430 میلیارد هزینه روی ریل متروی مشهد – گلبهار – چناران

رئیس هیئت مدیره و مدیرعامل شرکت عمران شهر جدید گلبهار گفت: 430 میلیارد ریال اعتبار تخصیص یافته به خط متروی مشهد-گلبهار-چناران در سال 98 هزینه شده است.
به گزارش صبح امروز، هومن گریوانی با اشاره به اینکه 80 میلیارد ریال از محل اعتبارات ملی تامین شده است، افزود: 350 میلیارد ریال دیگر نیز از محل سفر ریاست جمهوری به استان خراسان رضوی اختصاص یافته که این مبلغ اعتبار جذب و هزینه شده است.
وی ادامه داد: سه سال پیش در پی مناقصه‌ای در این راستا هزینه کل پروژه ۳۰۰ میلیون یورو برآورد شد که با توجه به تغییر قیمت‌ها طی این مدت، در صورت اجرایی شدن فاینانس، مبلغ برآورد شده تغییر خواهد کرد.

مدیرعامل شرکت عمران شهر جدید گلبهار گفت: ۳۷۰ میلیارد ریال در لایحه بودجه ۹۹ برای قطارشهری مشهد – گلبهار – چناران در نظر گرفته شده که امید است با تصویب و افزایش آن پیشرفت پروژه تسریع شود.

گریوانی افزود: مسیر راه‌آهن مشهد تا شهرجدید گلبهار ۴۰ کیلومتر و تا شهر چناران ۴۶ کیلومتر است، پیشرفت فیزیکی زیرساختها و اجزای عمرانی پروژه ۷۰ درصد و پیشرفت فیزیکی کل پروژه ۳۴ درصد است.

وی ادامه داد: شرکت عمران شهر جدید گلبهار به منظور شتاب بخشی به پیشرفت فیزیکی پروژه قطار سریع‌السیر مشهد – گلبهار – چناران از منابع داخلی این شرکت هزینه کرده است.

مدیرعامل شرکت عمران شهر جدید گلبهار گفت: طی سفر اخیر وزیر راه و شهرسازی به گلبهار نیز دستور ریل‌گذاری بخشی از مسیر قطار مشهد – گلبهار صادر شد که پیگیری‌های لازم به منظور خریداری ریل و برگزاری مناقصه در حال انجام است.

وی افزود: با توجه به شرایط تحریم مشکلات اعتباری و نقدینگی وجود دارد اما مانعی در پیشرفت کار ایجاد نخواهد کرد و این پروژه در تمام مراحل فعال خواهد بود.

شهرجدید گلبهار که برای جمعیت ۲۰۰ هزار نفر و قابل توسعه تا ۴۰۰ هزار نفر ایجاد شده، با وسعت چهار هزار هکتار در ۳۵ کیلومتری شمال غربی مشهد و امتداد جاده مشهد – چناران واقع است.

ایجاد این شهر در چارچوب سیاست ایجاد مراکز اقماری اسکان جمعیت برای شهرهای بزرگ به منظور مهار روند گسترش پیوسته این شهرها، هدایت جمعیت محدوده اطراف آنها و جلوگیری از نابودی زمین‌های کشاورزی اطراف شهرها و اسکان بی‌رویه جمعیت، سال ۱۳۷۲ به عنوان نخستین مصوبه “طرح جامع شهرهای جدید” به تصویب شورای عالی شهرسازی ایران رسید.

مرکز شهرستان ۱۲۶ هزار نفری چناران نیز در ۶۱ کیلومتری شمال غرب مشهد واقع است.
