افزایش هجمه های تندروها به رئیس مجلس در سال انتخابات
لاریجانی کدام طرفی است؟

پایگاه سیاسی رئیس مجلس هرچند اصولگرایی است، هنوز خیلی در این خصوص نمی توانند دقیقا بگویند که او نزدیک به چه جریانی از اصولگرایان است. «علی لاریجانی» در دولت پنجم به عنوان عضو جمعیت موتلفه اسلامی حضور داشت. لاریجانی همچنین یکی از رهبران ائتلاف فراگیر اصولگرایان در انتخابات مجلس هشتم و نیز جبهه متحد اصولگرایان در انتخابات مجلس نهم بوده و در مجلس نهم، هدایت فراکسیون رهروان ولایت را بر عهده داشت. در جریان انتخابات مجلس دهم، جامعه مدرسین حوزه علمیه قم از وی حمایت کرد، اما نام او در فهرست انتخاباتی ائتلاف بزرگ اصولگرایان قرار نگرفت تا اینکه از سوی فهرست امید (اصلاح طلبان) مورد حمایت قرار گرفت اما لاریجانی خود را مستقل یاد کرد. برخی اکنون از رئیس فعلی مجلس با تعابیری نظیر «اصولگرای اعتدالی» و «یک سیاستمدار راست میانه که به آرامی در حال فاصله گرفتن از اردوگاه اصولگرایان است» یاد می کنند.
در فاصله 5 ماه مانده به انتخابات اسفند 98 درگیری لاریجانی با تندروهای اصولگرا شدت گرفته است و در هفته گذشته به حدی رویارویی آنها جدی شد که حتی رئیس مجلس را دیکتاتور نامیدند که تریبون مجلس را در اختیار گرفته و اجازه نمی‌دهد منتقدان صحبت کنند. طیف‌هایی نظیر جبهه پایداری، جمعیت ایثارگران، جمعیت رهپویان و تشکل‌هایی از این دست که اکنون با کنار رفتن گروه‌های پیشکسوت و سابقه‌دار اصولگرایی تبدیل به عناصر بازی‌ساز این جریان شده‌اند، نه‌تنها هیچ نشانی از صاف‌شدن دلشان با علی لاریجانی و امثال او بروز نداده‌اند، بلکه همین اواخر با تکرار تاکید همیشگی خود بر مسائلی چون «تصویب 20 دقیقه‌ای برجام»، «بر باد دادن منافع ملی با بستن دهان منتقدان در مجلس توسط لاریجانی»، «پیش بردن خط استکبار در لوایح FATF» و نظایر آن نشان داده‌اند چارچوب عملی او را در سیاست تحمل نمی‌کنند.
با این حال نمی‌شود گفت همه طیف‌های اصولگرا خواهان عبور از لاریجانی هستند چرا که اکثر حملات از سوی این جریان معمولا توسط تندروهای اصولگرا رخ می‌دهد هرچند برخی معتقدند اصولگرایان توسط تندروها درواقع زمینه را برای عبور کامل در آینده فراهم می‌کنند. در مقابل برخی دیگر معتقدند لاریجانی فقط نسبت به این طیف تندرو حساسیت دارد و درواقع اگر قرار بر هم‌نشینی اصولگرایان با پایداری‌چی‌ها باشد، قطعا لاریجانی حاضر به حضور در فهرست اصولگرایی نخواهد بود و اگر هم اصولگرایان پایداری‌ها را کنار بزنند یا آنها خودشان از اصولگرایان جدا شوند، به نظر نمی رسد علی لاریجانی مشکلی برای پیوستن به شورای وحدت اصولگرایان داشته باشد چرا که علی لاریجانی در انتخابات مجلس دهم مورد حمایت جامعه مدرسین حوزه علمیه قم، تشکل ریشه‌دار اصولگرا نیز بود.
