در راستای پیشگیری و مقابله با ویروس کرونا اعلام شد؛
کاهش حضور فیزیکی کارکنان تا ۵۰ درصد
معاون توسعه مدیریت و منابع استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: در راستای پیشگیری و مقابله با ویروس کرونا، مدیران دستگاه ها حضور فیزیکی کارکنان خود را می توانند تا ۵۰ درصد کاهش داده و با دورکاری یا مرخصی کارکنان دارای بیماری خاص موافقت کنند.
کوکب موسوی معاون توسعه مدیریت و منابع استانداری خراسان رضوی و رئیس کمیته پشتیبانی ستاد پیشگیری و مقابله با ویروس کرونا استان طی نامه به شماره 3/38/40617 مورخ 1398/12/10 وضعیت حضور کارکنان اداری را در هفته جاری تعیین کرد.
در بخشی از نامه آمده است: “با توجه به اخذ تصمیمات لازم در راستای مقابله و پیشگیری از انتشار ویروس کرونا توسط ستاد پیشگیری و مقابله با بیماری کرونا ویروس استان، مقرر شد از روز شنبه مورخ 1398/12/10 تا اطلاع ثانوی مدیران دستگاه‌های اجرایی به استثنای مراکز ارائه دهنده خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، نیروهای مسلح و امدادی، می‌توانند حسب تشخیص، حضور فیزیکی روزانه 50 درصد تعداد کارکنان اداری خود را کاهش دهند.
ضمنا مدیران دستگاه‌های اجرایی موظفند تمهیدات لازم را برای خروج کارکنان دارای بیماری‌های زمینه‌ای و گروه‌های پرخطر از حضور فیزیکی به سمت دورکاری اتخاذ کرده و با تشخیص پزشک معتمد دستگاه/سازمان به صورت دورکاری اقدام به فعالیت کرده یا با مرخصی آنان موافقت کنند.”
