموع 9 عنوان پروژه با متراژی بالغ بر چهار میلیون مترمربع و با بودجه ای بالغ بر دو هزار و 990 میلیارد تومان در نقاط مختلف شهر به ویژه مناطق کم برخوردار در حال اجرا است.
