رئیس شورای هماهنگی اصلاح‌طلبان خراسان رضوی به انتقادات پاسخ‌داد؛

چالش‌های درون سازمانی اصلاح طلبان

رئیس شورای هماهنگی اصلاح‌طلبان خراسان رضوی گفت: حدود دو ماه قبل بحث افزایش اشخاص حقیقی به احزاب و تشکیل شورای سیاست‌گذاری استان در شورای هماهنگی کلید خورد.

به گزارش ایسنا، مهدی عبایی خراسانی در خصوص تعیین لیست اشخاص حقیقی شورای سیاست‎گذاری اصلاح‌طلبان استان، اظهار کرد: رابط استان آقای رسولی در جلسه شورای هماهنگی شرکت کرده و فرمودند بر اساس آیین‌نامه شورای عالی سیاست‌گذاری برای استان‌ها، نصف تعداد احزاب اشخاص حقیقی اضافه می‌شوند و این سقف تعداد است، البته استان‌ها می‌توانند تعداد کمتری را که به نظر می‌رسد مورد لزوم باشد، معرفی کنند و این کار صورت بگیرد.

عبایی خراسانی ادامه داد: پیشنهاد شورای عالی سیاست‌گذاری این بود که دو برابر تعداد مورد نیاز یعنی به تعداد خود احزاب صورت بگیرد و شورای عالی از بین افراد پیشنهاد شده به تعداد نصف احزاب شورای هماهنگی یعنی شخصیت‌های حقوقی که دبیرانشان شرکت می‌کنند، اشخاص حقیقی اضافه شود. این کار در شورای هماهنگی استان صورت گرفت.

این فعال سیاسی اصلاح‌طلب بیان کرد: در مرحله اول چهار نفر از اشخاص حقیقی که مورد وثوق احزاب بودند با رای نصف تعداد احزاب اضافه شدند که شامل حجت‌الاسلام علی عجم، حسین امینی، محمدرحیم نوروزیان و فاضلی از اهل سنت استان که در گذشته نیز با شورای هماهنگی همکاری داشتند، در مرحله اول با تصمیمی که احزاب گفته بودند توانستند دو سوم آرا را بیاورند و به عنوان اشخاص حقیقی منتخب شوند. در همین دو ماه بحث و گفت‌وگو بین احزاب صورت گرفت و مقرر شد کسانی که بیش از یک سوم رای احزاب را بیاورند، اضافه شوند. در آن مرحله نیز تعداد 16، 17 نفر بودند که دو نفر رای آوردند و به چهار نفر قبلی ملحق شدند، این افراد عباس میرزاده و دکتر شیخ‌الاسلامی، رئیس سابق دانشگاه آزاد مشهد بودند. در مجموع این 6 نفر اشخاص حقیقی را تشکیل دادند.

وی با اشاره به اینکه این روزها موضوعی مطرح شده مبنی بر اینکه دلیل این امر که تعداد تعیین شده اشخاص حقیقی در شورای هماهنگی استان کمتر از حد نصاب هستند، مخالفت یا انتقاد با شورای شهر مشهد است، تصریح کرد: اصلاح‌طلبان در تحلیل‌های حزبی خود و نگاهی که به شورا دارند، ممکن است تعدادی منتقد شورا باشند اما به قدری صراحت دارند که در صورت داشتن انتقاد از شورای شهر مشهد، آن را به پای شورای عالی سیاست‌گذاری نگذارند، انتقاد را به صراحت از شورای شهر داشته باشند. شورای شهر نیز در مواقعی برخی از این انتقادات را پاسخ گفته که مطلوب نظر اصلاح‌طلبان بوده یا نه، اما این بحث دیگری است و شاید آنچه که اصلاح‌طلبان دنبالش بودند بتواند در چرخه معرفی سرا یعنی سازمان رای اصلاح‌طلبان متجلی شود.