با این حال روز شنبه خبرگزاری ایلنا نوشت: «در قم، شنیده شده شورای هماهنگی اصولگرایان استان قم، بعد از بررسی گزینه‌های مختلف برای پرکردن لیست سه نفره خود در انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی، درنهایت علیرضا زاکانی نماینده سابق تهران را انتخاب کرد. اصولگرایان قم تا پیش از انتخابات قبلی مجلس، به حسب حفظ ظاهر هم که بود، برای دادن لیست انتخاباتی خود صبر می‌کردند تا نظر جامعه مدرسین حوزه علمیه قم و لیست انتخاباتی این تشکل مهم حوزوی ارائه شود اما گفته شده در این انتخابات، بدون توجه به لیست جامعه مدرسین، لیست شورای هماهنگی اصولگرایان قم نهایی شده است. جامعه مدرسین حوزه علمیه قم در سه انتخابات قبلی مجلس، از علی لاریجانی حمایت کرده بود و این موضوعی است که حتی احتمال تکرار مجدد آن، خوشایند اصولگرایان نیست و شاید از همین رو است که در فاصله پنج ماه مانده به انتخابات، لیست انتخاباتی خود را نهایی کردند تا فعالیت‌های خود را بدون معطلی انجام داده و شاهد حضور مجدد علی لاریجانی در جایگاه نمایندگی مردم قم نباشند.»
اما با وجود همه اینها قطعا لاریجانی و صندوق رای او در انتخابات آینده تاثیرگذار خواهد بود و نمی‌توان از نقش پررنگ او در انتخابات آینده به سادگی گذشت. همچنین بعید به نظر می‌رسد اصولگرایان حاضر باشند صندوق رای لاریجانی‌ها را دو دستی تقدیم اصلاح‌طلبان کنند و اینگونه به رقیب خود امتیاز بدهند.
اینکه چقدر این احتمال وجود دارد که دوباره اصلاح‌طلبان در انتخابات 1400 روی یک شخصیت معتدل از جریان دیگر به توافق برسند و از او در نبود کاندیدای خودشان حمایت کنند. برخی معتقدند با توجه به اینکه اصلاح‌طلبان سابقه چنین رویکرد و استراتژی را دارند و با وجود آنکه در انتخابات گذشته مجلس نیز از علی لاریجانی حمایت کرده‌اند این احتمال وجود دارد دوباره دست به چنین اقدامی بزنند. آنها می‌گویند نطق‌های انتقادی لاریجانی در ماه‌های اخیر نسبت به اصولگرایان خودش نمایانگر این است که او قصد دارد دوباره از حمایت اصلاح‌طلبان بهره ببرد و به‌گونه‌ای نامزد مورد حمایت این جریان سیاسی باشد. اما نکته‌ای که در اینجا قابل ذکر است، این است که اصلاح‌طلبان تاکنون نه تنها به انتخابات مجلس که 5 ماه دیگر با آن فاصله داریم به طور جدی ورود پیدا نکرده اند، بلکه بعید به نظر می‌رسد به انتخابات 1400 حتی در حد گمانه‌زنی هم ورود پیدا کرده باشند. در درجه دوم سوالی که در این رابطه به ذهن می‌رسد اینجاست که مگر اصلاح‌طلبان از انتخابات گذشته خود در سال 92 و 96 رضایت دارند و نتیجه دلخواه خود را گرفته‌اند که بخواهند دوباره دست به چنین اقدامی بزنند؟ آیا تجربه آنها در این زمینه قابل دفاع بوده است که دوباره بخواهند آن را تکرار کنند؟ در کنار اینها سخنان اخیر محمدرضا عارف، رئیس فراکسیون امید درخصوص احتمال عدم ائتلاف اصلاح‌طلبان و اعتدالگرایان در سال 98 نیز خودش نشان‌دهنده احتمال ضعیف حمایت اصلاح‌طلبان از علی لاریجانی است. در مقابل هستند افرادی که معتقدند تداوم ائتلاف میان این دو برای انتخابات 98 و به ویژه 1400، ضروری‌تر از شخص منتخب نهایی برای جایگزینی حسن روحانی است.
از حدود یک سال قبل، خبرهایی درباره احتمال کاندیداتوری علی لاریجانی در انتخابات 1400 که حالا نزدیک به 12 سال است بر صندلی ریاست مجلس شورای اسلامی تکیه زده، مطرح شد و به گفته علی مطهری، نماینده مردم تهران در مجلس شورای اسلامی؛ هرچند لاریجانی صراحتا نمی‌گوید که کاندیدای ریاست‌جمهوری در سال 1400 است، اما این احتمال را رد نمی‌کند. بنابراین بعید به نظر می‌رسد که لاریجانی بخواهد کارنامه سیاسی خود را با ریاست مجلس به اتمام برساند و قطعا برنامه‌هایی خواهد داشت. حتی برخی معتقدند دیدارها و حتی سفرهای او در راستای برنامه انتخاباتی او برای 1400 است و از قبل برنامه‌ریزی در این زمینه داشته است.
