پرستاران زیر تیغ اصلاحات

روز پرستار ازراه رسید و جلسات و نشست‌ها برای قدردانی از جامعه پرستاری کشور، هر روز برگزار می‌شود. اما، آنچه پس از این روز تغییر نمی‌کند، مسائل و مشکلات پرستاران است.

جامعه پرستاری کشور، در خط مقدم ارائه خدمات سلامت به مردم و بیماران قرار دارد و بیشترین بار زحمات و مشکلات در بخش درمان نیز بر دوش این افراد است. اما، آنچه در این بین فراموش می‌شود، قدردانی از پرستاران است.

قدردانی نه با برگزاری همایش‌ها و جشن‌های روز پرستار، بلکه جامعه پرستاری خواستار محقق شدن انتظارات به حقی است که سال‌های سال است به آن‌ها توجه نمی‌شود. نمونه بارز توقع به حق پرستاران، عملیاتی شدن قانون تعرفه گذاری خدمات پرستاری است. قانونی که در تابستان سال ۱۳۸۶ به تصویب مجلس شورای اسلامی رسیده و از آن روز تا امروز، هنوز هیچ اقدام عاجلی برای عملیاتی شدن آن صورت نگرفته است.

هر سال که به فصل بودجه نزدیک می‌شویم، زمزمه‌هایی شنیده می‌شود که قرار است برای اجرای قانون تعرفه گذاری خدمات پرستاری، اعتبار دیده شود. اما، به یکباره عنوان می‌شود که امسال هم نشد و باید برای سال بعد تلاش کرد و دولت را مجاب ساخت تا بودجه‌ای برای اجرای این قانون در بودجه کل کشور لحاظ کند.

وعده‌هایی که پرستاران در این سال‌ها بار‌ها شنیده‌اند و هیچ وقت محقق نشده است.

هنوز تجمع مظلومانه پرستاران سپید پوش برای دستیابی به حداقل حق و حقوقات خود در اقصی نقاط کشور فراموش نشده اما گویا این قشر با گذشت ۵ ماه دیگر امیدی به برآورده شدن حق خود از  مسئولین ندارند.

رییس خانه پرستار مشهد به مناسبت روز پرستار و به دعوت ما در دفتر روزنامه حاضر شدند تا در خصوص مطالبات به حق پرستاران به گفت‌وگو نشستیم.

رییس خانه پرستار مشهد گفت: حریرچی، معاون وزارت بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی با اجرای طرح قاصدک موجب نارضایتی بسیاری از پرستاران شد چرا که در این طرح پرداختی‌ها به صورت شفاف صورت نمی‌گیرد.

به گزارش صبح امروز، سیده فاطمه بحرینی در مصاحبه با خبرنگار این رسانه افزود: اگر معاون وزیر نمی‌تواند شفافیت‌سازی را انجام دهد همین را به وضوح و صراحت اعلام کند.

وی تصریح کرد: امروزه پرستاران ما از حقوقات روزمرگی و حداقل خود بازمانده‌اند و زمانی که این مطالبات را از مسئولین مطالبه می‌کنیم آن‌ها کمبود بودحه را بهانه‌ای برای کم‌کاری خود قرار می‌دهند اما این در صورتی است که در گدشته با همان مبلغ بودجه این حقوقات به پرستاران تعلق می‌گرفت پس در حال حاضر بحث بودجه نیست بلکه سومدیریت سبب این نارصایتی‌ها و بی عدالتی‌ها شده است.

بحرینی بیان کرد: با توجه به این‌که خانه پرستاران به موجب اعتراض به این ناعدالتی‌ها جشن روز پرستار را تحریم کرده و پرستاران مشهدی با توجه به عدم پیگیری مطالباتشان درخواست تجمع مقابل استانداری را داشته که با مدیریت خانه پرستاران قرار برآن شد تا مهلت دو هفته‌ای به مسئولان مجدد داده شود و جشن این روز به کام پرستاران تلخ‌تر از این تشود

وی در پایان تاکید کرد: دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تمام تلاش خود را برای رسیدن جامعه پرستاری به مطالبات خود انجام داده اما گلایه ما از مسیولان رده بالایی است که روز بروز عرصه را برای پرستاران سخت‌تر می‌کنند.
