فرماندار مشهد گفت: امروز(سهشنبه) جلسه انتخاب هیات اجرایی را برگزار و ۳۰ نفر از معتمدین را دعوت کردیم که ۲۷ نفر حضور داشتند و با ۲۷ نفر انتخابات به صورت مخفیانه با حضور هیات نظارت و اعضای ستاد و معتمدین برگزار شد که ۸ نفر به عنوان عضو اصلی و ۵ نفر به عنوان عضو علیالبدل انتخاب شدند.
سید محمدرضا هاشمی روز گذشته پس از جلسه انتخاب هیات اجرایی در جمع خبرنگاران اعلام کرد: آقای جواد آرینمنش، خانم عفت شریعتی کوهبنانی، محمدرضا کلایی، خانم رزا درسنی، محمد خادمالحسینی، محمدحسین روشنک، افشین رحیمی گلخندان و حسین شادکام تربتی به عنوان ۸ نفر عضو اصلی هیات اجرایی انتخاب شدند، ۳ نفر نیز شامل فرماندار شهرستان مشهد به عنوان رئیس هیات اجرایی شهرستان، دادستان مرکز استان به عنوان عضو اداری و مدیرکل ثبت احوال به عنوان اعضای اداری، ۱۱ نفر اعضای اصلی هستند. هیات ۵ نفر علیالبدل نیز شامل غلامحسین بشارتی، سید محمد رضوینسب، علیاکبر سبزیان، محمدرضا کمالی و رضا جمشیدی هستند.
وی ادامه داد: از امروز فعالیت هیات اجرایی شروع خواهد شد و امیدوارم با همین وفاق، همدلی و صمیمیت کار را پیش ببریم و در ۲ اسفند شاهد انتخابات آبرومندی بر اساس شعار انتخابات یعنی گام دوم انقلاب، انسجام ملی، مشارکت حداکثری و قاتونمداری باشیم. هیات اجرایی در انتخاب شعب، محل اخذ رای و تعداد اعضای شعب جلسات فشردهای برگزار خواهد کرد.
فرماندار گفت: امیدواریمثبت نامکنندگان از روند ثبت نام راضی باشند، برای سالن نیز فضای خوبی پیشبینی شده و اعتقاد داریم که حرمت همه مراجعهکنندگان باید رعایت شود. تاکنون رضایتمندی خوبی در سطح استانی و ستاد انتخابات استان از عملکرد ستاد انتخابات شهرستان مشهد داشته و وزارت کشور نیز از روند ثبت نام راضی هستند.
هاشمی در پاسخ به سؤال خبرنگار روزنامه صبح امروز مبنی بر اعتراض ثبتنام کنندگانی که اصل مدرک تحصیلی را نتوانستهاند از دانشگاه خود بگیرند و کپی مدارک تحصیلی آنها برای ثبتنام پذیرفته نمیشوند بیان کرد: فکر نمیکنم ثبتنام کنندگان به خاطر این موضوع برگشت خورده باشند. ما از نماینده دانشگاه را به منظور راهنمایی ثبتنام کنندگان دعوت کردهایم تا در ستاد مستقر شوند. در خیلی جاها قانون قابل تفسیر است ولی در انتخابات ما اعلام کردهایم هرچه که قانون اعلام کرده باشد عمل میشود. برای مثال قانون به سراحت اعلام کردهاست کسانی که در پست مدیریتی بودند، در موعد مقرر اگر استعفا دادهاند باید استعفانامه را به صورت رسمی ارائه دهند. قانون اعلام کردهاست مدرک اصلی ما هم میگوییم باید حتماً مدرک اصلی ارائه شود. کمتر مواردی از این قبیل پیش آمده. هفت روز زمان ثبتنام مقرر شدهاست، میتوانند به دانشگاه مورد نظر مراجعه کنند، ضمانتی آنجا بگذارند، مدرک خود را به ما ارائه دهند.
وی در رابطه با دلیل ارائه شماره همراه پدر، مادر، همسر و فرزندان به ستاد انتخابات توسط ثبتنام کنندگان گفت: سامانهای در سراسر کشور تعریف شدهاست و ما بر اساس سامانه، اطلاعات را از مراجعهکنندگان درخواست میکنیم. سامانه این اطلاعات را از ما میخواهد و باید ختماً اطلاعات خواسته شده توسط سامانه را ثبت کنیم.
وی خطاب به ثبت نامکنندگان بیان کرد: توصیه ما به ثبت نامکنندگان این است که با مدارک مورد نیاز مراجعه کنند، ما نیز بر اساس قانون هر فردی که مراجعه کند و شرایط ثبت نام را داشته باشد، ثبت نام میکنیم.
